2 Parks near Breaux Bridge, Louisiana
Nov 2015 - $31.00
Sites plenty wide and long. Utilities worked well including WIFI, but 50 amp connection does not include a circuit breaker at the post. There is no cable TV, but we got sketchy reception of the broadcast channels on our antenna. Entry road has multiple potholes. Park is at the end of a dead end road and has a good gate that requires entering a code. Surprisingly little road noise since the park is adjacent to I-10. - ramblin' vagabonds

We just showed up and they were happy to see us. Check in was friendly and efficient. They gave us pick of sites, always appreciated. Site and all roads inside gate were gravel and leaves. Potholes should be fixed as it makes it bumpy to get to your site. Easy back in sites, some pull thru sites.
Wash house was great, clean and spacious.
Gated so you and your stuff feel safe. - RDRV
Nov 2015 - $34.00
Gated campground, about 50 sites, Campground backs up to the woods and faces I-10 so some highway noise is there. Pull-thru site 36/37, 50 amp on site 36, 30 amp on 37. Gravel site, Had rained before we got there. No drainage. No cable, Typical campground Wifi. Dog park and large field for kids to play in. Good campground for overnight stop. We would stop here again. - Brian Mullins

This park is really off the beaten path, and a much needed break from "big city" after our trip to New Orleans! The park is very clean and well maintained. Good paved roads and fairly level concrete pads for your RV. The hook ups are at the very back, and even backing up as far as you can go, we needed 2 hoses to hook up sewer line. Clean laundry room, everything was working, except 1 washer. Staff was very nice and helpful. If you like to fish, this is the place for you! Almost all the sites back up to small lakes/ponds. No cable TV, but clear view for satellite dish, and we picked up local over the air. WiFi was available, but sometimes very slow. The only down side to this park is the parking. Some sites have fire rings. Not all sites had picnic tables. No room for visitors, and if your rig is over 40 foot your toad may be partially in the road. Yes we would stay here again. - Vicki K
Feb 2016 - $36.00
This park is overrated. IMO it's nowhere near an 8.5. While sites are paved, they are short and there is not adequate space to park the toad. Hook-ups are located at the rear of the site and you will need at least 25-30 feet of sewer and water hose to reach them. Interior roads are narrow. Restrooms and showers are located at the entrance and a fair walk from most sites. There are a few pull throughs but most sites are back-in and close together. There is a small grass strip between sites. No cable but a few over the air channels. Clear view for satellite. The only attractions I see for this park is if you wish to fish. Fishing, no license required, is free for campers. We will not return. - starwind

Never been to this park before, but would come back again. Everything is paved in the park. They have a very large lake for campers to fish. It was very cold so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the park. They had a camping club there using the park. The only thing that I didn't like about the park was the sewer outlet was clear to the the back part of the site. I had 20 feet of sewer hose, but it was not enough. I needed about 25 feet. - Joceil
