1 Park near Denham Springs, Louisiana
Jan 2016 - $50.00
Easy access to I-12. We were in a 40ft with a toad, site had just enough room but not any extra. Roads have recently been asphalted. Concrete sites need to be replaced, many are badly broken. You will need jacks. The back of the park is largely long term residents. Not a lot of grass. Located next to a school. Pilot near by. We have stayed here many times; there are not many good choices in this area. - Salsa
Dec 2015 - $50.00
We stopped here on our way from Houston, TX to Destin, FL and arrived mid-afternoon. We were escorted to our concrete pull through space. The concrete was broken which created a low spot on the front driver's side; not enough to be an issue. We walked around the park and found it to be very clean. Unfortunately we had a storm roll in so we didn't get a chance to check out the hot tub and pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
We also stayed here on our return trip and stayed in the same space. It was easy to navigate our 40' motorhome in and out of the park.
We would definitely stay there again. - W0GER
Dec 2015 - $55.00
This park was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly; we were escorted to our site. The site had a long concrete pad for our 40ft motorhome and toad and a patio lined with pavers. There was a reasonable space between sites. In spite of the concrete having multiple cracks, we had no problem leveling. We stayed here for one rainy night and did not see the back of the park but what we saw, was well kept and clean. I don't know what else is in the area to justify the nightly price of $55.00 except choices are quite limited. - User1828
