been here several times. Nothing new because they keep the place nice looking. Water pressure a little low and good power. Nice long spots but not real level. will stay again when in the area. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Motorhome.

Awesome resort. Very clean and spacious. Verizon and At&t signals were good. Our site was level with good utilities, large patio with table. Quiet and empty during the week. Weekends are busy and noisy. Very small laundry for a resort this size. Would recommend this place to anyone. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We added an extra day to our three-week trip so we could detour to Coushatta after hearing about the low price and amenities. We paid only $22 for a pull-through site near the expansive dog park. Our dog had a blast in that park! There is also a large lake in the middle of the park where you can fish. There is also a pool and a game room on site (none of which we had time to try). The staff are extremely friendly. A shuttle service runs 24 hours through the park, taking guests to and from the nearby casino--which was a blast for us! We ate, played blackjack, and danced. We will definitely be back--and for more than one night! We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Motorhome.

When in the area we stay here. The utilities (50 amp) all worked well as did our rooftop dish, no trees. The roads are paved as are the pull through sites. Free bus to casino. Good value at $19 night. Verizon cell and hotspot worked well. Staff in office is excellent and CG is very clean. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice RV park located on the casino grounds. We were in site 168. Sites are all fairly level, pull through FHU with cable included. Our only issue here was that the cable was snowy. We had maintenance look at it twice and they said it wasn't their cable so it had to be a problem with our rv. When we got to our next destination, the cable worked perfectly. The park was mostly empty during the week and nearly full on the weekend. They have a shuttle to the casino that will pick up/drop off right to your site 24/7. The pool at the lodge was open, but we didn't use it due to inclement weather during our stay. The dream pool was still closed for the season. They have a stocked pond on site also. Bathroom/shower area was large and clean. Garbage bins are located near each site. There's not much to do in the area, but we never left the casino. The daily rate is $25 during the week and $34 on the weekend, which is a great price for what you get. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The nearest grocery store is Market Basket about 5 miles away. We ate at the Seven Clans Buffet at the casino twice and it was okay (don't go late in the evening as the food isn't very fresh). Also avoid the Big Sky Steakhouse as their food is expensive and subpar. Most of the restaurants offer a senior (55+) lunch buffet for $5.50 on Tuesdays, but the lines tend to be quite long so get there early.

Large level spots with grass and picnic tables. Clean, easy access. Shuttle service to and from casino (although we had to call a couple of times before they responded). We stay here regularly even though it's out of our way when traveling on I-10. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Motorhome.

Here in the off season and this is one of the best run Casino RV parks I have been to. You check in at the Lodge (24 hours) and they know you are coming even though you made reservations thru the hotel. The sites are spacious, concrete, and clean- well marked. Concrete patio as well. I believe they are all pull-thru. Every time someone leaves I think they pressure wash the site. The lodge has a pool room, showers, and a washateria - only four washers and dryers but only $1 each. To get to the casino you call the number they provide and within ten minutes someone will pick you up. Not much shade, but spacious including a huge dog run. The prices are $20 for weekdays and $30 for weekends. Wifi is great and cable is good but currently there are some problems with it- it is coming in fuzzy- but they are working on it. There are at least six employees working the RV park during the day. Have not seen children- as it should be. The town does not have much to offer - Oakdale- 20 minutes away has the Walmart and some better civilization. The McDonalds in town is the worst run I have ever seen- a comment echoed by the locals. The grounds are clean and concreted. This place is well run and I have been "comped " by the casino for quite a few nights. TAKE NOTE: Even if there is no "boil water" notice- I still buy bottled water. Because there is a boil water notice nobody will sell you a soft drink - bottled water or a shake only. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Regardless of what the internet tells you- the only propane is on 165 at a used car dealer. All the others are shut down. I went to the MacDonalds and got a 1/4 pounder- and they left off the meat. Market Basket is grocery store and prices a quite a bit higher than other grocers. I did not check out the Dollar General.

Wide spacious sites, hard surface roads and concrete pads. Strong wifi, cable and excellent roof top antenna reception. Very friendly staff at checkin. We hade made reservations with a confirmation numb so check in was easy at the Rv park. Shuttles to the casino with restaurants. We stayed one night on way east...spotless, very well maintained Rv park. I had asked for a end site and were given 88 wide, long and perfect. Sites were large pull thrus, didn't need to disconnect towed. Heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and playground at rv area were nice but we hopped on the free shuttle that picked us up at our site and rode over to the "Dream Pool" since we were given passes. The Dream Pool area had a splash pad area, beach style entry to the pool, 2 water slides, a lazy river, and a swim up bar, our family really loved it! We also used the free shuttle to head to the casino for food which we found to be just decent as the smoking inside was distracting for us. Overall Rating:

This RV (not a campground) should be an 8 or 9, but has too many flaws that lower the score. The sites are long, wide, cement, pull-through, FHU, not level, with poorly placed sewers. Most site are satellite friendly. There is decent cable TV with undependable Wi-Fi. There is a nice pool with a sprinkler area by the lodge, a large playground, and adjacent golf course. The 2 bath facilities (one at the lodge and one in the RV section) adequate unless the park is more than half full. There is a clean and reasonable laundry with about 8 machines. Other continuing problems are the recent (I used to pay about $50 for 5 days on "buy 3, get 2 free coupons") rise in the cost and the way management ignores safety (speeding golf carts and cars) issues. There is no recycling. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Motorhome.

The restrooms were in need of cleaning and over 1/2 of the shower curtains were missing, a lot of clutter was around the entrance to the men's shower entrance. Sites are good size and paved, utilities are located mid-pad. The lawn was well maintained. At $35 this is no longer the value of past years when we paid in the $15-$17 range (pay for two nights 3rd free). The clerk replied when we question the rate that it "now $65 a night on weekends and when the water park opens in May the rate is $65 every night". Not worth it in my book to give them $$$ in the casino. We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Motorhome.
