1 Park near Livingston, Louisiana
Jun 2015 - $39.00
This is a clean, upscale RV resort. It is a perfect stop close to I-10. We only stopped for one night but my family would have enjoyed additional time there. The pool is clean. My children enjoyed the well-kept game room and lounge. There is so much attention to detail--including a lovely garden area by the office. - Texas rv family

We stayed here for two nights. The park is extremely well-maintained, the grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is clean. Very pet friendly, very kid friendly. There is a small lake within the park that many sites back up to. There is not an extra charge for a site on the lake. All lake sites are back-ins. Pull-thrus cost a little more. Nice playground for kids. The interior roads are paved, as are the sites. Being close to the highway, there is a lot of noise. We appreciated the fire rings on each site. I would have given this park a "9" if it had cable TV, as well as a little more space between sites. The wifi is excellent. - oldbluejay

We stayed 1 night while passing through the area.
The park is only a short distance from I-12 with easy access. The entrance is a little different. A couple of 90 degree turns to get to the office and then into the park.
The park is dominated by the lake. The sites are in a U-shape around the lake. The interior roads are concrete and could be considered narrow if two vehicles are passing each other. The landscaping was well cared for and manicured.
The sites are a mixture of pull throughs & back ins. There were only 13 pull throughs of the 122 sites. The pull through sites were long enough for our 40' MH with the toad. The sites are concrete and generally flat and level.
There wasn't any obstructions to interfere with satellite reception.
We didn't try the WiFi connection but were warned the reception could be poor due to the number of guests in the park. It required a password through Tengointernet.
Based upon the number of satellite dishes mounted on poles at the site, there seemed to be a lot of long term residents.
There was a fenced pet area at the front of the park. It has a swing for humans while dogs are enjoying the park. There was sufficient space to walk dogs along the park's roads, on the concrete path along the lake, and grassy areas around the park. There were bag dispensers with receptacles around the park to pick up waste.
No dumpster available for garbage but there was garbage pickup at your site.
Make reservations if you want to stay here based upon how full the park seemed.
For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter and none of the buildings were designated as shelters.
Would stay here again. - bsb814
