I am not going to repeat what other reviews have already stated. This is a well laid out park with concrete driveways and pads. Everything worked fine, including Wi-fi. Cable is provided but all channels are analog. You can pick up stations with an antenna. Negatives - Noise - My site was next to the pond and it has a fountain in the middle of the pond. You hear the fountain all the time. Less then a mile away is a refinery which runs 24/7 and produces constant noise.
Most of the sites are occupied by people working in the local area, however the park enforces there clean site policy.
I doubt I would stay here again. - jnateg
Beautiful park, almost did not stay here due to rating in September 2014. Upon arrival noticed that this park was immaculate. Walked grounds and checked both pools and hot tub, which were very nice. Used hot tub in adult only section, which also has a monster TV, largest I've ever seen. This park is a gem. Read all previous posts, which is why we decided to come take a look. Everything stated in earlier posts is accurate. The workout room is an actual exercise room best I've seen in an RV campground. Our rig is 40' long. Rate is for military/Good Sam rate. - americandream
Unless we missed something, this is not a tourist destination area. But this campground more than makes up for that. It is spotless, welcoming, easy to find and maneuver in and convenient to I-10 without sitting along an exit ramp. For a short stop or even an extended stay this campground is top shelf and means to stay that way. A special salute to a staff member who went far beyond what was necessary to help make our stay pleasant. While she is not an owner, she obviously had a great deal of pride in the facilities and the quality of service that they provide. In our four years of full time travel, this campground has to rank in the top five we have visited. - finally Free

We stayed here while working at a plant in the area. Monthly rate could not be beat. Owners are great people, making this a very pleasant stay. This RV Park is pet and kid friendly, even though there is not any facilities such as playgrounds for kids. Proximity to Sulphur and Lake Charles, La as well as to the Louisiana Gulf Coast makes this park conveniently located. There are no large shade trees at the present, but over 25 have recently been planted as the past hurricanes had wiped out the large oaks that had been on the property. Cable and phone are available through a local company. Facilities such as laundry, restrooms and showers are cleaned daily. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area. - Deb Anderson
Blazing fast WiFi, concrete level sites, stocked ponds for fishing, friendly staff, easy highway access, and great water pressure. Lots of open area for dogs to be walked, but no dog park. Great value for the price. We would stay here again! - Axe and Cindy
I have stayed here at different time over the last three years. Currently, I am here for two months. Since my stay in early 2012, the park has had many changes. It is no longer clean. The staff sits outside of the office. If you go to the office, the workers act as if they are put out to have to get up and go inside. The lights on the ceiling fan in laundry are broken with jagged glass hanging. I am very sorry to see this campground going down because it was a very nice place to stay. - glad2bfulltimer
Nice park, paved sites, management friendly and helpful. Easy in and out. Mostly workers and long stays. We recommend this park for over night or longer stays. We will be back. We stayed 9 days. - The Roamers
