This is our third time here. Overall a very nice RV park. Park is well maintained, grass is mowed and grounds are clean. This RV park has become almost all seasonal. Approximately 90% of park is seasonal. That's not a bad thing. Monthly rates are $675/$750 including electricity. RVs are newer and clean. There is a requirement here that EVERYTHING outside your RV must stay on your patio. Most abide by this. Just about every RV here is a 5th wheel and most are being towed by large pickup trucks which barely fit in their site. In the evening when everyone returns from work is it can be a challenge to get to your site. Vehicles are not permitted to park in the street, but that does not seem to be enforced. That being said this is a nice park. WiFi is free, but with this park at almost 100% full the WiFi is slow. We found the restrooms clean, but having an extremely musty smell. We did not use them. There are two pools. One just for adults and one for adults and kids. The adult pool area also has a hot tub that is controlled by anyone using it. Water pressure good 40/50 psi. All hoses and cables must remain on your cement pad. That's a good idea for mowing the grass. Office is open 24/7 and staff is informative and good natured. Another nice thing here is you can wash your RV and they encourage you to do that. There is also a dog run here. Verizon Cell data is excellent. Ping 25ms, 111Mbps download and 31.2Mbps upload! AT&T Cell data ping 78ms, 10.5Mbps download and 9.75Mbps upload. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Just about all the national fast food restaurants are located right off of I-10 at exit 20. The same exit used to get to A+ Motel and RV Park. Not sure what else is here.

Very impressive CG. Passing through stayed overnight in a 42' motorhome. Easy on-off from I-10. Combo Motel/RV park/Storage. Smooth check-in. Interior roads are concrete and easy to navigate. All sites level concrete, FHU/cable, some with partial shade. Sites mostly PT with some backins. Manicured grass between sites. Two pools, mtg. house, pavilions, dog park, thrash pickup in AM, stocked fishing pond, etc. Will stay again when passing through area. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

All concrete with some grass. It is basically a very nice park behind a motel. The point stopping it from being a 10 is that like many parks with long term guests their cars and stuff start to clog the allyways. Thus making it harder than needed to move a 45 ft mh and car into and out of sites. Just aggravating. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park, friendly people at the front office. The motel is in front and RV park behind it. There is a little pond providing a nice view. Easy in and out; plenty of nearby places with lots of good food. It got a little noisy Saturday night as some guests were boiling crawfish and having a party, but it shut down at a decent hour. We have stayed her a few times before. The road to get to the park is torn up for the installation of sewer lines and for resurfacing so its pretty rough. Roads the the park are concrete and good. Pads are concrete and level. Just long enough for a motorhome and toad. Utilities are good. The grass areas needed mowing. In the past the dog park was great; but now the grass is very high and the dog 'poop' container is overflowing and causes a stench. The grill at our site was so dirty that we would not use it even if we used aluminum foil on it. No one checks the sites apparently. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sulphur, LA is an industrial area with refineries and chemical plants surrounding the park. Not an issue as long as you are an early riser. Great Cajun food all around. The workout facility is on par with some major gyms. WIFI good until all the contractors return home in the afternoon. Will stop back on our way east. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

It rained a lot after we got set up, so when getting ready to leave, the concrete pads were much appreciated. Interior roads are concrete also. The interior turns are tight, but manageable if you go slow. Good water pressure and all the utilities were in the back third of the site. Long enough for our motorhome and towed. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

It was a little tight getting my 42' 5th wheel into my site, the roads were easy. It was raining so we did not use any of the parks amenities, we were just overnighting it on our way West. It is far enough away from the road so there is little road noise, did hear a train, but not too loud. It was a little pricey for just an overnighter, but if you were using the pools and fishing it would probably be worth the price. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

All very nice concrete pads. Well laid out, easy to navigate. I got a pull-thru 50amp full-hook ups for one night. Bathroom was clean (showers were so, so, but clean) and the bathroom was warm! (Why so many campgrounds don't heat their bathrooms is beyond me). The park was just about full. It looks like a lot of people work seasonally around there. It was a nice enough park to stay at for a few days for sure, but nothing to do there. Only issue I had was that the water spigot was only about 6" off the ground - there would be no way to attach a water filter to that end and I even had a hard time just getting my hose to attach. Tips for other Campers:

Seeming "permanent" construction on local highway to/from I-10, affected entrance to campground. Road widening (?) has been going on for about a year.

Very spacious, roomy concrete sites with grass in between. Owner operated with gracious checkin. Had curb side trash pickup. Numerous baths and shower facilities, rec rooms, gym , family pool and separate adult only pool. Spotless, very well maintained grounds. Strong free wifi and cable. Many factory and full time worker trailers & towables.

This is our second Tiffin Rally here and everyone was super nice. Large fishing pond and very nice landscaping. We had site 68, while near front it was quiet. Nice picnic table, in ground grill and trees. Concrete wide streets. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Made reservations on the road and was able to secure a spot easily. It was a pull through and easy to hook up. Park has a pond that makes it feel like you are right around the water. There is also a regular pool and an adult only pool. Friendly to dogs also. The only negative would be the location is right near the highway and you can hear the thump of tires as they go over potholes. Not extremely loud, just noticeable. Other than that, a great place to stop and stay. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is a gem! The grounds and sites are A+. There is a man made fishing pond in the center of the park, kids can enjoy. Has 2 pools, one for adults only. And it's quiet. If you're on I-10, this is a stop you will be very happy with. Sites are spacious and offer some shade. Concrete pads featuring a picnic table. We camped at A+ Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.
