Jul 2018 - $46.00
Nice pool. Awesome river walk. Very clean campground. Only negative is campground allows employees to bring their family and friends to the pool. They follow their own rules like smoking, horseplay and there are young children in the hot tub. - Bjb1775
Jul 2018 - $40.00
Big park with great river views. Lots of concrete sites, and they are adding more. Big easy pull thrus, with good utilities. Nice pool and hot tub and bike/hike path along the river. - zcaptain
Jul 2018 - $37.00
This is the fourth time we have stayed at this park. Staff is great, park improvements are in progress: all sites are either very level concrete pads or grass - the park is actively installing more concrete pads (previously grass). Great views of the Mississippi River. Lots to do in Natchez (just across the river). Today is the 4th of July and we can watch the fireworks from the levy adjacent to the park. Roads are gravel, but staff sprays water to keep dust down.
Great pool area and playground for kids. No dog park, but LOTS of open space. - C&C Maxson
Feb 2018 - $17.00
Very nice park with a beautiful and large lake. Place for rv very conveniently remote from each other.Verizon wifi good. At night quiet and calm. - Obcy
Jun 2016 - $35.00
What the website shows is nothing what the park actually looks like. No plantation and the pool is a filled in mound of dirt. We came on a Sunday with reservations and the office was closed. No instructions as to what we should do so we picked a site and set up, but not before we got lost at a dead end in the permanent, residential trailer portion. It's fine for an overnight stay but it is not a destination campground. - Lisa and James1
Oct 2015 - $30.00
This place could be decent with a bit of effort by management. It is partly a trailer park, but the RV sites have great potential. Concrete and gravel pads are the longest and widest I've seen, and our site was perfectly level. Digital cable TV was quite good. Water, sewer and 50 amp hookups worked fine. The bathrooms and showers looked like they get cleaned maybe once a month. No toilet paper for the first few days and never any paper towels. Also, no hot water in the bathroom. Staffing is minimal and doesn't seem to do too much. Natchez is an interesting place to visit and it deserves a better RV park. - DrLewie
Sep 2015 - $30.00
Spacious sites and easy to get into, but not very level. Bathrooms (2) were filthy and showers (2) weren't much better. Had to get rid of a wasps nest in one. Hard to find the place using a GPS. Pool was closed with some sort of problem. - russ1102

Roads: Paved speed limit 15 mph with reason if you follow the speed limit they present no problems. Sites Loop A sites 1-21 is the older CG and things a somewhat tighter and closer together, we did not stay there. Loop B 22-48. Power 20,30, 50 amp with water at all sites. Dump station on the way out for loop B. Sites was level but showed evidence of some minor flooding due to rain. Bathrooms and showers were clean with good hot water and good pressure. Verizon phone and Mifi worked well. There's a lake in the park and it's very close to B loop but the boat ramp is over by the rental cabins on the other side of the dam. They have one short nature trail about .5-.7 miles. This CG is a good staging area for seeing the sites Natchez has to offer and the lower Natchez Trace. If we're in the area again we'd stay here. - pumper9x9
Nov 2017 - $18.00
We found it a bit confusing getting to this campground. Be aware that that are two separate camping areas labeled as Campground A or 1 and Campground B or 2. How you enter will depend on which campground that you are in. We were in B and entered (off of the Natchez Trace Parkway) via State Park Road, then Wickcliff Road to the park entrance, you then have a couple of miles to travel on very winding roads to the campground entrance. All of the roads were in OK shape. You do pass some rather trashed-out structures on the roads to the Park, but the park itself was nice enough. We stayed at the park to visit Natchez which worked OK, but it is about 30 minutes into town. Our site was nice and level. We were able to get satellite for DirecTV by using our portable dish, but it took some work finding the signal. Verizon voice and data were usable. When we arrived, there was a tag on our site with our name and reservation information. We never saw any park personnel during our six-day stay. It was quiet and dark at night, which worked well for us. - TheJim
Aug 2017 - $19.00
We stayed 2 nights in the middle of the week. We were the only campers in the park, which was a little creepy. The park has 2 campsites and we stayed in B. All spots were very shady, with lots of trees. The sites themselves had a concrete pad but there was no area next to the pad to put your rug or chairs. The sites either sloped down, or they were covered with tree roots and holes. It rained a lot and that made for a muddy mess. The park had no reception for AT&T. Nice biking as it is very hilly! Because of the issue with the narrow pads and no room for chairs, we will probably choose another park next time. - Dutchlady
