This small family owned campground was a great choice for our big rig. They offer long, long sites, both back in and pull-through, and we had 50 amp service and full hookups. In our assigned site, the trees did block our satellite, but there were plenty of OTA channels with good reception. This park is well located, less than 2 miles from the interstate, and the roads were decent for a big, heavy rig. Signage was good in the park and the roads were easy to navigate. Very sandy soil here. The owners were lovely, and we would definitely come back. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

We were in overflow, E and W only. next to the house (office). Very quiet, everything is neat, access to clubroom 24 hrs a day (including laundry). It was Cash only and we didn't get a receipt but not a problem for us. Mostly long term with only a few spots for short term. Would have given it 5 stars if we had been in a regular site but we knew when we called that we would be in overflow. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Shopping at LL Bean and other outlet shops. Tavern next to the main LL Bean store was very good for lunch and dinner. Parking was easy in town. If you need shade, park in the parking garage (autos and trucks only) - Free! The LL Bean outlet store is over the parking garage.

Nice, smaller, 55+ park with FHU & plenty of room between sites. Almost all seasonal campers but a few daily sites both back-in & pull-thru. This is not a "kid friendly" park nor does it pretend to be...we like the peace & quiet while we stay here for the summer. This park is close to Freeport & L.L. Bean and all the rest of the shopping experience of Freeport and is close to I-295 for further exploration of south-eastern Maine. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

We were lucky enough to get into this park at the last minute going into Labor Day Weekend. We had spot #1, which was a pull through with full hook ups. We had to move into the overflow spot on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. It wasn't bad though since we had great wifi then. There are mostly seasonal people, but this causes no problems as they are all well kept spots. The area is very sandy so I had to vacuum every day. There was a little shade, we had satellite with no problem, little bit of incline coming in but easy to maneuver in a big rig. There was a pool, clubhouse that is open 24 hours for using the internet. No activities, not for kids. A great place to get to Freeport shopping and Portland, which is about 25 minutes away. We will go back. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Freeport Village seems to be a campground for retirees who either live here permanently or use it as a seasonal camp.  It could use a little TLC, but looks pretty good for the most part. There are only a couple of sites available for travelers, so reservations should be made.  The owners are very nice, and there are clean showers, a laundry room, and a swimming pool available.  There is no cable, but there are a few air stations.  The WiFi is weak, but worked most of the time for us.  We were close to the office in #1.  All utilities worked well.  The price is a little high, and we missed having other campers to talk to, but there are no kids running through your site!  It's a very quiet camp. The huge speed bump on the way in needs to go, though.  We would stay here again. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a "do-able" campground. Small campground with mainly seasonal residents. Only 3-4 sites were accessible for motorhomes. Lots of standing water in sites and roads when it rains. Close to downtown Freeport and easy on-off from interstate. Owners very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice and quiet. Long pull through with lots of space between sites. Very friendly people. The owner provided lots of area information and we were invited to the evening social hour. Pool available. This is an adult community. Most are long term and seasonal. Only a couple transient sites available. Dirt/gravel roads. Looks like the owner is working to add a few more sites. 2 miles to Freeport for good food and shopping. Cable and internet no longer available so that makes this place a little too expensive. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice, quiet campground. Mostly seasonal residents with mostly nicely maintained sites. This campground had a friendly, open feel to it - not sure exactly why. We were quite comfortable here. Easy access for our 39' fifth wheel, but watch for possibly low branches on the main road getting to the campground (we were close to several, but we are 13'6" tall). We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We love this small campground -- this was our third visit -- a good base to go spend your money at LL Bean and the many outlets in the area. Wonderful, friendly people -- the manager and her team make you feel right at home. We like to request the overflow space in front of the office -- water and electric (50 amp) only, but the rest rooms and showers are spotless and only a few steps away, with lots of little amenities for guests. Very nice small laundry room at $1.75 per wash or dry. Not many transient spaces here, mostly friendly seasonals -- call in advance if possible. We will be back. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Very friendly office. We had a large level pull through site with full hookups. This is a small RV park with mostly seasonal spots. It is advisable to make a reservation. They let you park in front of the office used as an overflow space. Very convenient for Freeport shopping. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Paved entrance, with gravel and dirt interior roads which are bumpy. A retired couple owns and runs the campground. Site mostly dirt, level and long. Good for satellite. A WiFi hotspot. Has the appearance of an older campground. A good location for shopping in Freeport. Not far from Brunswick and Lisbon Falls, home of the iconic Moxie Museum. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Quiet campground with friendly staff. They seemed to still be shaking off winter with a kind of half open feel to the campground (including the "Heated Pool"). I would go back again if in the area. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice park with friendly owner. 2 1/2 miles from LL Bean. WiFi available in office. 2 night minimum stay - they are strict about it. Most of their business seems to come from monthly/permanent folks. Would stay here again. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Motorhome.

The location is very good. Close to shopping in Freeport. The campground is sandy and isn't well manicured. It still looks under construction. They do have cable. Our site wasn't very level and was very sandy. There are probably better options in Freeport. We camped at Freeport Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
