Great married couple own this park. They were super helpful in suggesting things to do and see. There is a small restaurant that they operate. The food was very good. Nice Laundry facilities. This park was spotless. One the neatest parks we have ever seen. There are a number of seasonal renters, but the sites are well maintained. Owners are currently working on expanding the park. Good location close to Sebago Lake. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We enjoyed the ride on the Songo River Queen II. Sebago is a beautiful lake. Also, Sebago Lake State Park was beautiful. Visit the Songo Lock. It was very interesting watching the boats navigate the lock.

This is a great park. There are quite a few seasonals which we normally do not like. But this park is different. The seasonals are neat - no junk- nice yard areas. The park has all kinds of activities and socials. The grounds and bathhouses are exceptional. The owners and staff are super nice. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the nicest RV parks we've ever stayed in! Huge level sites with tables, fire pit and lots of room for gazebo, chairs, or whatever you'd like outside. Owners are the nicest people AND they make homemade moon pies for sale in the little cafe. We had a bit of trouble with the wifi and they went out of their way to make sure things were good. Great cable! Nice large pool and close to town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Kind of hard to rate this campground. They do have all of the amenities of KOAs. Entrance road and interior roads are gravel. Office is located up on top of a hill and is kinda difficult to find as the signage to find it is lacking until you are well into the campground. We had a back-in site and had no issues getting level. As with most campgrounds in the Northeast there are numerous seasonal sites. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Motorhome.

We are from Spain and we have been touring the United States for three years with our motorhome. Camping very good, located a bit far from Portland, but with good facilities, and close to Wydham, where all the facilities are if need be. The only problem we had was with the location with the GPS as it took us down a road that was closer but was a neighborhood road and with a limited bridge to six tons and where we had to turn around. We called the campsite and were told where to go. As we were told in the office we are not the first nor will be the last that we have had this problem. The pool is heated and is of good size, and is perfect for spending several days there. We needed assistance for the RV and were given a phone. The technician who came to our plot and fixed the problem we had. Very good service. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Motorhome.

A nice KOA with larger sites than a normal KOA. We had a spacious back-in site with little leveling required. Direct TV satellite worked fine. All facilities were well maintained and clean. The service was above and beyond. The owner told us where to buy live lobsters nearby, and then he steamed them for us. Also gave us a lesson on how to eat a whole lobster. His wife provided suggestions on nearby sites to see. There were three in our camping group and all agreed this was one of the best of our trip. The Umbrella Market in Naples sells live lobsters. The nearby liquor store has an unbelievable selection and and a tasty ice cream store in the back.

Well managed, impeccably clean, quiet and very comfortable campground. Sites are level, graveled, well drained, spacious and shaded. At least three separate bathhouses; all were well maintained and seemed to have been cleaned several times a day on the crowded 4th of July weekend. Heated swimming pool, lots of family activities and thoughtful touches for your comfort (one example, the walking trail thru the center-of-the-campground-forest is graveled and has red-ribbon markers at the eye-level of adults - and a 9 year olds - so everyone can confidently "find your way home". ) Wifi was EXCELLENT (which was good for us because our Verizon Hotspot was Maine-woods-bandwidth-challenged and timed out constantly.) Dozens of cable channels. Office personnel are well organized and will spoil you. They have a snack bar that has (among other things, including bacon-and-egg breakfasts) homemade chocolate-and-peanut butter, Whoopie/Moon pies that are bliss/bliss. Many of the seasonal sites are lovely with flowers. We spent 2 weeks there and just adored this KOA. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Motorhome.

Naples KOA is a small park with very personal service. Our site was spotless, the overall campground very well maintained and community areas constantly spruced up. The pool was heated and used extensively. Many of the campsites are seasonal but there were plenty open for travelers. Electric, water and Sewer available at each site. WiFi was awesome, cable TV was HD and Verizon service adequate. Highly recommended. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Motorhome.

Caring owners, home-cooked food, a variety of activities, great free WiFi, good cell phone reception, one of the best KOA's we've stayed in. Many restaurants in the area, and Portland is only 30 miles away. Walmart is about 17 miles away. We stayed a week, combining a Passport America discount, regular rate and a KOA special weekend discount. Lots of cable channels, but many sites are satellite friendly as well. Many seasonal campers but all in good shape. Overall, a great place in the Lakes Region of Maine. We'd definitely stay here agin. Now a KOA. Great campground. Nice level sites. Beautiful bathrooms. Looks like a full service restaurant on premise. Nice pool and it's heated. A lot of seasonal's but they were some of the best looking seasonal sites we have seen. Wonderful owners. We will stay again. This campground is on rolling hills and most of the grass back-in sites are not level. Our site was large enough to put out the slides and awnings but was on such a slope that the rear wheels of our motorhome were off the ground. The cost includes Passport America discounts for 5 of the 7 days and our site might be for PA members. The utilities worked well and they had many channels on the cable. Good Wi-Fi and nice pool, restaurant and store. Very friendly host and they will help you get parked. We would stay here again. Rate reflects a monthly stay. This is the second time we've stayed here in the last 4yrs. The 1st was for only a few days, but we always wanted to return. The owners are great, very helpful, and accommodating. There's strong WIFI from our site #18, and the most cable stations I believe we've ever come across in our 5yrs. of fulltiming. Good power(50amp), water pressure is fine, and all hookup's are located where they should be. Looks like a nice pool; although, it's still on the chilly side to try. Very quiet so far, but again were hear before the summer rush. Cell phone coverage is good, 3 bars with Verizon. We're already discussing coming back next year. If you come to the Sebago Lake area I highly recommend Naples Campground. They're now affiliated with KOA. Our RV is 40' and had no problem getting into the park or backing into our site. We paid the Passport America (PA) off season rate. We came for the five nights of PA savings, loved this place so much we extended the stay another nine nights. This is truly a family campground, and although we only experienced one day of heated pool time with kids around, we heard the summer is jam packed with family fun - crafts, activities, movies, etc. The adults also have tons of fun activities, as well as wine and cheese get-togethers. The group of seasonals are magnificent, welcoming, funny. Most of the park is seasonal, but they have a way of finding room for you. The owners not only run a clean and organized park, but they're also kind, funny and smart. We camped at Naples KOA Campground (formerly Naples Campground) in a Motorhome.
