Traveling in a 38 foot coach we stayed 4 nights in a site for big rigs. I urge you to think again about this place! We were four sites from the office and we never picked up their WiFi signal. One time when I was in the office another tenant complained about the WiFi not working. We also complained two times that our cable did not work. They.... NEVER fixed either! This park has a lot of full-time residents and they are trashy and messy! On top of all this, the water pressure was inconsistent with massive fluctuations from low-to-high. Our satellite did not work here (to many large trees to get reception). Today we live in the age of wifi technology and there is nothing to stop this rv park from investing in doing wifi properly. For some users (such as ourselves) wifi is an important feature. We know enough not to count on a good signal over the weekends, but during the weekday there is no excuse! We even had the Wifi-Ranger on our roof with a direct-line-of-sight to their wifi source (the distance was just a stone's throw away). We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Motorhome.

Service at the Office was sketchy. Sometimes they were there, other times not. They couldn't find our reservation and had to call the owner at home to get the ok. Our site was quite uneven and the sewer inlet was up higher than our trailer outlet. Cable hookup was available but didn't work. If someone visits for any length of time...it's $5 per person. I'm an older guy and my son stopped by to help me hook up...$5. the park is situated on a pretty pond, that's a plus. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Travel Trailer.

All hookups worked fine. We were thankful for the cable since our satellite tv didn't work. The park could use a little extra TLC as it has a run down tired look. The bathrooms needed cleaning. There were cob webs that needed to be brushed away from last year and a coat of paint wouldn't hurt. Our GPS registered a 42% downgrade coming into the park. For some reason, they kept blocking the road as you entered (probably to stop people coming in too fast). A fox then a skunk lived (or died?) under the office making it smell so bad the managers couldn't even work there. The laundry room had two of four dryers broken and only two washers. They worked well but were also housed in the stinky office building. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here just one night on our way from Massachusetts to Bar Harbor. Challenging, steep roads to the park led to fairly flat camping. Nice lake, nice playground, mostly seasonal campers - nice folks. Our golden retriever enjoyed a swim while we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a great campground. I didn't give it the max because of the ancient and somewhat dilapidated state of restrooms and showers. Would definitely stay again. We called an hour away and arrived at about 6:30 PM. They gave us a choice of waterfront and other sites (waterfront sites do not have septic). Lots of local/seasonal folks, all very friendly. Overlooked beautiful Webber Pond (good-sized lake). Lots of kids, local people in small groups , but everything was dead quiet by 10 PM. Rental boats, marked swimming area. $5.00 got us a load of firewood delivered that we almost couldn't use up by 11 PM. Looked like they had a bonfire set up for Saturday night (we were there on Friday). We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a seasonal site campground, with very few transient sites available. The campground roads are not big rig friendly, low hanging branches and tight turns. The exit lane had low hanging branches that forces one to drive on the entrance travel lane. The sewer hook ups are PVC, which are approximately two feet in height causing difficulty in dumping tanks. The restrooms, although clean, were very old and rustic. I agree with another reviewer, I expected something different from viewing their website. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We found this campground by referral of a gas station attendant who called ahead to make sure there was space. That started the wonderful experience. We were greeted by one of the owners who proceeded to check us in. He went above and beyond to make sure that the site we had would suit our needs. He then escorted us to our site and pointed out another site if this wasn't suitable. He advised us that they live here so if there is anything we need, we should contact them and they will do whatever they can to help. We did need milk and since they didn't sell any, the owner offered to go and find some for us. The swimming area was all roped and nice and clean as was the amusement building. I would recommend this site to anyone and would definitely come back. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very friendly campground. When I called to say we would check in late the owner asked if she could stop by the grocery and pick up anything for me. Mostly seasonals, but they are very friendly. Beautiful lake. We camped in a trailer on site #8, and it had a nice view. If in the area I would stay here again. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

The access road into the campground is very very steep. If you are hauling a large camper you will need a strong vehicle to exit the campground. The campground has mostly seasonal campers, very few transient sites. There are very nice waterfront sites, but those are taken by the seasonal campers, most which have permenant structures around them. There is a very nice playground for small children. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was expecting something different than I found from my research on their web site. It is doubtful that I will camp there again. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Way off the main drag. Driveway into the place is well paved, but steep as the dickens. This is a weekend retreat. Many of the sites are permanent campers with lots of added on decks, porches etc. Bathrooms were plywood, no paint, clean if you don't count spiders, spiderwebs, concrete floors etc. Showers were about the same. Sewer hookups are just PVC pipes running along the ground with multiple tees and joints too numerous to count. Nice lake. Beautiful sunsets. We camped at Green Valley Campground in a Tent Trailer.
