My only real ding on this place is the sewer connection is too far off the ground. Extremely clean campground, level grass sites with ample room between sites. The pool & showers/bathrooms/laundry were extremely clean. They have a small camp store, clubhouse, billiard room, playgrounds, and the local trolley stops at the office. $68 per night is a little steep but competitive for the area. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Finally made it here and sure wish we had gone sooner. I realize it would not be for everyone but we truly enjoyed our stay. The Campground is all grass and has very few trees, a little more shade would be nice but did not matter to us. The sites are all back in and are good size. The seasonal sites are in their own section and most are great looking sites. The pool complex was great, nice pool, hot tub, kids pool, showers, bathrooms and laundry were all very nice and very clean. The office/store building was beautiful. We found the workers and seasonal campers to be very friendly. All in all we had a great weekend and will return. In addition to the campground, there are plenty of things to do in the area. There was one major negative at Sea Vu West, the wifi is so bad that it might be better without it. We could not even surf the web is was so slow and weak. We were talking about if we would ever be seasonal here, but the wifi has to be better. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The best bathrooms we've seen on months. Great pool and hot tub! Few trees. Paved roads mean low dust. Parking in grass, means tracking in debris. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sites are big grassy sites, which sounds strange but was really nice. You are basically backed up to another unit. Utilities were an easy reach and the park is really clean. Nice pool and clubhouse. It really is a resort as there are permanent sites on one side of the campground. They have a fenced wooded pet run but it is on the permanent side and there's not parking (it's quite a walk). Wifi was pretty much useless. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

What a lovely park located halfway between York and Kennebunk in the town of Wells. Most of the park is owner owned park models, but there are 40 RV grassy and very open sites. There was a table and firepit. We only stayed one night while visiting the area. There is a security gate to go in and out. Deposit $10 for the keycard. When we were finished touring we turned ours back to the office so we would not forget to return it. The WiFi was not very good. The park is right on the trolley line which offers service to the beach, attractions, shopping and restaurants. Information on the trolley is available in the office. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of three campgrounds in the Wells area with similar names, Sea Vu, Sea Vu South and Sea Vu West. West is listed as an RV Resort. It is located a short distance away from the Route 1 craziness with easy access from I-95. It's a "resort" because every site is a 42' x 72' back in, so it's very manageable for big rigs. Half the park is permanent, well maintained camp homes. The transient side is open with a few trees and lots of space between campsites. Even mid week in August, it wasn't real crowded. Paved interior roads. Nothing fancy. No landscaping but roomy, grass, level sites with picnic table and fire ring. Gate security. You'll want to remember to get your $10 deposit back for the gate card before leaving. Nice, large pool area. W, E, S all fine; electric was very strong. We enjoyed that it was off the main drag but near everything. Only has two wifi hotspots; one at the pool and the other in the office. Not very strong and they don't guarantee you can get it at your site. With campground rates increasing (at least in the NE), poor wifi is disappointing and really not acceptable in today's environment of mobile devices especially at $70/night. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Close to the beach although only a small public area is available. In August, it is very crowded. Lots of antique shops. Side trip to Kittery Trading Post in Kittery, a huge outdoors store, is a fun excursion. Convenient to other towns on the coast including Portland which is half hour north. The Maine and Mass turnpikes have some clearances of 13'6" which may be a problem for the newer big rigs.

I absolutely love this park. The spaces are huge. And the park is so open; lots of sunshine. There are very tall oak trees and scattered blue spruce. Lots of grass and paved roads. Individual showers are large with good water pressure. Very large pool with plenty of chairs. Gated entrance. Trolley comes by every 20 minutes. I could stay here all season. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Not many people here. Sites are gravel, and fairly level. We were going to just do an overnight, and asked for a pull-through. They gave us a back-in, and we assumed they expected many more campers for the Memorial Day Weekend. Nope.... no one else came in. It certainly wasn't awful, but nothing to get excited about for us. Really enjoyed our stay, there were 19 of us with five campers and they were able to put us all together. Restrooms and showers were clean, never had an issue with wifi. Sites were the largest we've ever seen. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to next year's visit already. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Tent Trailer.

Nice park, great location: away from hussle of Route 1 but convenient to Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Park was very clean, staff was wonderful, pool and hot tub were great. Sites were VERY large but offered little shade. Great playground and game room. Wood and ice not overpriced. One of the cleanest campgrounds I have ever stayed. If you stay make sure to bring your bike it is the best way to get around. Traffic can be difficult so use bike or trolley service. We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Sea-Vu West advertises as a premier RV resort with amenities for big rigs. When we were there there were more pop-ups than big rigs. It is not premier by any means since even though the pool and playground are nice, they are not outstanding in our opinion. Price of $60 per night is an over charge for what you get. They advertise a distance from Wells Beach of over one mile. This is not correct, it is easily closer to three miles to Wells Beach. The desk staff was discourteous, there was a lot of partying and loud music on one night we were there. The fans did not work in the showers, and there are only two bathrooms for the entire campground. If they are going to allow pop-ups, they will need more bathrooms. Overall disappointed with the campground, since web site and price makes you expect a much nicer environment We camped at Sea-Vu West Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.
