3 RV Parks near Prawda, Manitoba

This is one campground I will never return to!! The attendants/ owners are extremely aggressive and have very very bad manners! The campground is very disorganized ! NO signage!! There are ticks there!! TICKS!!! and they do not warn you of this!
The campground is very tiny..with very little choices...tight quarters, and no sewage hookup!!
I couldn't get out of there fast enough!! - michelle78

This is a very pleasant small park. Only 10 of the short term sites have electricity (30 amp). Four of the back-in sites are in trees and beside a pretty stream with rocks in it. The pull-through sites are together in a open area with a gravel covering. There are a number of unserviced sites on level grass with trees to the west of them. There is a restaurant on site run by the owners which attracts passing tradesmen so it seems to have a good reputation. The price is very reasonable and the Wi-Fi is good. - JTD2

We were actually up the street at Falcon Lakeshore Campground which has it's own office up there. The staff in the office are very friendly. We had a great site. Very clean. We were happy. - Snooker2

The park was great. The sites are adequate size even for large rigs. The only NEGATIVE thing about the park is the staff in the office. They are rude and just very unfriendly. - Yamamom

This campground has 75 seasonal spots which looked lovely but the 12 overnight spots were just clustered in an open grassy area; no pads, no road and was quite uneven. No internet. For $32/night? There is a parking area for Quads and an entrance to driving paths for Quads and it seems to be mostly people with that 4 wheel recreational vehicle which use these overnight spots. I heard there was a 9:00 curfew for them but a noisy quad going past your campsite, apparently they don't have mufflers, even in the early evening is not pleasant. The biggest problem though is no sewer hookup, not even a shared grey or black water dumpsite. And there's nowhere except other campgrounds nearby that you could use. Nice hosts and if you're a quad enthusiast or looking for a nice seasonal lot this could be it but travelers just looking for an overnight or a weekend camp should look elsewhere. - TomFromWinnipeg
