This is a really nice, woodsy, clean campground. It has a state park feel. Our 50 amp, FHU site needed some work to level as the terrain is hilly. The terrain also is what gives the cg some ambiance and charm. Our site (#254) was spacious with lots of shade. We had no road noise, but did notice that the sites closer to the entrance had noise. BE VERY CAREFUL of the cg entrance & exit. Our GPS had us going just a little farther per the address. The entrance comes suddenly and is exactly where another road is merging (just past the Subaru dealership). It is a little dicey. Because Hwy 28 is so busy, the exit is hard in a MH pulling, and there is a dip. We cracked our windshield. It might be easier to go up the road before hooking up the toad - that would be my recommendation. The WiFi was excellent as was the cable. Good Verizon cell service. Very friendly staff & easy, efficient check-in. Guard at gate checking passes to enter & exit. We would stay here again. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Motorhome.

Very large, well spaced out campground. Entrance/exit from 28 is difficult at high traffic times. Site was a back in site for our 45 ft coach. Site was nice and roomy, clean and ready for us. Due to trees, satellite dish would not work.
Campground has hills and turns but they are manageable. Check in was prompt and friendly. Several seasonal campers, but tastefully finished sites.
Very nice campground. Friendly staff. Doubtful you will be able to use satellite while here. Wifi was off and on. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Motorhome.
Recommendations for restaurants was spot on!

We were attending a wedding and found most of the RV parks booked months ahead. Bay View was available and although expensive, we took it. Site was wide, level and wooded. Backed up to a site that had a derelict trailer and lots of junk. If we had invited guests to visit our site, they would have to pay $7 each to enter the park if staying more than 30 minutes. If we return to area, will look for another park. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Lots to do on Cape Cod. Great restaurants with emphasis on seafood. Good shopping and many historic sites. Check out the canal museum in Sandwich and Moby Dick's restaurant in Wellfleet.

The entrance comes up very quickly right after another road joins on the right. It is a divided highway with little access to the other side so don't miss the entrance. This campground has a lot of permanent summer campers. It is very hilly with some tight turns. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park, older but nice. The staff are knowledgable and helpful.
Be careful the entrance comes up quick and it is by a merging road.
We had a premium site.
Great dog park. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Close to Cape Cod, Woodshole, Hyannis, etc....
Be careful the bridges are narrow and the roads are busy.

We just love it here, the feel of the Cape. We camp here at least once a year and will continue to review it because it is great. It is hilly but nice to walk around. People are friendly as is the staff. We laugh as the workers rush to clean the sites as trailers pull out. Some sites get cleaned 2 or 3 times as the guys just run around making sure the place is in great shape. The pools were open but a little too cool for us to go swimming. Stopped in the ice cream shop a couple times, really enjoyed that. As always great fire pits and good wood made for a couple of great fires. We just love it here and will continue to camp here for as long as we can. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Another great stay, we love it. We had a great site with a great view. Hook ups were great. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to relax here. A lot of the seasonal so we're working all weekend getting ready for the winter. Bought wood and it burned very well, kept us warm all weekend. Just a real nice, pleasant and friendly place to camp. Next year we hope to stay longer and go a little earlier in the season. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We said here for five nights in August. I was nervous about the bridge traffic but the staff recommended that we should arrive after 3PM on a Saturday, they were correct. Very clean and maintained grounds with a lot of seasonal campers, but I have to say they keep everything extremely clean. Check in was easy with a guard to watch people come and go. We stayed in site # 48 with our 33' motorhome and toad, this site has plenty of room. No issues with electric, water of sewer. Nice dog park to let the dogs loose and have them run around. If you are visiting the Upper Cape this a great location. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Motorhome.
Again if visiting the Upper Cape, towns of Bourne, Sandwich, Falmouth, and Mashpee this is a great place to stay. You want to be on this side of the bridge if visiting the above towns, not on the "mainland". Also ferry service to Martha's Vineyard is within a 20-25 minute drive. We loved visiting and walking the dogs around Falmouth in the evening. Like to ride a bicycle? The Shining Sea Bikeway is great. Check out Cape Cod Coffee Roasters and the local farmers markets.

I was given the absolute worst site. For some reason the firepit was next to all the hookups,at the end of the site. This meant I had to forgo campfire-otherwise I risked my camper catching fire and getting filled with smoke.I looked & this was the only site set up this way.Clearly a bad placement.I previously stayed here & enjoyed it but this year things had changed. The music was obnoxiously loud & the wood was terrible.Previuosly Bay View had had great, seasoned wood. There was black plumes of smoke all over because of the crappy wood-it is required that wood be purchased here, though many people bring their own.My reservations were messed up twice, cutting short my stay.Bathrooms were not kept as well as they used to be. Showers are so tiny you cannot bend to pick up shower caddy.Changing room next to shower also small. My daughter is an 88 lb 13 year old & even she had trouble moving around! This campground is disappointing. Sad. It used to be great. Staff is helpful though. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Awesome weekend, just love it here. Had a nice site with plenty of room, huge fire pit. Good deal on wood and it burns well. Wi-Fi was great the first night and a little slower as more people arrived. Great area, will return. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We like it here and we like the area. Love the feel of Cape Cod. This is a very clean friendly campground. Many seasonals, but neat. Did find some dogs unleashed and owners not picking up after them. Somewhat tough walking dogs and staying off of sites, but we managed. Site was large and fire pit was great. Wood was an OK deal and burnt real well. We stayed warm on a nice cool fall night. Will be back for sure. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very convenient to everything, clean, and it's the same price as the closest other RV park, which doesn't even allow you to use your air conditioner - even during the heat waves. I would recommend this park, but for a 40' it can be quite tricky getting in and out. Sites are mostly spacious, but getting into the sites can be tricky. Great staff in the office that were good in helping us. It was $1,425 for a month during June/July/August. Nice park. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Motorhome.

I think this is a great campground. A lot of seasonals but no issues. In order to make the appearance of this campground better the management should stay on top of some of the seasonal sites and require that they maintain their TT. Many were old and looked like they haven’t moved or have anything done to them in years. The pool areas are nice, the staff was very friendly and the grounds crew was always cleaning sites or other areas. The bathrooms are very dated (but clean) and might be the only reason I don’t rate this campground higher. This was my 3rd time there and would go back. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Motorhome.

Gee, can you make a park in the northeast that doesn't have a 100 hills! Very difficult for dog walking although they did have a decent dog park we drove to. Two pools and they were both freezing. Hardly no one in them, not even kids! I knew this was a seasonal park, even though people were friendly, not so great for travelers. Laundry was very busy and small for such a huge park, wound up going to town. I had problems with the internet, cable okay and decent gravel back in. This place was convenient for sight seeing in Cape Cod. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We were extremely impressed with Bay View Campground. It really lived up to everything we had read about it. I especially liked having someone greet us when we arrived, take down some information, and then send us to the office to check in. The roads are nicely paved and maintained; this place is very well organized. The campsites are spacious and each one has a fire pit and picnic table. The sites have gravel on the ground, which is not only great for drainage if it rains, but a lot cleaner too. We were designated site #7, an end site near the entry to the grounds and easy access to the pool and amenities. The grounds were beautifully kept. Good Wi-Fi, cable TV, etc. As with every campground, we seem to find something that stands out; this one seemed to attract a lot of multi dog owners. Although my husband and I are animal lovers, some owners just need to be more conscious of controlling and quieting their pets. At any rate: we loved this place and would stay again in a heartbeat. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Travel Trailer.
