Beautiful CG. Very well kept. Really enjoyed our stay. CG is set in a hilly area with sites built around the landscape. The sites and roads are well kept. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

You must be able to maneuver your rig well in here. Many turns are tight and with the roads being lined with trees and rocks backing into sites requires a good understanding of your vehicle and a good spotter. Google maps showed 45 min from CG to downtown Boston. With traffic actual time was about 1:15.

We based out of here so we could play tourist in Boston. It’s a fairly long drive, but the closest and certainly the nicest campground in the Boston area. Lots of trees. Lots of nature. The sites are a nice size and are mostly offset from one another giving you a feeling of privacy. Convenient to a couple of highways. Very clean. Well run and organized. We stayed here a couple years ago because it was on our way to somewhere else. When we decided to visit Boston, there was no question as to where we would stay. We also feel safe here. There’s a conenience store/has station within 500 feet of the campground. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

Markets Street Cafe in Concord is great! Walden Pond is nice. There’s a nice little restaurant (Chip’s) within 1/4 mile. Enterprise will come pick you up here.

This is what I consider a rustic campground. That is not a criticism but it is not one of the cement pads, paved roads, manicured edges type of parks. (Kinda love those too.) It is clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. The beautiful tall pines surrounding our site along with a night of heavy rain required that I clean off my slide before closing up but the beauty was worth it. We got great use of the stone firepit. Great location for taking the metro into Boston, visiting Salem, Lexington and Concord, etc. One thing my wife commented on is that they had specific information sheets for anything and everything you could think of from transport to food to medical to...anything. This was beyond the normal maps or brochures. They came in very handy. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

You need an app to purchase a ticket into Boston since there are no live people or kiosks at the closest station but, wait until you get on the train. My wife and I both bought regular priced tickets only to be told by the conductor that there are specials that would have saved us money. Metro was very nice. It was not my NJ Transit Northeast Corridor!

$46 for W/E only. Wifi was horrible. Visited over the Labor Day weekend and the campground was packed. Sites are fairly close together and small. Lots of vehicles blocking/or nearly blocking the gravel roadways. Wooded campground very handy to I-495. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

Traveling in a 38 foot coach we stayed 11 nights in a site for big rigs. The site we had was level. If you have a dog there is ample area to walk. Our satellite did not work here (to many large trees to get reception). If you are looking for a quiet and clean park where you can sit outside and relax... go here. We enjoyed our stay, and would go back. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest parks we have stayed at. Large shaded lot. FHU. Very full but very quite. We will definitely stop here again if passing thru. The office staff is very friendly. You are escorted to your site. They are willing to help you if needed. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This very pretty, natural looking campground is outside of Boston and could be a good home base for exploring that area. We stopped over to get off the road for the night and felt like we had found a gem. Though there are a lot of campsites, the trees and the boulders make it feel very scenic and private. The staff are very professional and well organized. We were impressed, and will return when we are visiting the sites and history of Boston. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

Our first visit. Very nice campground. Staff was very friendly and helpful, guiding us to our site and helping with set-up. Nice level sites with plenty of shade. Campground maintenance paid extreme attention to cleanliness of sites evacuated. Would highly recommend this campground. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

Lovely, peaceful campground amid tall pine trees. Clean pool, family friendly, but not noisy. Cable included but scratchy. Good cellular coverage with T Mobile and Verizon. Convenient location to Boston's Historic Sites. Watch the steep entry: seems to have evidence of long trailers scraping the pavement. Would definitely stay here again!! Tips for other Campers:

We spent the morning at Minuteman National Park in Lexington, and then Concord. Lovely lunch at Main Street Market, downtown Concord. Took a commuter train to Boston out of Littletown (or Ayers). Nearby Market Basket mall had pizza and frozen yogurt. Kimball Farms is a must do for families: restaurants, ice cream, driving range, bumper cars/boats, batting cage, and the most beautiful putt-putt golf course I have seen. Super friendly staff.

This is a very pretty park with a mix of RV sites, pull-thrus and back-ins, cabins and tent sites. The roads into the park and in the park are easy to navigate. Check in was fast and friendly, they have a small store with basic needs. You are guided to your site. We were in Site A, a back in with full hook ups, no issues with any of them. The site was wider than normal, with room to store our tow-dolly, a picnic table and beautiful fire-pit made from large boulders. There is plenty to do. They have a pool, playground and game room. Bocce Ball court, ladder-ball, and corn-hole in their activity area away from the campground sites, along with a very nice fenced dog park. WiFI was good and our Verizon signal was strong. Did not use the laundry, bathroom was clean. We stayed July 5-9, 2018 and paid $54.90 a night with no discounts. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Boston and the surroundings area. The people in the office were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Our site was a large shaded back in. We will absolutely stay here again if we ever return to the area. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Lovely, wooded campground. Nice swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Navigating to our spot in our 38' MH with toad was a bit tight but doable. We had site #1, one of their few pull-throughs. It was very spacious on the passenger side with a nice fire ring and table. No satellite coverage - too many trees. Cable was good. Water pressure and WiFi were good. Nice size wooded and enclosed dog park. There are mosquitoes, but not bad if you put on repellent. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

This park was a wonderful place to spend a week near Boston. We felt like we were in a state park campground, not a commercial RV park. All the sites were heavily wooded and had some privacy even though they were actually fairly close to one another. The campground itself was hilly but they did a good job making the sites level, even the long ones for big rigs. When we first pulled in off the main road and saw the place we were worried about being able to fit in our 40' motorhome but our site was plenty long and spacious. The roads through the campground were definitely a bit tight for big rigs but we managed. Both Verizon and AT&T worked well. There's a decent size fenced dog park and lots of sports/activity areas for humans too. Since it's not a very big campground we did quickly run out of places to walk our active dog, so we regularly took him to Great Hill Recreation Area about 15 minutes away to hike the miles of trails and swim in the lake. It was about a 1h 10m drive to downtown Boston, or you can take the trains (around the same time, more expensive, somewhat less hassle). Some local friends wanted to stop by to check out our new motorhome, and unfortunately the campground has a visitor fee. We stayed for a week which meant a 20% discount, making the site more reasonably priced than the normal daily rate which is a bit high. We'd stay here again. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.

A very nice park set in the woods, almost like a state park. Sites are spread around to give some privacy. Wifi worked well, but there were few campers here during our stay. Verizon worked well. The interior roads are tight for a big rig but you are led to your site so there was no problem. The trees are trimmed up so you do not hit them. The office people were very friendly and helpful. They have cable and many OTA channels available. We would stay here again when in the area. We camped at Boston Minuteman Campground in a Motorhome.
