Totally unsupervised park, NO control over anything. The park has an "Emergency After Hour Phone Number" listed on the check-in sheet and I called it, it states to leave a name and phone number and they will call you back the next day, WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! There is NO security in this park at all!!! The sites are dirty muddy sites, roads are gravel and it is out in the country away from anything and they charge like they are near the beach or activities, no stores of any kind are close, 7.5 miles to the closest yet they over-charge for this park. The park store has little to no supplies and no groceries either. This park is NOT up to the KOA standard for being a good park. This park needs to provide after-hour phone numbers that function as they should, they need a Security Staff to police the park and enforce quiet hours and visitors controlled on sites. Boston/Cape Cod KOA, strange that they even call it that because it is 45 minutes to Boston, an hour to Cape Cod both are FAR! I will NEVER again visit this park, hope I can share this for other RV'ers to avoid this park and the bad environment. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.

This was our third stay at this campground and I'm not sure what's happened but things seem to have gone downhill. We stayed during the KOA free night which might be why it was so crowded so we only got a water/electric spot. It was not at all level and had lots of roots on dirt. Using the showers in the main building was odd because the shower head was on the side you walk in on so you have to get wet to turn on the shower. There's another shower for full-hookup sites which is better. As mentioned by other campers there are no rules enforced. On the Saturday night there were cars and trucks parked everywhere; some as many as four to a site. There's plenty of overflow parking but seems people don't want to walk. One couple waved through our door as they cut through our site. People across from us seemed to be long-term with large outside TV (loud) and a large black dog that barked a lot and often was off leash. Lots of trees but none that prevented backing in although the road was not in good condition. It is convenient to shopping and freeways and about halfway between Cape Cod and Boston. The wifi worked OK. Ask for a space along the back row which are full-hookups. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Travel Trailer.

All roads are big rig friendly...the sites are grass or mostly dirt..sites are fairly level and as most Koa's go the sites are somewhat close but I've seen worse...all services worked great, and I will give a SHOUT out to this campground, they warn you about high water pressure, in excess of 100 psi and I checked it with my gauge and it only goes to 100....so be warned use your reducer...best pressure I've ever seen....good cable, wifi slow so we used our hotspots, ATT had fair cell service...the showers were alright, they could use a upgrade but once again I've seen worse and they were clean....this is very family oriented campground with a lot for the kids to do...this is a great location if you want to explore the Boston, cape cod area and there is some noise from the road traffic outside the park but it didn't keep us up....we'd stay here again if in the area.... We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.

It was an interesting stay this time around. Great campground with a ton of kids all having a great time which is good. They live on the 2 bouncy pillows which was fun to watch. As others have said, a lot of activities for the kids. The pool was very enjoyable but seems to be showing it's age as some repairs are needed but the water was great. The staff was friendly and the store was nice with most anything you would need. What made this stay interesting was a few of the rules or what should be rules were not followed. We have been camping for 27 years and have never seen so much cutting through sites, it is totally out of control. First we thought it was just the kids but then the parents started cutting through as well. There is a path for them to use but maybe it is not marked well. Constant cutting between trailers, between fire pits and trailers, it was just unbelievable. This is a huge pet peeve and it really takes away from the experience. Next was the non stop uncontrollable dog barking. All day and night and nothing is done about it. Most campgrounds would tell people they have to take their dog out but it went on and on. The final thing that bothered me was when I saw kids driving golf carts, talk about an accident waiting to happen. If we decide to return we will need to stay in another area I guess. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This place is not for big rigs. Because of sharp turns and trees, parking was difficult. We had advanced reservations but one of our club members was forced to park across from the dumpsters because there was a another camper in their assigned spot. They sent some of our big rigs to an area where they were not able to pull out without going in a field. Wi-fi was there but not worth trying to get on. Water pressure and electric very good. Not worth $72. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Set aside the usual adjective "overpriced", as are most KOA's. Great family campground with lots of activities for the young ones. Playgrounds, jump pillows, train rides, pool area, horse shoes, etc. Lots of kids, therefore the communal urinal (aka: the pool) was a bit murky. The men's bath/showers had used t.p. on the floor, the showers had mold/mildew on the tile grout, and one day the shower temperature was tepid at best. The luxury sites are level gravel with FHU's, patio, patio furniture, fire rings, & swing chairs. Heavy canopy of trees. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.

This KOA chooses not to enforce its own rules. I contacted management, and they were nothing but apologists for the bad behavior of the known rule breakers. Plan on being woken from sleep many times at night, due to Harley riders revving their hogs, then speeding through the park at night, even after the 11 PM "quiet hours" cutoff. I was told that if these individuals were excluded "all I'd have left is a bunch of Priuses and tents." I was told that 20-25 campers have Harleys every year on Labor Day weekend, so nothing will be done. Everyone deserves to enjoy their camping experience, but not at the expense of others. There are plenty of parks in this area. Pick one where your peaceful enjoyment is a priority. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.

We didn't spend much time at the park, but we have been here before and nothing has changed. Got a back-in spot right by the bathhouse. Surprising, things were pretty quiet, so no real noise complaints from us. We were in town for a family event, and this campground is centrally located for that. Easy enough, also, to get into Boston for a Red Sox game (which we did), or down to Bourne (entrance to Cape Cod) for some lobster (quite excellent, by the way, and reasonably priced -- two 1-1/4 pounders for $32). This KOA is well-maintained and staff is exceedingly friendly. Makes everyone feel right at home. I recommend this campground and will stay here anytime I'm in the Boston/Cape Cod area. Tips for other Campers:

The Lobster Trap in Bourne, Mass. About a 30 min. drive down to the Cape. Two 1-1/4 pounders for $32, and seafood bisque is excellent. Closer in Middleboro, try Harry's but if the lot is full (and it probably will be), Dave's Diner, right across the street is pretty good, too.

We stayed here for 4 nights visiting family in Taunton and touring Historic Plymouth. Quite a large campground. Our site was very spacious and in a nice part of the campground. We had a private patio, with table and chairs plus our own swing (glider). Although we only have 30 amp, the site was equipped with 50 amp. Water, sewer, wifi and cable included. We would stay here again. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.

This is like 2 different campgrounds. Last year we were in the back section which was fine but away from everything. This trip we were in a backin site in the front section. We were right in the middle of the activities. Since our grandson was with us this worked out great. We were near the jumping pad, ice cream social, train rides, mini golf and pool. Our location made it real nice. Wifi was good as were the hook ups with great water pressure. We found the campground to be extremely quiet and enjoyable. Staff was great and friendly but could do a little better cleaning sites as our fire pit had trash in it when we arrived. Unfortunately for us it is bee season and they swarmed the site when ever we were going to eat or someone opened a soda. We had to eat a few meals inside to get away from them. This is a nice campground for a quick getaway. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Travel Trailer.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the campground was clean and neat. There appeared to be many things for the children to do. However, while this campground had many positive aspects, I would not stay here if you planned on a good night's sleep. We had loud parties late into the night on both sides of our camper, children playing and screaming at 11:30 at night-every night- and people cutting through our campsite-walking between our chairs- while we sat around the fire or at the table. There was incessant dog barking that never stopped, and loud music along with drumming-yes drumming- late at night from the cabins across the street. Could not wait to get out of there! We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.

First visit and off season but we enjoyed the campground, glad we went. We were in the back section and our site was ok but it could have been a bit larger, had to park the truck in at tough angle. The hook ups all were fine and the neighbors were very friendly. It was somewhat busy for being later in October. The front section had lots of activities with many kids enjoying the bouncy pillow and playground. As we walked there are some really nice sites with plenty of room and some others that are just small. For some with lower trailers, the sewer hook up could be a bit uphill which would be an issue. All in all we are glad we went and will keep it in mind for future trips. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here twice while attending family events (and visiting Maine in between). The park itself is very nice. Lots of woods & shade. Lots of kids, but still relatively quiet. An enjoyable place to stay. Both times we stayed in the wooded area at the far back area of the campground.

However, I 'd suggest you check your site before settling in. At our first site, the sewer connection was UPHILL from where the RV could be parked, making it unusable (since, you know, stuff doesn't flow uphill). During our second visit, there was no way we could level the RV ... there was just too much slope on the site. The motorhomes on either side of us were jack up so high that both front wheels were completely off the ground. Ours were, too, but there was still a distinct down angle toward the front of the coach. Enough to be noticeable. Next time we visit we'll stay in another part of the campground where the sites looked to be more level. We camped at Boston / Cape Cod KOA in a Motorhome.
