Not big rig friendly, site long enough but fencing, narrow bumpy dirt roads inside campground and one way low hanging branches on the 7 mi trek from the interstate make this a non starter. Had to show rabies cert for dog, pay for card entry all added to one night of pain. Resort full of seasonal with trash, toys, golf carts. Note on bathrooms said cleaned once a week, glad we didn't use. Would never stay again. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

The camping options along this stretch of I-90 are very limited. We found this campground on an app we use. It's about 15 minutes off of the highway. The roads getting in are a little narrow but nothing to shy away from. There are different rates for 30 and 50 amp. My rate given was for 50 amp. After check in we were escorted to our site. Yes, the roads are bumpy but it is what it is. Just go slow. The staff was very helpful. They sure know how to pack the campers in here though...wow. Even though it looked like most sites had plenty of room I was amazed how they were arranged. Most are permanent. I thought the price was a little high considering what it was. Then again, you have very few options. Bathrooms were spotless but showers are $.25. Overall I guess it's not a bad spot just for an overnight stay. I was very happy that the site was big enough for our 38' motorhome and tow car. No need to unhook. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

Literally the only people we saw in this whole town are in this campground. Very busy. Golf cart city. Lovely mudhole to swim in with a DJ in the evening........ Not kidding. Great for kids. Not great for adults looking for quiet camping. The staff is friendly, though. Laundry is not easily accessible. Fire pits are placed in an odd place, where if you want a campfire, you are smoking your neighbors out, so we didn't bother. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Travel Trailer.

We came to the area to visit the Brimfield Outdoor Antique and Flea Market nearby. Beautiful area.

We had a nice long pull-thru, roomy enough for our 42' motorhome and tow car. Great drainage, it rained our first night, hard and long, yet the ground was dry in the morning.

Keep in mind there's not much shopping or places to eat in the immediate area. Wifi was very slow. Utilities all worked well. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

This is an older park, laid out in a seemingly haphazard manner, not necessarily a bad thing, as the sites seemed more spread out than the norm. We were in a pull-through, but had lots of space around us, and so did most of the other sites we saw. The interior roads are rough, perhaps to keep everybody's speed down to 5 mph? The country roads leading up to the campground are very winding and dark at night! Our only real negative comment is that on Saturday night the campground had a big party and blocked off one of the roads within the campground. We returned on a dark and rainy night and got a little lost driving back to our site! No big deal, but it was a bit frustrating. Our site was hard packed gravel and very level. We were shaded by tall trees most of the day. We would come back here again. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

Well maintained, clean, quiet campground. The majority of the sites are seasonal, beautifully landscaped and treed. Sites for transients are graveled, level, near bathrooms, with less shade and mostly pull-thrus. Bathrooms were immaculate; showers were coin-operated. No cable or OTA television. Wi-Fi did not reach to our site but our Verizon hot-spot worked fine. Laundry room was small but well equipped with four high efficiency washers and three dryers, one of which was larger commercial size. LOTS of children's activities, including one of the largest playgrounds I've seen in a campground this size - with soft sand for ground cover. Swimming pool was pristine. There is man-made swimming/fishing pond with a center aeration fountain surrounded by sandy beaches and some shade and seating. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

Rate is for a weekly stay. This is a fairly large campground which looks like it has lots of activities during the summer for the many seasonal visitors (playground, pond, pavilion, etc.) We were there just before they closed for the season so it was fairly empty (lots of trailers, few people). The campground is located pretty far from most interesting areas, but for us it as a nice and fairly convenient place to stay while visiting Six Flags and The Big E. There's a pretty nice supermarket in town just a couple miles away. Most of the campground is heavily wooded with steep hills that would be challenging for any RV, but the central areas for short-term visitors camp were fairly open and level. Our pull-through site (end of the row) was very nice and larger-than-average, but others looked more average. The WiFi didn't work for us, but AT&T and Verizon worked fine even though we had a weak signal (2 bars) for each. There were plenty of places to walk our dog inside the campground, including a large grassy field near the entrance. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We'd very likely stay here again if returning to the Springfield area in the future. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

This is an older and very large campground about 15 miles from Sturbridge. Once we found the campground, we were amazed at how big it was, with many of the campsites secluded in woods. Our pull-thru was adequate and relatively level, although getting out when leaving was a bit of a challenge with large boulders and a fence in our way. The driveways are mostly dirt and gravel and a bit rutted, so we were grateful that it hadn't rained prior or during our stay there. The owners seem to have their own set of rules, such as providing them with a copy of rabies vaccination for your pets. We had a copy and that was sufficient. Also, you need a card to access the park 24 hours a day. That's not so unusual, but sliding the card against the card reader from a large rig, or my F-250 can be a bit of a challenge. Wifi, where we were camped, was very limited, so I used my phone's 'Hot Spot'. No cable, but enough TV stations to entertain us at night. There are a lot of seasonals there, but they were all friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves. We used the CG to go into Sturbridge and visit Old Sturbridge Village, which was well worth it. Would - probably - camp here again. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground is family owned and run. Fast to reply to emails re. bookings. 1.5 hours from Boston and about 45 minutes from a commuter train. Has a pool (closed when we were there) and a swim pond. Slightly outdated facilities. Would need a small upgrade to be called modern and fresh. Staff helpful, especially the campgrounds handy man who helped us to fix a small problem we had with a fitting leaking in our RV - 10 points! Water quality and pressure good. Sewer worked fine, too. Who ever designed the card reader for the gate in to the campground should be fired or promoted to something else. You had to do all sorts of circus tricks to get to it from a large truck. Shop had some small things we needed so good. Internet useless most of the time. Speedtest.net on the staffs computer at the front desk measures over 50mb/s but with my own devices I never got more than 2mb/s and most of the time 56K like good old dial up. Asked them twice to restart the router not sure if they did. Claimed it works even though I showed them that it took 4,5 min to load CNN.COM. Not a problem if I knew it was bad but decided to stay a week here just because they told me over the phone that internet worked great. Verizon LTE worked OK but cost me $100 in extra charges for the week as I work via internet. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is an easy exit off the MassPike. Be sure to follow the directions for big rigs on their web site. This 6 mile route from the turnpike is easy and paved the entire way. The campground is huge. Lots of space for all types of rigs. The sites are spacious. The campground is very quiet at night. The utilities are good. We would definitely stay here again We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for a month stay from late May through June and took advantage of the early season monthly rate. The campground is a traditional New England campground that has mainly seasonal residents with transient sites. We stayed in a spacious pull-through site. Our site was well landscaped as was the whole park. The staff and management were helpful and the residents friendly. The park has great family amenities: pool, pond, club house and restaurant. Horse back riding is available nearby and their trail cuts through the park. There were many activities planned on the weekends including free concerts, and themed weekend events. We would stay here again. If you have a big rig, please follow the web site navigation directions. Your GPS will send you up a narrow steep hill with a very sharp turn. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

Far from highway noise, but generates enough of its own to offset that. Friendly, efficient staff. Great electric power (almost too strong when park is empty). Totally worthless Wi-Fi. Bathrooms clean but old, with scary-dark pay showers. Family-oriented: lots of kid activities means lots of yelling kids; adults screaming and partying til 11; loud music at sites. Family destination = yes. Convenient overnite stop = no. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

We stayed 2 nights with 5 kids to take to Six Flags. When we checked in the woman was not very nice. The campground is very clean although there were apple trees that have rotten apples dropping from it and so we were running from bees at the site. Woke up one morning to use the bathroom and it was closed for cleaning so we asked the man where there was another bathroom and he ignored us, and we YELLED to him a few times, he was also very unpleasant. Thankfully a woman cleaning the other bathroom was super nice and helped us. We went to the pond which was beautiful and the kids enjoyed it very much, as well as the camp store! All in all it was super clean, and its too bad there were a few very non pleasant workers there. The seasonal people were really nice too. Otherwise we had fun. Would not stay there again only because I feel like the staff makes our trip and not all the staff is friendly. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Truck Camper.

Pros: 1) Friendly, helpful staff with planned activities. 2) Well maintained campground. 3) Good hook ups. Cons: 1) Narrow, hilly access roads. 2) "Free WiFi" was terrible. It was difficult to connect, and speeds were very slow. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Motorhome.

Be sure to follow the directions on the campground's website to get to this park. Your GPS will put you on Beebe Rd which is not big rig friendly. We called last minute for a site and it was the same time as their Halloween weekend so they were sold out. The hosts were nice enough to let us rent the owner's site next to the old barn across the street from the park. Honestly, if we are in the area again, we would prefer that site to the sites in the park. The park was booked and very crowded so a nice quiet site in the park was not a possibility. The park does do a fabulous Halloween blow out. Music, costume party and haunted ride with multiple sites decorated. The children in the park had a great time. Nice pool and swimming lake, rec center and snack bar on site. The laundry room was neat and clean although a little small. One of the better campstores we have seen with a nice office and professional hosts. We camped at Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in a Fifth Wheel.
