We picked this park because it was close to sites we wanted to visit. It's a small park close to Salisbury Beach. The drive along 1A up to Maine is beautiful. We visited the USS Albacore, Salem Witch Museum, and other sites. The staff meet us and guided us to our site and helped us pull in. That was needed as the sites are small and tight! Sites have a fire ring but your to close to use it safely. The sites have concert pads for each leveling. Good area for our 80lb dog. Garbage is picked up daily. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Small RV park with paved road and sites have concrete level pads. Park is very neat and clean. Trash is picked up each morning at your site. Check in is easy and staff is exceptionally helpful. You are guided to your site and assisted in parking. Gate key is provided at no deposit but a charge will be made if gate key is not returned. AT&T is weak, cable is excellent. Some rigs are able to use satellite but our site was too close to the trees at the edge of the campground. WiFi is available. We stayed for two days. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Salisbury is a small beach town but just across the bridge on Rt 1 is Newburyport. Shopping, restaurants and sight seeing are abundant. The museum of the oldest coast guard station is in town, well worth seeing. We ate at the Black Cow, an excellent beef and sea food restaurant right on the water.

This is a small and compact RV only campground. The gate closes about 8 PM and you are issued a gate keycard without deposit but sign an agreement to pay if it not returned on departure. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price for an overnight stay is among the highest we've ever paid and is probably due to its proximity to the coastal beaches; peak season and holiday rates are even higher. The sites were level and in close quarters to each other and the majority were back in. A few were longer but most would have to disconnect and park across the front of their trailer. The park is along busy Hwy 1A but the traffic noise was minimal and I didn't notice it at night. The cable worked well, and the wifi was typical of most campground. This is the probably the best RV park in the area and I would have rated it much higher if the sites were angled for easier backing and the price was not so high off season. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Campsites were tight. It was difficult to back in site. Vehicles were parked everywhere making it difficult to maneuver trailer and tow vehicle. Staff was helpful. Escorted to site and assisted with back in. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed in this park over a month. The staff is very nice and helpful. Since the park is small and very tight one of the staff helps guide you into your slot. The wifi is weak and undependable. If you're a T Mobile wifi customer that is very spotty in this area as well. If you're on DISH tv forget about it because the trees block the satellite. The park cable is only average and not very sharp. The utilities on top of your already expensive rent is 25 cents/kilowatt. We only stayed here because they were opened past the date we needed for our stay. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very easy access, close to ocean, lots of beautiful views as you travel Hwy. 1A, staff was accommodating, & park very clean. Our biggest complaint was the wifi and we couldn't get satellite due to trees - the cable was just ok. The explanation we got for wifi was not believable as we were pulling wifi from a motel down the road. Might have to put some $$ into the system but for the size of the park - wifi should not be problem. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

A bit pricey for us. But you're paying for location. It is a nice campground. Seems most of the campgrounds we stay at have a lot of "permanent" residents. They have a security gate. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

We went up to Rye, NH and went on the Granite State Whale Watch boat. We saw a lot of whales. Ate at Jasmin's Roast Beef and Seafood and had a fantastic roast beef sandwich. It looks like a dive, but if you like an awesome roast beef sandwich, stop there!

A very compact campground relatively close to the beach. Pretty quiet except during the Friday traffic to the beach and the Sunday return during the season. Single lane asphalt access road circles the campground. Closely packed sites with concrete pads and grass in between the sites. Our site was barely big enough for our rig (44' class A). Toads are parked adjacent to the rig (in what would normally be the patio area) unless the rig is short enough to allow the toad to park in front of the rig. Our site was barely wide enough to allow the toad to be parked next to the rig and still get the door of the rig open. Our neighbor's pickup truck was parked partially under our window awnings. Getting a big rig into a site and out of it is highly dependent upon what is in the adjacent sites and the sites across the access road.

Power OK even under load, water OK (80 psi), sewer OK. Good wifi signal with reasonable speed most of the time. TMobile 1 bar of 4G with NO data connection. Verizon 3 bars LTE with OK speed. No problems with satellite access. Some onsite recycling (plastic, cans, glass). While there were bike lanes adjacent to the campground, the road traffic was pretty heavy at times.

We will have to think about it as to whether we would come back. It is certainly not a good park for an overnight. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beach Rose is a great little, no frills park, very convenient to Salisbury Beach and surrounding area. WES very well located, in great condition. The free WiFi may be the best campground internet that we have encountered. Owners very accommodating, show you to your site and help you park. Concrete pads, very level and reasonably spaced. We were backed up to a fence - very quiet and peaceful. Very nice pool, which was of no interest to us, as it dropped into the 20s during our stay. We would definitely stay again. This is a fairly well maintained campground, with very helpful owners at check in. Interior road was paved and big rig access was average. Our fairly spacious back in level site had a concrete pad, not a lot of privacy between sites, but we did have a picnic table, fire ring, space for our towed and some shade trees at the rear of our site. There was no view and although the campground was full, it was too our surprise, extremely quiet, there is a small pool up by the front entrance. The bathrooms were clean and the laundry small but had plenty of washers and dryers. There is a security gate used at night time, which is always reassuring. Pet friendly with a small dog park and dog walking area but no doggie bags or disposal station. WiFi and cell were both good. Newburyport is just over the bridge and is a wonderful town, it has all the food stores and restaurants that you might need, and there is plenty of sightseeing close by. We would stay here again. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very small and well run park. Very clean. Many of the sites are seasonal residents, kept up nicely. Sites are tight but manageable. All but one site are back in and can be a little tricky if park is crowded but manager is very helpful getting you parked. Grass, picnic table and fire ring. Small RV pad finished with hard packed gravel. Hookups worked fine. Great cable and pretty good WiFi available at the site. Showers cost a quarter per two minutes. Satellite available at many sites. Nice pool and game room. A mile to Salisbury Beach and easy access to Scenic Highway 1 and US 95. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice, small campground with paved roads and pads that are half concrete, half hard-pack gravel. The roads are a little narrow but manageable. There are large grassy areas between sites. The owner and staff were very helpful, and the "regulars" who come in each weekend were also very friendly. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the laundry was a little dark but very clean and in good working order. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be a good size and clean. There are no trees in the park, so we had no satellite issues, and the wifi was good. While we were not crazy about Salisbury itself, we would consider staying here again if in the area. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is well run and everyone is very helpful & friendly. All is neat and tidy & the location to the town and restaurants is great. Even the pool looked inviting. Our only negative is that the sites are so close together, really jammed up with no barriers of any kind. Space is so precious that the dog walk is really necessary, but only 10 x 15. Being so close together is the only reason to not rate this place higher. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a tough park to rate. As others have said, it is not just tight, but very tight. You do have to be a skilled driver to back in to the spots, even with the owner's help. However, as others have also said, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the park is well kept and the pool looks inviting (we didn't use it). Good power, water, and sewer hookups that don't require extra cords or hoses. And, area isn't that bad if you are familiar with any beach town along the east coast - amusement rides, pizza places, arcades and stuff like that. For a few nights to see the area it is a nice park, but not a bargain at the price. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

We really appreciate the clean and well equipped park. The sites are a bit close together but are well maintained on a regular basis. Lawns are mowed, bathrooms cleaned, and garbage picked up just as you would want it to be. Many sites are seasonal residents but that takes nothing from it. All units are clean and modern. I can't say enough good about the friendly staff and owners. They went out of their way to make this a nice place and intend upon keeping it that way. I certainly recommend your staying here for any amount of time your visit brings you this way. Unfortunately, the local area leaves a little to be desired. A bit shaggy in the beach areas and we were not impressed with eating choices. This Beach Rose is a 10, the local area is not. We camped at Beach Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.
