No dogs, no campfires after 11, no pool, no cable TV (5 over the air channels), no cell phone reception (Verizon), no internet at the sites, no trash pickup. Even the internet at the office is limited. I tried to explain to the owner why people couldn't connect, but he insisted that my three machines (one Windows, one Mac, and one Android) were all configured wrong, along with the other 5 people who couldn't connect. What do I know? I've only been doing systems and networking work for 30 years, and he runs a campground. (In any case, I can tell you how to bypass his bad configuration. Just hard code the addresses instead of using DHCP.) The ground was so soft that my leveling jacks sunk into the ground. Fortunately, the sites weren't seriously unlevel. Martha's Vineyard is a great place to visit and this is the only RV campground, so I may return. But this place was among the worst in terms of features. Bringing our full size pickup, kayak, and 35' fifth wheel to the Vineyard was such an adventure. Don't be afraid to try it! The campground was well laid out, extremely clean, with friendly helpful staff. The location is right on the bikeway and convenient to everything Martha's Vineyard has to offer. Well stocked store, well kept playground, and immaculate bathrooms and showers. We were stunned that the week we were there the campground was less than 25% full. A couple of notables: the only place you can get a Wi-Fi signal is at the office/game room complex and we could not get a single TV station despite the complexity of our antennae system. Only a handful of seasonal campers here. Loved it. We camped at Martha’s Vineyard Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Campsites were small; water and sewer hookup only about 12 inches from each other, this is not sanitary. The sites were also not level. The short term sites were close to a very busy and noisy road. the CG is also on the flight path to the airport so be prepared to listen to planes all day and into the night. The staff was not friendly. This CG had some good looking tent sites but as far as an RV park I do not recommend it. The island is also a very expensive place to vacation. We will not come back here.
