This is just a nice park. The sites are large, we had a full hookup with small view of Whitefish Bay(site 98). There is a Casino across the street. Plenty of good food easily accessed. Not all sites are full hookups. No trees or shrubbery. Gravel road and sites. Level sites. Great manager, very personable and helpful(Jill). Good location for being a tourist and making day trips to attractions and historic educational experiences. Quiet Park comfortable to just hang out in as well. We are Full time RV'ers and this was our 1st time to the UP. This place is no frills but a great stop. Would definitely return. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Long, wide, level, open spaces. Excellent utilities including HD cable TV and strong WIFI. Roads and sites are gravel and dirt, so some pavement and concrete parking pads and patios would make this place about perfect for the discriminating traveler. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Pickles just east of the park has good food, cold beer, and a great atmosphere on the back deck by the water.

This turned out to be a great place to stay for 5 days. The spaces were roomy, it was quiet, easy to get to the nearby attractions (Soo Locks, Shipwreck Museum, etc), nice IGA grocery down the road. Water pressure was good. WiFi was terrific. Easy in and out with long pull-throughs. The Manager that checked us in was terrific. She put us in an inside row. I asked for an outside row with a view of the trees. We pulled in to that site and our neighbors were too messy for us so I went back and she found a better spot for us. Three times we changed and each time she was very helpful. Not attitude or anything. Laundry was neat and clean. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Iroquois Lighthouse (west) is a great place to visit and great birding. Monocole Lake is a terrific place to swim. Much warmer than Lake Superior, free and safe.

We stayed here while visiting the Sault Sainte Marie area. It's about 15 miles from Sault Sainte Marie with easy access and good roads. The campground is large, level, and good utilities. They offer free cable TV which we did not use. Also, the free Wi-Fi worked fairly well. Our Verizon phone and Hot Spot signals were weak and the Hot Spot was 3G only. The sites are large with some gravel. Our nightly rate reflects a Good Sam discount. If we visited the area in the future, we would consider staying here again. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Not a great park but one that fits the bill. Good water pressure, 50 amp service, and sewer connections all were easy to reach. Gravel pull-through sites and roads that are dusty. No trouble getting into our site. Wi-Fi was better then most we have come across in an RV park, was easy to hook up to, not great and could be slow at times. Cell phone connections faded in and out both with AT&T and Verizon. Cable TV was available only in a digital format so if you did not have a way to decode the digital signal there was no TV. Over the air TV is very limited, may be 2 channels. The Bay Mills Casino is across the street and Wild Bluff Golf Course is a few hundred yards down the road. We would stay here again if in the area but would not rush back. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Easy accessible 35' x 60' gravel sites that are very level and pull-through and easy in and out with my 37' 5th wheel. Over 76 sites and 34 are full hookup. Wi-Fi and cable TV with over 100 channels. Casino and Lake Superior across the street. Grocery store close by. Very quiet and clean campground. Pet walk close to all sites. Stayed 3 nights and would stay again. 25 mi to Sault St Marie. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice, clean park situated across the street from the casino. Long, gravel sites with full hook-ups. (They did not get a 10 because of gravel instead of a concrete pad). They also have limited hook-up sites available. $15 a person free casino gambling for first timers. Well located between Sault Ste Marie and Taquamanon Falls. Would return again. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects a Good Sams discount. We stayed just for an over night. Park was clean, sites level and all utilities worked well. Wi-Fi was good, but the cable signal not as good as I would have expected. The park is across the street from the casino, so there is not a traffic problem from the casino. The park is just a short drive off of the main east west highway. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Given the options in the area, this RV Park is fine. Full hook ups, long pull through gravel sites, satellite available. Closest available to the Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls with full hookups. Across the street from the casino. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice place to stay for awhile. The Wi-Fi is super fast but cannot get it to connect in the early mornings until 8 am. There is only about 20 full hook up sights and a lot that have only water and electric. Then there is about another 50 or 60 that is unused for some reason. The lady at check in said there is a bad septic, but they are not working on it. The restaurant at the casino is real expensive and not many selections. I ate from the buffet and the choice was ham or barbeque chicken. Of course, there was good salad and deserts. I tried to extend my stay, but they were booked up so had to move on. I would stay again if ever this way. The Walmart is about 15 miles away. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is another park we stayed at last year. We again stayed here 2 nights. I noted in my review last year that they were in the process of adding sites. Since they were starting to get people staying all summer and using up most of the original FHU sites, they decided to put in more FHU sites. There are 45 new FHU, pull through sites. Like the old sites, these are gravel with patchy grass with lots of weeds around them. They are fairly long and wide (they say 35'x58'). I changed the site total to 121 to reflect this. So, they have gone from a 76 site park with only 30 FHU sites to a 121 site park with 75 FHU. The building with the bathroom/shower/laundry facility remains the same, so the bath/shower situation could get tight if most of the 45 W&E sites are full. All the sites have 70+ cable TV and we had no problem with getting the free Wi-F in our RV. There is nothing for kids in the park or the resort. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice Upper Peninsula park. Sites were grassy and fairly level. When checking in, the receptionist worked to find a spot that met our needs, a pull-thru that was satellite friendly. Good location to explore from. 50amp service, water, and sewer all functioned well. Plenty of room to maneuver for big rigs and entrance was well marked. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very clean campground within walking distance to the casino which is across the street. For full hookups with Wi-Fi you can't go wrong. We stayed in the older section because it has trees. The newer section looks more like a parking lot with hardly any trees. A lot of big rigs were parked over there. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
