The park is easy to get in/out of off US 131. Interior roads are gravel but they have been coated with dust control stuff so not dusty like during our previous stays. The sites are on thin grass in sand and pretty level. Utilities worked fine but with low water pressure. Wifi worked well enough for basic stuff. Verizon signal good. There is a lot of loud traffic on both White Pine road and the highway so it is relentless. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park with private lake for swimming and fishing. Very friendly staff. Good value for the price. Easy access. Only detriment is highway noise. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

Very noisy from highway sound. Nice lake for fishing. Very rude staff. Not a friendly campground as most sites are seasonal and snow birds have junk all over the sites. If your coming in for the night or a few days you get a site 200 hundred feet or less from us 131. They charge guests to park. Not a happy camping experience. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice clean park. We had a nice grassy site along the lake. Lots of seasonal campers, mostly seniors and everyone was very friendly. Only about 30 minutes from the Frederik Miejer Gardens, which was our destination. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

Easy to get in/out. Roads are hard pack and sprayed to keep dust down. Sites are grass/dirt. Utilities worked well during week but had electric issues on busy holiday weekend. WiFi worked well during week but had issues on weekend. Bathrooms were very clean even on busy holiday weekend. All buildings have a fresh coat of paint inside and out and look nice. Owner was on top of every issue quickly and without fuss to make customers happy. If you can handle the highway noise it is a nice place to stay. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Only two campgrounds in Cedar Springs and both have big negatives. This one is clean and tidy with 90% seasonals. Pull-thrus are double-length spaces so are not pull-thru if you arrive after the other half of the space is full. Our site was good during the week, but Fri-Sat-Sun the place was over-run. The campground evidently only enforces rules when they want to (as in one tent or camper per space). There were 5 tents in the space behind us, 2 were in our space right up under our back window. They were eventually made to move those 2 tents but still put them on the same space. It was so crowded we couldn't have pulled out without getting 4 vehicles moved. Wifi was spotty. Noise from Hwy 131 was really awful. Will not stay here again. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park. We stayed at Lakeside with a motorhome group. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a difficult time leveling our coach on the gravel/dirt/sand pads. Also, you will need a water hose extension because the water hook-up is on the wrong side. The owner has some loaners that he provided at no cost. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

Nice clean campground located about 25 miles north of Grand Rapids. Roads are paved and sites are grass with picnic table and fire ring. Stayed 2 nights on one of the long pull through sites. A fair number of trees on most sites but was able to position my RV to get satellite access. Many sites are seasonal but well maintained. Nice lake with related activities. Quite a bit of road noise as park is located next to Hwy 131. Would stay here again if visiting Grand Rapids. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

We had a level site, easy to get in/out, utilities worked fine. Wi-Fi worked fine when park empty but went down hill as it filled up on the weekend. This is a pretty average place with many permanent residents mostly there on the weekends. The major downside of this park is constant road noise from the highway right next to the park. If you want activities for the kids they seem to have them here. Rate is weekly. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Interesting...first, I have to share, that we had to get used to the idea that in Michigan, campgrounds, for the most part, have you park on the grass. That's different than we've found in most states! That said, they also seem to all have a "mixture" of sites that have "electric & water only" and then "FHU". That's OK with us most of the time, so no big deal, just "beware" here - also, not uncommon, we've found, is "electric only" or "electric & sewer only". Like I said, "interesting". Here, we were only able to get "electric & water", but without reservations, and on the weekend, I was happy to get that! They have a lovely pond, and cute place. Very friendly, helpful staff and good WiFi. That said, awful traffic noise. It doesn't bother me, as I use ear plugs, but really bothered my husband, and he usually sleeps through almost anything, so I know it had to be bad! It is, after all, right on Hwy 31, so, guess that explains it, so keep that in mind! Really fun for kids & fishing tho! We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

Neat and clean RV park. Easy big rig access. Had a pull through site about 100 yards from office. WIFI was quick and snappy. Office help was very helpful. Seems to be mostly seasonal campers but we arrived at end of the season (late September) so things were kind of quiet. All the sites we saw were clean and not cluttered. Water and electric were good. Bring your fishing rod. Check out the wall of successful fishermen in their office. They have some very nice fish in the lake. Private lake so no license is required. I did not use the showers or laundry so I can't comment on them. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

If you like the sound of traffic 24/7 this is your RV park. The park sits back about 40 yards from a major highway. The camp roads are narrow and not paved. The camp lost a rating from Good Sam's due mostly to the poor shape the roads are in. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

Rate is weekly FHU 50 amp. (Note that they do have a few 50 amp now.) The water was marginal as would get bursts of rust sometimes that was nasty and clogged up and even got through filters. Our site was all sticky sand that tracked in. Has nice, friendly people; mobbed but under control even on a holiday weekend. Verizon was great; WiFi was great (that's rare to see). I might have rated a notch higher if the water was better. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here a couple of times, and find it to be a nice place, I do miss having a pool, but the lake is ok. The sites are grassy and level, although a little small. The last time we were here they seemed to be having some problems with the electric because we kept blowing our breaker. We camped at Lakeside Camp Park in a Travel Trailer.
