Wonderful resort. Clean and well maintained. Friendly people that make your stay enjoyable. We actually came here to visit Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park, but enjoyed the amenities at the resort and Lake Michigan just as much. The hot tub was nice and there were adult only swim/spa hours from 9:00-11:00 each night. The sites are designed to meet today's rigs. Each site has a concrete parking space for tow vehicle or toad, and patio with built in fire ring. Very thoughtful in the complete design and layout of this park. One of the quietest parks we've ever been to at night during the posted quiet hours. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We visited Michigan's Adventure and several lighthouses on Lake Michigan during our stay. Muskegon State Park is nice, right on Lake Michigan, and is only a 15 minute drive.

Duck Creek RV resort is about 10 miles north of Muskegon. Right across the street from a large amusement and water park, but most of the traffic for that venue comes from the other direction. The entrance across the creek is a little tight. The queue area is wide but not long, and a big rig and tow can block traffic for others trying to enter the registration area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Access is controlled with gates and you are issued a gate card. On checking out, staff actually came out to your RV to retrieve the card so you didn't have to get out and go into the office....nice touch! Someone takes you to your site and helps you park. The roads are paved and wide. The sites are all back-ins. They are level, paved and spacious. Each has a generous patio, grass and landscaping. There is a large, grassy common area behind many of the sites to play catch or throw the frisbee. Really nice pool and playground. The restrooms are very nice but are located at the pool area and can get crowded. A second location for restrooms would be nice. The grounds are beautifully cared for. The Internet was hit or miss, at times very good and at times very bad. No cable. Sites are satellite friendly. Utilities worked well. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nicest park I've been to. Just beautiful sites and great amenities. It's close to Theme park. Each site has perfectly manicured lawn and custom fire pit and cement pad. Beautiful pool, hot tub and grand room. Also has volleyball courts and other outdoor games. I can't say enough good things about the park. On the down side it is pricey at $60 a night but you are close to adventure Michigan theme park. One negative was at dusk the mosquitoes were out in force. They also pick up garbage from you at your site everyday. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We got there at night and had a problem with our car...Site person was VERY ACCOMODATING and helped us with our car. Very clean park, nice and secluded, concrete pads, We stayed the week that the park celebrated HALLOWEEN which was 2 weeks before... very nice people eventhough park was completely full... we had to get into the passing out candy.. many RV owners decorated their sites for the event. It was fun!... nice pet park, clean restrooms and laundry facility. This will be the only place we stay while in Muskegon! We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have camped at this park twice now and our family loved the stay. The staff is very welcoming, we arrived later at night and the host brought us right to our site and helped us back in. Nice big concrete lots, with concrete going all the way around fire pit, had plenty of room to park our 2 vehicles even. Landscaped lots with lots of grass for the kids to play in. An important factor for me is cleanliness and they had it, no dirt being tracked in our trailer. The playground is state of the art, I have never seen one this nice, it has rubber (track like) ground keeping it safe, and of course clean! The pool, hot tub and kiddy splash area was also very nice and well maintained. I love that I felt safe enough for my kids to just ride their bikes around the park and go to the play ground or game room since it's so secure with a gated entry. The staff often drives around on golf carts making sure people are being safe, always wave, and even pick up garbage and bring fire wood and ice right at your site. We did not use them but the showers/bathrooms were very clean, they have a laundry room and game room in their club house as well. The kids also enjoyed playing basketball and beach volleyball. My only criticisms would be to allow 2 key cards for the gate, as my husband and I would often leave at separate times while I commuted to work. And there is allot of barking from dogs, not in the campground but behind it at a dog boarding house. Not their fault, but it's unfortunate they are so close. Prices are high, but worth it for all the amenities. Would be nice if they offered the Good Sam Discount at least. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here 8/5-8/7 to visit Michigan's Adventure. We were greeted by a professional friendly staff. We were escorted by a groundskeeper to our site and made sure we were able to find it and aid with any backing in if needed. We were able to do a late checkout for $3.00 per hour, which was fantastic, so the kids could enjoy the entire day at the amusement park. (We rode our bike back and forth to Michigan's Adventure. It is about a one mile ride. Our 6 year old did it without any problems.) Nice, freshly mowed green grass with a lawn irrigation system so it was not dried up and dying. Level concrete pads, no leveling needed. Decent water pressure. Full hookups. They also picked up bagged trash bags at the site for your convenience. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Our kids loved the playground! Very clean and well-maintained. This is our first year RVing but this was by far the best campground we stayed at.

There are areas to lock up your bikes; bring your own lock. They allow re-entry in the park in case you need to go to your RV for lunch, to check on your pet etc... During the week it is quiet but avoid Saturday as they are busy! We can't wait to go back next year! We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Newer campground so no trees, but spotless paved streets, grass growing and well maintained by the grounds staff. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Our two gps showed two different routes. On site camp store. Fabulous pool and rec area. Lots of space for bike riding. The park is mixed with class a,b,c etc. Strong cable and wifi. Very spacious sites. What a welcome surprise! Duck Creek is everything an RV resort should be.
The park is an easy 2.5 mile drive from US 31. Beautiful office for efficient check-in by cordial staff. I was actually given a wifi password, cable channel listings, and an escort to my site over paved roads. Level sites are generously-sized concrete with permanently attached fire pits which aren't located right next to the rv. Picnic tables were clean. Grass in between and behind each site. Curb-side trash pick up throughout the day.
The recreation offerings are many. Large pool with rain shower. Game room, rec room, playgrounds, volleyball, the list goes on and on. Laundry room was very clean, well-equipped and reasonably priced.
Another amazing concept: the wifi actually worked. When the park is full, the wifi might bog down, but they have 6 repeaters.
The cable, while analog, brought in an above average selection of channels. Good signal strength.
Gated entry with key card and gated exit. This is no doubt necessary since the resort is almost directly across from Michigan's Amusement park.
Store had a decent assortment of treats and s'mores-making ingredients. I'm sure staff will add more when season arrives.
Speaking if season, it would probably be a good idea to book this resort early.
I sincerely appreciate resort owners who thoughtfully design and diligently maintain the property. I'm sick of being ripped off by marginal park owners that never invest monies received into improvements or at least basic, necessary maintenance. Kudos to the conscientious owners and managers of Duck Creek RV Resort. They should be offering seminars on customer service and park upkeep to the others who take but don't deliver. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Excellent park! They would have gotten a Big 10 if only they had kept the grass alive. The east side of the park is all brown; west side has nice grass. Very well laid out park with spacious lots with concrete pads. The park attracts lots of families but they were well behaved. This is definitely the best park in the area and it is well located. Good 50 amps, everything is clean. They are a bit strict on visitors but it is to be expected considering the wonderful children facilities that they provide. We asked for a site away from the pool, etc. and were very happy with our location as it provided a quiet atmosphere. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

It is difficult for me to give a 10 rating, but I couldn't find anything wrong with one of the most beautiful rv parks I have ever stayed in. It is only a few years old but so carefully and thoughtfully laid out, with wide paved roads, level concrete pads with parking for car, ample space between sites, not to mention beautiful pool, state-of-the art playground, dog run, sand volleyball, basketball, etc. The landscape is gorgeous, with a lawn service that comes in once a week to mow. Garbage is picked up at your site all day long and utilities are excellent. I wish there were more parks like this one. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is the second time we have stayed at this park. The management is great, park is clean and sites are all concrete pads with picnic table and fire rings. A little expensive but this is worth it since the campground is so will managed. This was for a full-hook up site with 50 amp service. We camped at Duck Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice paved sites surrounded by grassy yard, good utilities, good WIFI, good cable, clean bathrooms, friendly folks. Looks like lots of stuff for kids, and amusement park across the street, so it is probably busy in the summer. Large private dog park through the woods so you hear some barking dogs; we also could smell them for a bit yesterday, otherwise would get a perfect rating.
