A beautiful, well maintained campground, mostly with "owned" sites, but there are a few rentals. Stayed 10 days and really didn't want to leave. the views out our front windshield of the lake was mesmerizing . We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Down the street towards town is the best ice cream in the area. Downtown is also a must see, but getting a parking space is tough.

This is one of the prettiest campgrounds we have stayed in. We stayed here 2 years ago and they have expanded it and the new sites are larger and even nicer with more green space & landscaping in between them. It is definitely a luxury campground and they sell lots. The owners do a lot of upscale landscaping as well. There are lots of activities and everything is immaculate and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lots to do in South Haven. Lake Michigan is 5 miles away with beautiful beaches. Many fabulous wineries nearby and the area is known for it's fabulous fruit orchards and Blueberry Festival held each year in August.

This is a RV Lot Purchase kind of RV park. it's very well done. The grounds are immaculate. There are large concrete sites and some have casitas, gazebos and outdoor kitchens. There's a man-made lake with the nicest sites on the lake. Trailers and 5th wheels are allowed in the park, but only Class A RVs are allowed directly on the lake. They rent unsold spots and there are a number of owners that rent their sites when they are not using them. (Lakeside spots rent for $89.) Also, there are some sites that border a wooded area, as well. All of the sites are pull in or back in. No pull-thrus. There are a couple of clubhouses, an exercise room, even a sandy beach on the lakes. It's a beautiful RV park in a beautiful part of the State and just a few miles from Lake Michigan and the quaint town of South Haven. Well worth a visit. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park, meticulously maintained, a bit pricey but it's the nicest private park we've stayed at. Pool and clubhouse are nice, enjoyed the Friday night 'mixer' with complimentary beer, wine and appetizers. On our walk one evening, I bent over to tie my shoe, and some jackass hollers out his door "hey, don't let your dog pee in my yard!" Guess he thought that was why we stopped, but it wasn't. I understand why he would be protective- he had a nicely landscaped property- but, c'mon man... Loved the concrete pads and asphalt drives, wide interior roads, it's a 'newer' park, so trees are not large, but they're getting there and the landscape is maturing nicely. We stayed at an owner-improved site, which had a larger patio, resin table/chairs and fire-pit behind the coach. Other sites available for rent don't necessarily have the same amenities. The park is adding a second 'phase' with an additional clubhouse, so there's a bit of construction visible, but we didn't see any activity while we were there (no trucks in an out, no dust...our neighbor said they will resume construction in the fall, to minimize impact on the residents). We will stay here again, should the opportunity present itself. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in an area still under construction because it was open and private. The sites are owned by individuals and very tight. In addition, many have added casitas to their site which crowds everyone even more. Nice pool and socializing area. Paved roads. Dogs are currently allowed to swim in the pond but this open area will soon be taken up with construction of more sites. Management was very pleasant and helpful. Our firepit had not yet been constructed so upon request they brought us a nice portable ring. Wood was delivered to our site and trash picked up daily. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sunny Brook is a lovely park with easy access to and from I-196. Gated park with beautiful flowers and nicely landscaped and manicured lawns. Internal roads are paved and sites are concrete. Power and water centrally placed and on our lot, the sewer was located quite far to the back requiring that we add our sewer hose extension. It appears that the sewer connection is in different placed on some of the other sites. We were located in the back-in's of the second row off the lake. The sites are a bit sloped from back to front but we were able to level with our jacks without the front tires leaving the ground. Big first step up into the coach. We drive a 45ft MH and were able to easily navigate the park and get into the site (without the car attached). Once parked, the site is plenty big for the rig and the car. The pool, laundry, and club house are very nice and well maintained. We were here a bit late in the season and during the week so not many activities, which is OK with us. Wifi goes from pretty slow to acceptable depending on the time of the day and activity level. Resort staff and other campers very nice, friendly and welcoming. Although the price seemed a bit high for this time of the year, we would return here if we were in the area. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We used a "buy 2 nights, get 1 free" coupon from the Tampa RV Show. This is a beautiful, well maintained destination resort. Interior roads are paved. Sites are concrete with picnic tables and fire rings on the grass. Wifi was excellent but they have no cable. Our satellite reception was good so that didn't matter to us. They have 1 new pickleball court that we used one morning. Our site was a pull-in facing the lake. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit too hot and humid to enjoy sitting outdoors but it was a beautiful view. We would probably stay at a different park if we came up here again just because of the cost. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I love this RV Park. This is our third visit (10+ days each time) and will go again. Each site is spacious with adequate distance from your neighbor. All have full hookups, fire rings and a picnic table. Ours even had a Gazebo (screened in, electric outlet, overhead fan and patio furniture). Most sites are back-ins with those along the lake being pull-ins. Pads are slanted towards the front, so leveling can be a bit of a challenge. Wifi is the best we've experienced, but still could be better. No cable TV. Trash is picked up every morning at your site. Sunnybrook is fairly new and numerous trees have been planted, but needs a few more years to really mature. However, the rest of the landscaping is very nice. Pool, club house, laundry, etc. are all very nice. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Numerous daily activities including a cookout every Thursday evening ($6.00/each, bring your own beverage), a mixer on Friday night (free beer, wine and hors devours) and usually live entertainment on Saturday night. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Do not miss Sherman's Dairy Bar on Phoenix Road (you pass it on the way to Sunnybrook). Be aware, it can get very crowded on weekends. If you play golf, The Beeches Golf Club is about 5 minutes south. There are a number of other very good golf courses in the area.

This park is very clean and the grounds are very pretty. Check in is at 3 pm and they charge you $10.00 if you arrive early. Our site was empty when we arrived and I take the fee as the owner telling me: "Don't come back."

The concrete pads are all back-ins and slanted towards the front; I saw a lot of front tires in the air. The water, satellite, power and wi-fi are good. This park should be in the $45.00 range if you have a large coach, due to limited space. This is a good park for a day or two. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a gorgeous campground about 15 minutes east of Lake Michigan. Full hook-ups on every site; very level concrete pads with apron at front for vehicle parking. Very helpful camp hosts to assist with trailer storage, local information, etc. A good percentage of the sites are privately owned and landscaping throughout is beautiful. We originally booked in for 5 nights and liked the area so much we added 6 more. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

South Haven is a lovely city with gorgeous beaches, lots of restaurants and shopping and right along the Western Michigan Wine Trail with lots of choices for amazing wines and hard ciders. Many fruit growers with u-pick options in season. Sunsets near the lighthouse are spectacular. The beach parking lot fills up every night before sunset!

Lovely RV resort. You can buy your site here, we rented thru the management office. We had a lovely waterfront pull in site #171. Do not try to check in early, as it will cost you. We were in the class A sites. Very nice club house, library, lush pool filled with kids. Strong wifi. No cable. No trees, so sunny sites. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice park and great location. Managers of the park are very friendly and helpful. Easy park to drive around around. We had a back in site by the ravine. I think those sites are better for a 45 motor home. The sites seemed to be larger. Nice clubhouse and pool. South Haven is a nice town to visit. Great restaurants. We liked Clementines for the perch. Walmart and Meijer near by. We stayed four days and would definitely return if we are in the area. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.
