The park is very convenient to the multitude of restaurants in Saint Ignace, the Mackinac Ferry will send a shuttle, and the Casino is just up the road. The park itself offers few, no, amenities other that the basic but is well kept and quite. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The rate reflects the Passport America rate plus three dollars for 50 amp service. Only a handful of the sites have a view of Lake Huron.
The park closes in October for the season and opens in May. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

A very quiet park situated on a hill overlooking Lake Huron. Few camp sites have the lake view. Many pull thru and back in sites with some concrete pads, most are grass, level, with water, sewer and 30/50A services. Passport America discount good for 4 days. Once four days are exceeded, the cost is the normal rate for one day and then the four days can be used again. Very efficient and friendly office staff. Laundry and bath house facilities are located by the office however, I did not use these facilities. Fire ring and picnic table located at each camp site with trees for shade. Plenty of space between camp sites with sites long enough to accept a 40' Class A plus an 18' trailer attached. Another bonus is Shepler's Ferry will send a shuttle to take you to the ferry pier for your visit to Mackinac Island and return you to Tiki RV Park (FREE). Office sells firewood for the fire rings. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Shopping and eateries are within a mile of the RV park. Ferries to Mackinac Island are also within a mile of the park. Access to Ontario, Canada is a hour drive north. Make sure you have cash to pay for bridge toll into and our of Canada. Credit/Debit cards not accepted. Have a passport. Leave your firearms at home. You can't take them into Canada. Soo Locks just before International Bridge. Java Joe Cafe is a small, local cafe is within walking distance to the park.

Nice campground, but needing a bit of maintenance.
Fairly level gravel sites.
Fire ring was flush with the ground and a potential hazard!
Close to ferry boats to Mackinaw Island. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We booked in for 2 nights. Chose site 81 as it faced the peek-a-boo view of Lake Michigan and being at the end of the row had a nice treed/grass area outside our door. However, there are 2 sites behind this one that if occupied would block the view of the lake.

Showers are small cubicles accessible from outside separate from the bathrooms. Showers are free but temperature is obviously set as full "hot" meant a lukewarm shower. This knocked 1* off my assessment.

Check-in staff were friendly and efficient.

We might stay here again. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This was the first time we really disagreed with the other reviews on RV Park Reviews. The owners seemed to be in a bad mood both times we spoke to them. It's a small, older park with very narrow roads and somewhat bizarre site placement. There are a few pull-thru sites and a few sites on the very edge that are easy to get into or out of.

Our site, #56, was extremely narrow & unlevel and took us quite a while to position the trailer between the trees so we could open the slide-out. We leveled, hooked up everything, and went inside for lunch. Within 10 minutes, we noticed we weren't level (about a half bubble off according to our level). After another 10 minutes we checked again and found it was a full bubble out of level.

Went outside to check and our leveling blocks had sunk into the soil by an inch and a half. In 12 years of RVing, I've never had this happen. We ended up having to completely break camp, hook up to the truck and move the trailer so we could put solid wood under the leveling blocks. That took about an hour and was extremely frustrating, especially when I politely mentioned it to Mr. Owner and he accused me of "doing something to the site."

I also asked him about the wi-fi. We were about five sites from the wi-fi antenna but signal wasn't strong enough to connect to our laptop or phones. His reply was that the park was full (it was about half full) and that, if I wanted to use my "doodads and gadgets," maybe I "should get up at 2:30 in the morning" to do so. The wi-fi wasn't slow, just too weak.

Bathrooms were tired-looking, but mostly clean. Showers were separate. There was only one shower that was unlocked so I'm glad we had full hook ups and were using our own facilities.

The dump station was positioned in the same parking area as the entrance, the camp store parking, and the dumpster. Since the dump station wasn't a pull through arrangement, I imagine it would be a traffic nightmare to get a lot of people through. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

If you have a Direct TV account, you can connect your receiver to the park's dish so you don't have to worry about trees being in the way of the signal.

The park is VERY close to the ferry docks to Mackinac Island (a must see). Nice assortment of restaurants in town. Try the fish tacos at Jose's!

Bridge View park is a great spot to take photos of the Mackinac Bridge and sunsets, too.

Strange layout of sites. Gravel roads and sites. most sites require leveling.
Internet okay, I had some connection issues but it worked. I suspect there were campers streaming video as it dropped drastically in the evenings.
You are on the edge of town in a wooded area so satellite coverage is iffy. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The sites were gravel and grass but hard pack. Easy to get around campground with 37' motorhome. Had a full hook up site that were fine. Wi-Fi worked great for us. Campground was close to docks to Mackinac Island plus boat docks shuttle would pick you up if needed. We used Pass port. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

It was easy access for us to this park and it is big rig friendly. Only concern we had was check-in area is not identified. The park is older but found strong utilities, level sites, quiet, friendly staff, spacious sites, walked 1/2 mile to ferries, and overall will stay here again. Location is on a hill so up from Lake Huron. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

This RV Park is in St Ignace, MI - a primary launching point for visits to Mackinac Island. The park is just minutes from the ferry docks and downtown St Ignace and near the northern end of Mackinaw Bridge. There are a variety of campsites, ranging from full hookup, 50 amp, pull-throughs down to tent sites nestled in the woods. Most of the sites are gravel, although there is a popular no-sewer, grassy area near the restrooms. Many, but not all, of the back in sites have grassy strips between the campsites but the pull-throughs are a generally a bit tighter. We were given an "end site" that resulted in our having a larger front yard. Our neighbor to the driver's side, though, was faced in the opposite direction of us and was within just a few feet of us. The interior roads are all good gravel and the sites are fairly level with the exception of a few that would be challenging. Lake Huron is easily visible from the road in front of the campground entrance but only a very few campsites would offer any sort of lake view at all. There are some big trees in the campground but we were able to get satellite TV after moving the dish around some to find a "hole in the sky." My 4G Verizon was pretty good and the campground WiFi was solid. The restrooms were kept reasonably clean and there are individual shower rooms as well as a laundry on site. They honor Passport America, Escapees, and other discounts and I was allowed to combine them, giving me a nice discount for 6 of the 7 nights we stayed. Obviously, the discounts offered, plus the location results in lots of overnight visitor who are just passing through. I don't think we would have done any better for the price at any campground in the area. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park off of the main street running through St. Ignace. They have full hook-ups, as well as WE only, and tent sites. Back in and pull thru are available, along with a dump, and shady or sunny sites. Some of the sites are on grass, while others are gravel. We have a 42 ft fifth wheel/TH and were able to level and maneuver around the park. They have WiFi, a bathhouse, and a clean laundry room, and are pet friendly. It is run by a nice older couple (he and she don't always know what the other one has said, but didn't find this to frustrating...i.e. site and price discrepancies). If we are in this area again, we would not hesitate to return. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This was one of our least favorite parks. Part of that wasn't so much the fault of management as the mosquitoes were unreal. It was the time of year for mosquitoes and the UP is well known for them. The site we had was a pull through but I was just barely able to level out in it. We were set right next to the road, so road noise was an issue. Utilities worked fine. WiFi was available throughout the park and our Verizon signal was pretty good too. Staff was pretty average. We didn't even notice anyone except for check in and check out. Restrooms were mostly clean, showers were small but could be swept for spiders a bit more often. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Office person didn't know which sites were 30A or 50A. We asked for 50A and were assigned a site. I was pretty much leveled and aligned before I checked the power supply and found it to be 30A (had paid for 50A) so once setup was complete walked over to the office and got a refund of $2 per night. Sites are gravel with some shade, utilities are easy to reach. Grass between sites, mowed while we were there. CG long ago was an Ojibwa burial ground, remains all moved years ago to Tribal land. The CG is pleasant, easy access, close to amenities in St. Ignace. A neighborhood dog patrols the CG a couple times a day. Place no patio carpet on the grass. This is a nice place to relax, or take in the cruises and local sights. We would not hesitate to stop here again, if in the area. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Good place to stay for visiting the Island. Most rig sites are level with easy access. The park is clean and the owners are very pleasant. Some sites have a view of Lake Huron. The Passport America rate is good for four nights. While staying there, I installed a new wireless Internet system for them. There is good wireless now, at most all of the rig sites. The only negative we had were the mosquitoes. They were very bad this year. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

GPS took us right to the campground, a short turn off of Route 2, up a hill, another turn into the campground and one more turn to a pull thru site near the entrance. Trees were lacking at the camp site but that was fine since the sun could shine directly on the motor home in the 52 degree weather in June. Plenty of trees in the nearby sites that were not pull through but we did not stay much at the campground because we were out and about in nearby St. Ignace. The mosquitoes in the evening were mostly in the wooded area as the open area had more of a breeze. No cable tv. WI FI was intermittent and it is now coded to access the service. Book exchange at the office. $2.00 washers, $1.00 dryers. Sites close together, mostly the pull through sites, other sites have more space. Great water pressure and electrical service. Relatively level sites. Very accommodating to our late arrival. They keep the sun up until 9pm up here and by 10pm it is just getting dark. Escapees membership saved us 50% for 4 nights. If you are an Escapees member the savings here paid for our membership. We camped at Tiki RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
