Nice large fairly level sites with shade. Utilities worked well although water pressure was a bit low and the spigot leaked. Everything was well groomed and maintained. Easy access for big rigs. Owners are on site and seem to be great people. The only ding is the typical very poor campground wifi. When they tell you it works sometimes in some places, you know its gonna stink. Just fix it or don't advertise it. Verizon was borderline with in and out 3G. All in all a good stop for a couple nights. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park (Was East Branch River RV Park) in a Motorhome.

There was nothing wrong with the park except that it did not have wifi or cable tv. The owner complained about my dogs barking, but there were other dogs and kids making noise. He was being discriminatory. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park (Was East Branch River RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Pretty campground. Nice and quiet. Large sites. Pull-thrus are very unlevel, but back-ins look fine. You have to pay in cash. Would return to this campground, but not in a pull-thru. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park (Was East Branch River RV Park) in a Motorhome.

This park was formerly called East Branch RV Park and the new owners have renamed it Bear Paw RV Park. It is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in the last two years. The sites are gravel with lots of grass and shade trees between you and your neighbor. The water pressure is great and the 50 amp service was excellent. It is quiet and the owners are so helpful. There are picnic tables and fire rings at each site. We will stay here again and will pass the name of this park along to friends. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park (Was East Branch River RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

If you want lots of R&R this is the place. Under new ownership, it is a very peaceful and quiet camp grounds with wild life as neighbors. No pool but big roomy camp sites where you can have a camp fire at night. We will be staying there again when we want to get away from it all. Nice green park. Located away from town. It's fairly new. The office and laundry are one room so when the manager isn't here, there's no access to it. (He's usually here during the day somewhere.) Showers, bathrooms were very clean but could use some different shower heads (not adjustable with needle spray!) Very friendly manager. Nice quiet place to stay and the rate was good. I believe they usually charge $2 or $3 more per night for pull-throughs (although he didn't charge us.) Would stay here again if in the area. This is a newer, well maintained CG, less than 6 years old that sits back ½ mile off the South side of M-55, approximately 3.5 miles east of the M-55 & M-65 junction. The gravel entrance road has a large, easily seen ID sign and is slightly dusty when dry. The pads are all gravel/dirt. All spaces are large with easily maneuverable access roads and a separate space for your towed. No problem for the big rigs (45+). All of the RV pads have electric, water and sewer. The sewer hookup is ground flush making it an easy dump process. Electric is reliable (even during thunder and lightning storms) and all are 50A. The Wi-Fi, while we were here, was out of order due to a lightning strike. There is no (Verizon) cell phone reception from the lower area of the park. The owner is very friendly and easy going, doesn’t even have one of those full page set of rules. We had a great stay at this park and would stay here again. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park (Was East Branch River RV Park) in a Motorhome.

A very pleasant park and very quiet. In the country about 11 miles west of Tawas City. Large sites with tables and fire rings at each site. A CCUSA park, so at $13/night, a real bargain. Our Verizon phone and Air Card didn't work there although you could see a tower about a mile away. Nice to see deer in the park. We would stay there again. We camped at Bear Paw RV Park (Was East Branch River RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
