This new park is located at KM marker 196 on the Mex 200 between Play Azul and Manzanillo. (The Michoacan/Colima border is at KM 229). The park entrance is well signed at the turn onto a narrow gravel/dirt road about 500 meters to the campground. There were big rigs in, some staying long term. Very friendly and helpful American owner. Still gravel and dirt sites, new concrete patio pads being poured, and new sites being added. As the trees, shrubs and grass grow, and more gravel laid to keep the dust down, this will be a very nice park. Wireless internet is via satellite internet provided by the park at a reasonable rate. Cell phone access was very sketchy. About half way in travel time between Puerto Vallarta and Zihuatanejo, (6 to 7 hours each including stops) 3 hours from Melaque. We camped at Rancho Buganvilias in a Motorhome.
