This campground is in two sections across a large road. Part of the camp is very old, and the bathhouse in that section is awful! However, the sites are huge and easy to pull through. There is a large amount of permanent trailers here. The "pool" is actually a very large spring fed cement pond, yes Jed, cement pond with some fish in it. The office/bathhouse/laundry area is new and very nice, but the sites aren't close for middle of the night potty trips. If you are self-contained, this is a great park, if you need the facilities, not so great. When we were here the bugs were also a problem. We camped at Money Creek Haven in a Tent Trailer.Undo

This is a very pretty campground. The office personnel were nice and friendly. It is not set up for a big rig coach. Leveling was difficult and bugs were very bad. The campground was extremely crowded with multiple tents and pop-ups on each site. It is a great place for children and family gatherings, but not for big rigs. The roads are very narrow for maneuvering. We camped at Money Creek Haven in a Motorhome.Undo

Would have rated this campground an 8 if not for the poor check-in experience and inadequate restrooms. The check-in clerk had no advice on the best approach to our site and could not read the camp map. The bath house is 1950s concrete and too small to accommodate the number of weekend campers. Stayed here for 4 days visiting the area. It is a visually appealing 3-season park. Approximately 75-80% are full-season patrons. The transient RVers and tent campers are isolated in the same general area but segregated from each other. Nearly 100% full with large family gatherings the weekend we were there. Quiet at night. Rained two nights straight; drainage was adequate. Site layout was good, plenty of room between them, easy to approach, grass "pads". Grounds are well maintained and utility quality good. Rate is for full hookup. Wi-Fi available at site for $5/ day extra from 3rd party. Free at office. Verizon signal adequate for data plans. We camped at Money Creek Haven in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Very nice park, in a great location. It's very clean and attractive. Personnel were very nice. Very quiet park at night. Easy access in and out of all sites. Lots of trees in and around all sites. Oversized pool, supplied by a spring. Can be a little cool but very refreshing. Dumping services at your site available for a fee. We camped at Money Creek Haven in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

I think we would have had a better experience if the restrooms were cleaner. This is an average campground, tucked away in the hills of Minnesota. The drive was very pretty. Our site was fairly level & sized average. Trees kept our site nice & shaded. There was a playground that our children enjoyed. The swimming pond was very cold as it is spring fed. There are rocks containing the water and grass around it. My kids were too cold and didn't want to swim, which made for a very long Saturday. The restrooms were pretty dirty on Friday & Saturday day but better in the evening. Hair on the shower walls, sinks, and big spiderwebs full of bugs on the ceiling. I know how difficult it is to clean a campground bathroom clean but the spiderwebs were there all weekend. The soap dispenser ran out so they put 1 bar of soap in a dish for everyone to share. There are recovering from a flood last year so the camp restaurant no longer exits and there are only port-o-potties near the swimming pond. Everyone was very nice but I don't think I'd return in a hurry. We camped at Money Creek Haven in a Tent Trailer.Undo
Only 13 sites with sewer. Most have only water and elec. and tent sites none or a
few have elec. All sites are grass and low, if it rains they can be very soft. Trees are badly in need of trimming. Many branches will drag on unit. Much of
the park is permanent units. The pool is spring fed and not controlled water. Bath house are clean but not fancy. Bare concrete floors. We camped at Money Creek Haven in a camper.
