Very quiet. Ownership has worked hard to clean up and improver property. Replaced all electric boxes in last year, but two adjoining sites use the same box. This configuration can make it difficult for some if you don't have a long enough electric cord or water hose. Sites are grass with crushed rock road. Required minimal leveling. Owners are very nice and even helped arrange mobile repair for my coach. WIFI is improved and available throughout the park, though strength depends on how many others are using it. AT&T cell service was impossible without our booster. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Motorhome.

Campground is quiet with more adult campers and seasonal workers camping. Two main areas, the front and back. The back has a center pavilion. Showers/bath is in between the areas. We went on Labor Day Weekend and the park was full. Sites are pretty small and our motorhome was squeezed in a pie shaped spot that was not the best. But we had some great neighbors. The "babbling brook" that others talked about dries up about July, but it makes a nice walking path in the woods. No TV at all. Wifi was pretty reliable. Firewood was 4.50 or 3/$10 a small bundle (like 5 split pieces). There is a small store on site run by the owners. Most likely won't stay again as there is really not much to do. It worked for us while we were hitting some antique shops. Didn't use the dump station, showers or bathrooms. Water is good and at most sites. The electrical is mostly 50 and 110...but they have adapters to 30amp. No sewer at the sites. Quiet time is 11pm till 8am. Not many dog walkers. Like I said, lots of seasonal construction folks...very nice staying here. Owners are nice. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of things to see in St. Peter (pie shoppe!, coffee shop, nice disc golf course, boutiques, and eateries)....which is about 10 miles away. Take a drive through St. Gustavus College. Pretty! Mankato has a couple of really nice antique shops, one right next to the Days Inn on Hwy 169. There is a great Yarn Shop in Mankato.

The park is not bad, but I think it is overpriced for what is provided. Rate is the average for our stay, including the PA discount. No channels on the antenna, no cell service and no wifi in the campground. Wifi was available at the office, but the office is not that close to the sites. I hate it when parks advertise wifi, but are not specific about where it is available. I think being in the valley is what prevents antenna tv and cell service. The park is very quiet. Vast majority of campers appear to be seasonal. Sites are back ins. Electric hookup is the old fuse type panel. I hate plugging in and not being able to turn the power off before inserting the plug. Water hookup was a weird straight up vertical connection. People are friendly. No fenced dog run, but plenty of walking spaces available. Appeared everyone picked up after their pets. That was good to see. If you want to see Minneapolis, it is an hour away. If I had my own sat tv and hotspot, I would rate this place a 5. Regardless, I would not stay here again. I think it is too expensive for what you get and the rural location. If you're looking for a quiet place and don't care about tv, wifi or cell service, you might like it here. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

New owners now have the campground, purchased it a little over a year ago. Very gracious hosts who provided all the info we needed of the local area. Nice peaceful campground situated in a small valley and surrounded by some very old trees. Would recommend this site if you are in the Le Sueur area. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate based on Escapees discount - got two nights for $22 total! Sites pretty level, quiet, beautiful trees, plenty of room. Limited services might be just the overnighters. Maybe seasonal get more amenities. Not sure how previous reviewer got sewer and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is available only in office or right outside. Practically no cell service. Dump station available. Men's bathroom and shower clean and very acceptable. Very pleasant staff. Not much to do outside park but Minneapolis is about 50 minutes away. High rating based on the terrific price. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Motorhome.

A very quiet park located in a small valley just off the highway. Very friendly owners. The park has a few long-term residents but everyone was friendly and quiet. The only negative was the bathroom/showers. They were adequate but could use an upgrade. Also, there was no heat in the bathroom/shower building even though the overnight temperature was 38 degrees. The $16 fee was with Passport America discount. I would stay here again. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little campground. We had a 50amp full hookup. They had the old fuse types you had to pull out and in to turn off and on. All sites were back-ins. Cell phone service on Verizon was sketchy. We did get Wi-Fi using our own amplifier to pull in the signal. Folks that were in the office were very friendly and took us to the site. The worst part about the campground was the 1/4 mile dirt road to the entrance, entrance was paved. The dirt road was a real washboard so you just have to drive real slow: 5mph max. We would return. Rate is based on Passport America. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

Camped here for one night on the PA rate. I believe we were the only overnight RV in the park, many permanent/seasonal trailers here. A bit unusual of a park actually. The gentleman in charge was very accommodating. We requested a pull through and although they did not have one, they allowed us to position our coach over two back-in spots which created a temporary pull-through. Really not bad for the money, considering full hook-ups and the peaceful nature of the place. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Motorhome.

If you want quiet and a place just to kick back, this is for you. If you have young kids that need something to do, don't come here. Playground was a lawsuit in the making. No pool or beach. Lots of seasonals, kind of had a trailer park feel. Will not be back. We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Motorhome.

The park lives up to it's name! Very lovely peaceful park. Nice and grassy, and quiet even though it was pretty crowded on the week-end. Not far from the "Mall of America." We camped at Peaceful Valley Campsites in a Motorhome.
