Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $26.00
We stayed in the upper park and campsites are very large with plenty of trees. They only downside was a very dusty road to get to your campsite. The lower park has smaller sites but has a tar road to the camping sites. Clean bathrooms. There are also hiking trails and a swimming beach. Would stay there again. We camped at Camden State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
It has big spaces and usually separated by trees and shrubs. There are lots of trails for hiking. Lots of mosquitoes in July. There is a swimming pond and beach. We plan to stay there again. We camped at Camden State Park in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: October, 2005 - $23.00
Rustic campground that typifies our great state park system. This weekend was all about the kids and our hunting dogs in search of the elusive pheasant. This campground made a great basecamp for our daily hunting expeditions. Also the kids had plenty of room to play and explore. We had electric hookups and generally had a great time in this park. Would like to visit again with the wife and daughter. We camped at Camden State Park in a Travel Trailer.
