Nice park, with friendly and helpful employees. The roads and sites are all paved. This is the only park we have seen where the pull-thrus are cheaper then the back-ins. The reason for this is the pull-thrus are a lot closer together and are parked nose to tail. All the sites we saw had picnic tables, fire rings, trash cans, and a shared bar-b-que grill. Shuttle service to the casino and the Mall of America. OTA TV, satellite TV, AT&T cell phones, and hot-spots worked well. The park's wi-fi was very good, and we didn't need to use our hot spots very often. The laundry room was very clean, with regular washers and a couple of large, heavy duty washers. We would stay here again. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful RV park. Lots to see and do, they provide free transportation to the casino and Mall of America! All paved streets and RV sites. One of the best RV parks we have stayed in. Highly recommend. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here twice for a total of 5 nights It's one of the nicest RV Parks we've ever stayed at in the 4 years we have traveled to 42 States All sites are level concrete pull thru with enough length to keep your tow connected WiFi works great with good speed and utilities including sewer are easy to connect and convenient It's adjacent to a casino and dining and a shuttle is available to get you there and back RVs park in opposite directions so they have a grassy area with picnic table and fire pit for each unit in between Lots of grassy areas for walking dogs nearby. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

Excellent park. Our site was concrete and level. Plenty of room to back in our big fifth wheel. Easy to maneuver our big rig but the could trim some of the trees a bit more. Water pressure was excellent. Could have used more level ground out side the pad. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here 4 nights and have stayed here in past years. Dakotah Meadows is part of a casino/hotel/RV park complex SW of Minneapolis. Sites are level and concrete. Some sites are side-by-side but not a problem. There are nice shade trees and a walking path around the pond. A free shuttle is available to the Mystic Lake Hotel/casino, which has a great buffet and other dining and drinking choices. The park is quiet and pleasant. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

We had a back-in which I'm glad we were able to get. The pull-throughs share not only the area with the hook-ups but also the grassy area with a different camper on the other side, but you each have your own picnic table. If you can only get a pull-through at least ask if they have an end site available. There is lots of grass and it was good for dog walking but no dog park. Enclosed trash can at each site. Had to pay $5 to get a card for entrance to the laundry room which is absurd when then only give you $3 back. You have to buy that same card for entrance to the bathrooms although we don't use them. Really? First time we've ever seen anything like that. Wifi was hit or miss. OTA channels but tree blocked our satellite dish. Many sites would be satellite ok. Sewer dump at our site was a little below grade and we couldn't use our 90 degree that we usually do. Diesel was around 15-20 cents cheaper here than nearby so arrive ready to fill-up. This is a nice, clean place and we would return. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful Park and casino complex within a short drive of Minneapolis/ St. Paul. All the internal roads are paved, smooth, and wide. The sites are concrete and level. The back-in sites are single sites and the pull through sites are double sites. That is, the RV's sit passenger to passenger side with the utilities in between. The only issue I saw was that the designated sewer connection for each RV is situated further back on the isle which means you will need a sewer extension hose if you have a larger coach. We had to use ours, and so did most of the other large coaches I saw. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

We are only rating it an 8 because the sites are buddy sites and very close on one side. The back in sites around the perimeter are quite roomy. We had booked 2 nights only because we had some sights to see on day 2. Went to checkout at 2:30 and they refunded the whole day! We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Casino within walking distance and has good buffet. Beautiful workout facility, ice rink, pool and bowling complex also nearby and cost $5 a day to workout as guests at resort. Toured Paisley Park, Prince's studio and lunch at Mall of America.

We love this park and will stay again and again. Concrete level slabs, very clean manicured grounds, easy clear access for big-rigs, excellent consistent wi-fi, well-lit with good security, free shuttle to casino (we have not used yet), lots of green spaces to walk dogs or just go for strolls, dog friendly, beautiful fountain in the large pond in the center of the park, friendly and efficient staff, clean laundry facilities, RV wash, clean bathrooms (we do not use, but they look nice), storm shelter. Most sites have grass and a beautiful mature tree for shade. RV park has overflow parking on-site and extra parking in the large lot just across the street from the RV park. We arrived early and needed to unhook to run into Minneapolis for a meeting in the morning and they allowed us to unhook and park the trailer there on a short-term basis. Great park! We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Park is in Prior Lake which is a nice suburb with lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment options. Prior Lake itself is a beautiful lake with boating and a nice restaurant. The Wilds golf resort is right across the street, and of course there is the casino right on site with an excellent buffet. Check concert schedules, etc. Close to Minneapolis/St. Paul for endless options.

Cement roads, cement sites, picnic tables and small trees. Everything a senior traveler wants. Gasoline on premises is discounted. Car wash for your tow and RV! Staff very helpful and nice. We had a weekly rate of $245 so I estimated the daily/military rate. We arrived after hours and our site was posted on office door. Tried to use the shower the next morning, but a key access required for laundry and showers. Had to wait for office to open. Each key required a deposit, showers were great! We don't gamble, but the park has a shuttle that picks you up at your site and takes you to the casino. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a pretty park that was well planned. The sites are set up as buddy style where you share a patch of grass between. You are very close to the person on the driver side with just enough room for slides. The back-ins are $5 more than the pull thrus, which is odd, but the back-ins offered much more privacy. The park provided a free shuttle to the casino (which was also within walking distance). The also provided a free shuttle to the Mall of America. They offer a diesel gas pump as you leave the park that was very reasonably priced. Some trees but we were still able to get satellite. We would stay here again. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

Dakota Meadows RV park is a very clean, well kept RV park. The back in sites are spacious for a private type campground. The pull through sites are tight with drivers side to drivers side parking and a good opportunity to get very close and know your neighbors. All are full hook ups and within walking distance and shuttle distance to Mystic Lake Casino. The laundry is small but clean. Everything is well landscaped and well-kept up. We were able to easily have our mail and Amazon deliveries made there. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed 2 weeks. Place is really clean and easy to find. I stayed in the pull-through section. While sites don't share water, electric, or sewer outlets with its adjacent site, your neighbor is EXTREMELY close in the pull-through section of the park. You can reach your hand out the window of your slide and touch your neighbor's RV. Site was level concrete and easy to get in & out of. We really did enjoy some nice scenary for a city-style park as well as 24/hr shuttle to the casino & 24/hr security. Bathrooms & showers were really nice but only had one stall in the men's room. My major complaint with the park was how they tried to nickel & dime us. For example, the laundry was $3.50/wash and $2.50/dry - way overpriced. They also took a $5 dollar deposit for the restroom but only gave $3 back. Given that we paid over $500 for our stay, it was really tacky for them to charge us 2 dollars to use the bathhouse and 6 dollars for one load of laundry. Also didn't like their landscapers driving & weedwacking inches from my RV. Overall, a good park that I would certainly stay at again. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Hated this place. Water was turned off for winter, had to pay $5 for a card to use bathroom and laundry. They offer a $3 return for the card, so they charge you to use bathroom and laundry. The office didn't keep advertised hours, so we left without getting even the $3 back. I thought laundry price was high - $2.50 each washer and dryer. Bathrooms are cleaned whenever, no advertised hours, just found a closed bathroom. Only one bathroom is open during the winter. Lovely when there's no water. Only small garbage cans at sites, no dumpster. When I asked office, they said there was a dumpster by the RV wash, but there was a sign warning not to use it. Office staff not helpful or knowledgeable. Had to come in the next day to ask someone else simple questions. This was a slow time, employees should know how to extend stays and move guests. (I've workkamped) The location is pretty far from downtown Minneapolis. I don't enjoy paying businesses that have zero concern for customers. We camped at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.
