We stopped here for one night. Staff was very nice and helpful. Park was clean and well maintained. Wifi was pretty much useless and we were right next to the office. Sites were small but clean and park was quiet. I would probably try to find a less expensive park in the future especially since our site was water and electric only and the wifi was so bad. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice park, close to Minneapolis. We stayed in Site 31 (Pull-Through) and it was satisfactory but tight to other sites. All sites are gravel so it's easy to track in the dirt when wet. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Sites are on the small side for the price. Especially sites 7 and 8. Otherwise I think previous reviews are correct. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We needed a place to camp in Minneapolis over July 4, and (of course) every campground was full. Town & Country put us on a waiting list, and called a few days later to tell us they had a site for us. It was a newly created full service site in the corner between the laundry room and the pool. The campground was full and hopping with many, many families. We arrived just after the July 4 Bicycle Parade. The campground really emptied after the weekend. The staff were so helpful and great to work with. It was a nice place to stay! We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We booked in advance and paid when we arrived for full hookup. We were then directed to our site. It was a corner site and the 5th wheel next to it was huge; they had two pickups and a large trailer on the site which they had to move before we could even get down the row. In the corner (and not on their map) was an old run-down trailer with a large wooden deck that had holes in it. The man guiding us said someone lived there (didn't look like it). After looking at the space that had low tree branches that were about 10 feet off the ground we said we couldn't park there. According to the office that was the only full hookup left so we were directed to a better site with no sewer. We did get a partial refund. When I mentioned the rundown trailer the lady said no one lived there so not sure which it was; vacant or occupied. Either way it was not somewhere you'd want to be next to. TV reception was good. Site was clean and level but right in front and across from the dump site so lots of traffic. After the hassle of pulling in, which included waiting for two people to move cars out of the site we were supposed to go in, I went to the ladies' shower and there was a sign on the door that read "Men's restroom closed Sunday night to Monday so this restroom is co-ed". Obviously I went back to our trailer to shower. A hot tub was also advertised but was not working; we were told it hadn't worked for a month. This should have been disclosed when we booked it. Could be a nice park if attention to detail was done. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

I would highly recommend this campground! Beautiful surroundings, great location, extremely clean & updated, and staff & owners go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable!! We are full-time RVers & have travelled all over the country so we've been to a lot of campgrounds. We felt safe, secure & will return again! Very family-friendly too!

Book in advance as this is a very popular campground with many return campers. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Clean restrooms-granite countertops with bronze fixtures, wow!

Great staff so polite and helpful. If ever I am in the Minneapolis St. Paul area I will stay there again. Quiet place. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Had to pay extra for a pull thru but, level and fresh gravel. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Towne and Country Campground, Savage MN. This is an RV and travel trailer campground, not really optimized for tenting, but there are several family tenters here. We stayed in sites 19, 23 and 74. Sites are close, but good foliage makes them seem more separated. Full amenities, very close to Minneapolis. Full, modern shopping one mile south in Savage, Minnesota. Most of their RV sites are level with mature shade trees. Clean, well maintained, family atmosphere. Staff are friendly and help you back your trailer into your site. Showers and latrines are immaculate. Two washers, two big driers (quarters only). Small camp store in the office sells necessities. Surprise free random ice cream social in the game room on one day of our six-day stay! Rented a fire pit with wood bundle for only $5. Just added new sand to kids' playground and upgraded the Internet connection. Dump site turn-out is close to the entrance-exit. Highly recommended. Very nice friendly staff. This was a recommendation from someone else we met who used to work here and learned that we were coming this way. Small park, nothing fancy, great WiFi & secure too! Good enough TV reception on a few stations. Nice and close to the Mall of America (which is why we came) and the "Twin Cities", so makes a great base. Sites are a little small, but not to bad, easy in & out. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Too expensive for what we had. The park really isn't big rig friendly - we fit, but just barely. The sites are too close to each other (once again for the price) and the bathrooms are very tiny. Not a bad experience - just not a good one. We might stay here again if in the area. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We would not recommend this park for big rigs towing. Although they present themselves as big rig accessable, they are not. Roads are narrow and tight and may require un-hooking. Trees need trimming and hit your coach. Sites are narrow, close together and only a few are long enough. The park was clean and is tucked away in a business area. The price is really expensive for a park such as this! We only stayed because our favorite park was sold out for the week-end. We carefully and slowly left as soon as we could get into the other nice, big rig friendly park. We would not stay again. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed at the Town & Country RV Park and Campground. We reserved our site over a month in advance for us to travel there. When we arrived we were not allowed to check out our site ahead of time before paying. Once we paid, they then allowed us to see which site we had, and they were putting us in a site that was almost ten feet too small for our trailer. The worker argued and insisted that the site would accommodate our camper, saying they had bigger rigs in this spot before. We literally got out our tape measure and showed her it was not long enough. She then said there were no other spots that were available, which you could clearly see that there were ones open that were bigger, and she then refused to give us a refund explaining that it is their policy that once payment is taken no refunds are allowed. This is not posted anywhere in their office or anywhere around. We then asked her to show this to us, and this is when she then handed up the site map and rules for the campground. Very unprofessional in our opinion. We asked her to look up another site, which she then called the owner and explained she needed help at the office. She did end up finding us another site, even though they were all supposedly taken, that was long enough for our trailer. Campers around us said the worker tried to put them in this small site as well and gave them the same treatment. Campground itself could use some maintenance. Store is very small, but does have a few supplies if needed. Laundry facilities are not very good, and sites are very very tight to get in and out of if you have anything other then a small pop-up camper. Very narrow road throughout the park caused a lot of congestion with people coming in and checking out, so expect backed up traffic. Some sites looked level (water and electric sites mostly), but full hookups are very uneven. It may be a good campground if you are passing through town for a night. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here just after they opened for the season. It was just ok as a base camp to visit our kids, but I would avoid staying here again if possible. Lots of permanent residents with tacky-looking, unfinished insulation around their trailers. We saw staff twice, once to pay and a week later when they finally brought us our receipt. No Wi-Fi. We don't use cable TV so I can't speak to that. The laundry/rest room/tornado shelter is all in the same building, which was still closed from the prior season. There is a playground but it's skeletal. No swings on the frame and huge muddy pits where the swings would be, a climbing structure with no slide down, and a rickety see-saw. Nothing for small children. I eventually strollered the grandkids a couple of miles away to a wonderful public park in a residential area. We camped at Town & Country RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.
