This is a very nice, quiet campground with large, green grassy sites. You have to drive through the lower campground to get to the office, which is a little confusing. All of the sites in the upper campground are seasonal, as well as several in the lower campground. There are only small trees on the sites which wouldn't provide much shade. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work. There is a pool, game room, large playground, volleyball court, and horseshoes. The restrooms/showers attached to the main lodge building are finished nicely and are clean, but were not well maintained, as at least one was out of toilet paper. The showers in the adjacent building are large but still bare concrete. All showers require quarters to operate. I would have given this campground a ten if they didn't charge you to use the showers after you've already paid to camp there, and if the Wi-Fi worked. This is a nice little park and a good value for the money. Owner is very friendly. Very nice lodge building, pool and playground. Restrooms and showers are clean and nice. They appear to have recently added a new shower building with two private-bath style showers. These are in service but still bare concrete: I expect that they will eventually be finished like the bathroom/showers in the main lodge. Plenty of good dog walking areas outside the park. An earlier (2009) review indicated no wireless internet coverage, but we had 5 bars of Verizon cell phone signal and good 3G data coverage. I would rate this campground 5 stars except for lack of trees and pesky quarter-in-the-slot showers, which strike me as chintzy for a $35 a night campground. This is a nice park with a newer lodge with lots of games for the kids and a nice pool. The bathrooms were clean but not well stocked: several were out of TP or hand towels. The sites are much wider than normal but the pads are sand or gravel or just grass. The hookups are in good condition. There was no internet or cable but the TV reception was very good. My biggest complaint was that quiet time allegedly started at 10 but a loud party went several hours beyond that and the can recycling bin was overflowing with beer cans. This might not be the place to go for a quiet getaway! We camped at WestRich RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Fairly new park (2-3 years old)in the Spicer area near Green Lake. This is a very popular lakes area in Central MN. The park itself is clean, well managed and easy to get to. Close to the town itself and public beaches, food etc. There a a number of seasonal lots but plenty of open sites generally. We arrived on a Saturday PM and it was quite full. All sites are gravel or grass, there is no hard surface on the sites or roads. Nice, new lodge building with pool etc. Appeared very clean and well kept. Very family orientated, especially on weekends. During the week was very quiet. Major problem was that we found that our cell phones and air card didn't work well. In fact were on the verge of unusable. That may vary with your carrier, many people made that comment. Close to Willmar which has Wal-Mart, Targbet etc. Cash or checks only. We camped at WestRich RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

I do believe this is a fairly new campground; there are not a lot of shade trees. We did a family weekend using six sites. There is a very nice pool and playground area. The only problem we had were people cutting through our campsites. We were back to back and people walked right through our group. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the campground and would camp here again. The staff was very friendly also. We camped at WestRich RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
