This is a large, private campground with over 200 sites, many of which are seasonal. The sites are grassy and shaded. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. They aren't very wide so we were close to our neighbors. The restrooms were not maintained. The men room had a paper towel jam all day until we notified the owner. He fixed the paper towels, but still the restroom went without soap for over 24 hours. The floors were muddy and did not get mopped all weekend. There was a campground employee mowing the lawn on Sunday morning for about an hour, which was quite noisy. The owner left the office for a couple of hours on Saturday afternoon, leaving a group of four kids, about age 12, in charge behind the desk. Unfortunately the kids did not know much about running the campground and weren't able to answer any of our questions. We camped at Pioneer CampSite Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo
