Nice park, lots of shade trees, boat launch close by. Could stand some freshening up. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

FyI - Large Camping World across the road. We had an issue with suspension and they took us in first thing in the am and we were on the road on an hour. Very courteous

Stayed here for a week. A lot of full timers here that keep their sites relatively clean. This park is pretty old; streets need repaving & some of the pads need to be re-concreted. There are some pull-thru sites further back from the entrance, but if you are in a Class A, I wouldn't go there. If you are in a Class A (35 ft.+) make sure they put you up front in the 5 sites that face the street; anywhere else may be a challenge to back in. The park is conveniently located off of I-10 directly behind a fairly large Camping World. Some noise from the interstate, but tolerable. If you like to fish, there is a nice boat launch just around the bend with plenty of parking for trailer/truck. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

A good, general campground - nothing awesome and nothing bad. Easy access from I-10. All roads are paved. Sites are concrete with grass between. There are 2 sections to the park - main and island. We stayed on island - had to exit main section and drive ¼ mile further. There is a branch of the Tchoutacabouffa River between the 2 areas (with boat launch). Main section is shaded, level back in or terraced pull thru sites and all activity and amenities found there. Island is more open (less trees) and all back in. Our island site was by the road and we had perimeter trees which provided afternoon shade. Except for noise from the highway (very loud with trucks over the bridge seams) we enjoyed our stay here. Staff were courteous and helpful being quick to respond and repair. One quirk we noted was height of picnic tables - very high from seat to tabletop. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Truck Camper.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Park is well maintained and quiet. New owners about a year ago. Staff is very friendly. Improvements needed are fenced dog area and playground for kids. Nice shaded spots if you look. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an older park, we stayed overnight and had good power, water was 52psi, cable was a bit snowy, antenna was better and Wi-Fi was with Tengo slow and did cut in and out and a bit tricky to sign into. Sites are level concrete with a patio. Lot's of trees, this could be a great park, but it needs some work, great for overnight as it's right off I-10 with little road noise. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sites have concrete pads and patios (with picnic tables). On many pads, the concrete is broken, and therefore not level. Cable is analog, and the signal is poor, very snowy. TV from an antenna provides beautiful digital image. WiFi is through Tengo Internet, and is SLOW and intermittent. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We were here for just 2 nights to visit the area on our way to New Orleans. Nothing special about this place, but it is a short ride to Biloxi and the rates are much lower than the parks in town.

Our site was a pull through and was long enough for our truck and 38ft trailer if we didn't want to unhook. The park is fairly well kept and clean and relatively quiet. There is an RV dealer across the road, but they are more sales oriented. The "store part" is small with a limited selection of items.

We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We require a very long pull thru as we're 64' total with trailer. This park was perfect many sites available that we'd fit in. Site 90 was chosen. Level, clean and super customer service. Will stay again. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is more like a fish camp. If you are big, site #64 is really the only "Kind'a Pull Thru" that will easily accommodate you. A lot, even most, are permanent residents or long term RVers. Some nice, some scary. We were tired and it was late and they took great care of us, such nice folks, but we would not stay here again. Our rig is 45' long. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a disappointment this place was. We selected this park upon reviewing previous reviews, and were surprised by the condition of the sites. Cable good, Wi-Fi okay, roads rough and narrow, muddy off pavement of site (little grass and lots of black sticky mud). Pool, though probably closed for the winter months, was green with slime, and so tiny it could be called a children's back yard splashing pool, one of the blow-up type. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to I-10, which was a plus for us on the way to join a caravan in New Orleans. Lots of over hanging trees, which dropped acorns or something like them on our roof when it wasn't raining. The camp is old and looks it, with several spaces taken by live-ins who did not care about their appearance--trashy, with lots of junk surrounding their trailers . Not very impressive. The water front sites, not many of them, have a great view of the river. We camped here in a 34 foot rig, and would only stay here again if no where else to go. Note: Lots of traffic noise from I-10, but didn't bother us with the coach closed up. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Easy freeway access, and close enough to Biloxi attractions. Sites level, but tight. Several long-term residents with junk left outside. Pet rules apparently not enforced - cats running loose and barking dog tied up outside with no owner in sight. I ended up walking my dogs on the road outside the park. Might be OK if you're here to fish - some sites on Parker's Creek, but we would not stay here again. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an old campground, more like a fishing camp, but we liked it. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. We had a beautiful view of Parkers Creek and watched some boaters fishing in the creek. We only stayed one night, but I took a walk and checked out the bathroom/shower rooms and the laundry. Both were large, well-lighted and clean. The laundry had 4 washers ($1.50) and 4 dryers ($1.25). There were also an large capacity washer ($3) and a large capacity dryer, but the dryer was out of order. The small pool was full of green water and leaves, but it looks like it is well-maintained during the summer. The sites are shaded and have a cement patio. You park on a cement pad. The cement on some of the pads were severely broken. The only other problem with this campground is that it is right next to the highway and the traffic noise can be bothersome. We would stay here again. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a really comfortable park with very friendly and helpful staff. It is located close to Biloxi and the gulf shore. The sites are full hookup with concrete pads that are fairly level. The park is clean and well maintained. We were comfortable and felt secure here. We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

When we first arrived the grass everywhere was nearly knee high but it had rained everyday for the 2 weeks prior to our visit. As soon as was possible they set about getting everything cut and then the place looked great. They were able to accommodate our large MH with toad and our extra vehicle with boat. We launched at the adjacent ramp and had a wonderful time on the Back Bay waters of Biloxi. We received a FedEx while there and they brought it straight out as soon as it arrived. We were there for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the place. Two RV groups from LA met up there and made use of the wonderful meeting room. We did experience some problems with weak Wi-Fi signal that kept dropping out. We will be back! We camped at Parker's Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.
