Coded gate entry tricky for 40 foot RV towing. Code and site are given by telephone upon arrival. Our site was already occupied, so we were lucky to get another pull through that was maneuverable. Paved, level. Dog area through gate. Security drives through on occasion. Used for convenience and proximity to casinos. - Txgranni
Jan 2018 - $28.00
Experienced none of previous reviewers problems. It's not beautiful but sports level sites, excellent wifi and I had no problems with electric or water. There is a phone number at the entrance. Call for entrance code and wifi code. Kept friendly person on the line till I found a spacious drive-thru. I had previously reserved earlier in the day so it was quite easy. Now I'm off to the casino's:). - mobeale

The campground was absolutely beautiful! Very nice heated swimming pool. Concrete pads. The staff was exceptional! I would most definitely stay here again. - ekcam

I stayed in this park for a couple of months. They advertise that they offer WiFi and satellite TV. They do have it but it doesn't work. The girls in the office will tell you that they are working on it and that you can come to the office, it still doesn't work. It is full of snow birds and I think that just about all of them have at least 2+ dogs and some of them will allow their pets to pee on your vehicles, sewer connection, and personal items and some of them do not pick up their poo. The rules state "Limit two pets per unit, not to exceed 100 lbs" - their is a RV that has two huge Doberman's and another one that has three dogs (small, medium and large). They are getting ready to increase their rates - they should fix their infrastructure and offer what that advertise. - 42 Raptor
Jan 2018 - $49.00
Park is very well kept. Maintenance crew take excellent care of grounds. Park is very tight . Had to have help getting my fifth wheel in the spot. Granted I am new to this. The park is full of snowbirds and they are great. Make you feel like you are a neighbor right away. The park does lunch every Saturday and has bingo every Wednesday paid by owners. Great job. The reason I gave it a bad rating for service was that my bike was stolen while at the park. The manager, in my opinion was very uninterested in getting the video to the police. She waited almost a day after finding the video on the recorder to call the police with it and did so only after I came into the office to inquire about whether she had found any footage. When I asked her why she had waited so long she was stated she was busy. I feel that since it is a park safety issue she should have been more helpful and informative. Again, I cannot say enough good about the other staff and grounds. - Salrdav

Feb 2018 - $12.00
The RV park has many who have lived there for quite awhile; their places could use some cleaning up (and that's being kind...they are dumps). However, there is one row that is kept primarily for the travelers. There is one pull-thru and multiple back-ins on that row. These sites are fairly large. All are level cement pads, which we were grateful to have as we were there during a horrendous rainstorm. FHU-50 amp. Many are 30-amp; ours was 50. Horrible wifi (but we were told it was being worked on). Quiet. Internal roads were OK but not large. Doubt if would stay here again due to the number of trashy sites. This is too bad, because the RV park has potential if it would be cleaned up. - DrM Traveler
Jan 2017 - $10.00
Place is for permanents. They let others stay when members are away. Ingress and egress is way too tight, You can do it, but why? Fair wifi, cable available with boxes only. We saw no pull thru's only back in. Nice concrete pads. Right off I-10 so might stay again if tired going through Biloxi. - teepee51
Jul 2016 - $36.00
This is at least 90%, maybe 95% residential. Sites for residents are not kept up. Water between spaces make it difficult to go to fellow travelers sites if you are in a group. Lots of abandoned trash, old tires and run down buildings with broken down cars. Speed bumps throughout entry roads are excessive. The lake is open to public for $5 so a lot of different types of people here, a lot of shady people frequent here. Staff is friendly and has security on golf carts. Spaces are concrete but roads are too small. Two spaces across from us were empty so we had room to back in. If they were filled we would have had a very difficult time getting in. Definitely not a resort just because they have a pool and playground. We won't be back. - Openrange13

Nov 2017 - $40.00
My wife and I spent the winter here. Overall everything was good. Internet service was "iffy" at times. Just across the street from the gulf. Maintenance was mainly the manager and his wife. They helped us with anything we needed. All the campers we met were very nice. - drsr
Feb 2017 - $25.00
We have stayed in a lot of campgrounds in the last three weeks. This campground was so much better than anywhere else we stayed, I wish I could give it an 11. The campground is clean, quiet, convenient to everything (the beach is across the street!!), and full of wonderful people, including the office folk. They are pet friendly and kid friendly, and have all the amenities one needs for a short term or long term stay. We will be back!! - ACM
Jan 2017 - $40.00
We have stayed here on two occasions, Feb 2016 & Feb 2015. On both occasions, we were treated very well, considering we came in without a reservation. Site was towards the back, near the fence. Security was good, area was clean, and the management was extremely friendly. They even have a shuttle that can take you to local casinos. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks to Southern Comfort! - Brodsky

Dec 2017 - $22.00
This is an older FamCamp. The sites need some TLC. The laundry facility has 5 washers (3 are out of service) and 5 dryers (3 are also out of service, and each one is $2.00 each. Directions to the camp had to be given to us by the lady in the camp office by phone. The approach streets are tight with large oak trees. We stayed in site 21 and got satellite and good Verizon signal for the phone. We would stay here again if in the area. - kathiecarlson
Sep 2017 - $22.00
Nice park. Concrete pads. Has several grassy areas to walk dogs. Just a few miles from Keesler AFB with the Commissary and BX. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - HMathis58
May 2017 - $22.00
Neat as a pin. Keesler Famcamp was very clean, well manicured, and well maintained. The roads are paved as well as the pads. The roads are very tight but the sites are satisfactory size. The skinny roads makes getting in the site a little difficult because of cars/trucks parked in front/in back of other RV's and telephone poles. Once in the site, it's pretty roomy. Sites are somewhat close together but certainly not uncomfortable. The sites aren't overly long but long enough. We were on site 48 and that section has not been wired for cable. Cell (Verizon) service was fine. WiFi was there and sometimes it was great - other times it would go in and out. Good water pressure. There are only a few trees. Most sites are open and sunny with about 4 or 5 sites with shade. We loved the area - Biloxi/Gulfport. It was very refreshing to see a beach without buildings/condos/hotels, etc. The beach was open, clean, usable and beautiful. The town has everything you need or want and traffic wasn't bad at all. - jomark

Excellent wifi, fuzzy cable, nice showers and laundry facilities. Our site was grass but there are some with only gravel. The train noise would be my only complaint. - Hey Jude
Sep 2017 - $45.00
Clean facilities and friendly staff. Noisy during the day due to kids and dogs. Noise at night includes trains at the back and cars on the highway at the front as well as the planes taking off from the Air Force base. Thieves in the area work the park so lock up your belongings when you are away or at night. We had a $500.00 bicycle stole from our campsite while we were out having dinner. Management is aware of the problem but offers no warning. They report all incidents to the Biloxi police but all seem to be at a loss for what to do. People here have no respect for other campers privacy so be prepared for others to pass through your site as they please whether you are there or not, even if you are outside your camper and having dinner! - CAP46
Aug 2017 - $42.00
Chose campground based on info found on this website. Good choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean campground and great cable and utilities. Nearby beach, but not one I would want to spend time at. Dirty water and littered beach. Nonetheless, an excellent base for the many activities in the area. We checked out all other nearby cg's and will definitely be back to Cajun RV. Now the con: dirt/grass or crushed rock sites are poorly defined and because of that we had difficulty getting our 38 ft coach with 4 slides and our toad all on our site. Still our choice of the campgrounds we saw. - Clowndoctor1

Mar 2016 - $35.00
This is an older park, we stayed overnight and had good power, water was 52psi, cable was a bit snowy, antenna was better and Wi-Fi was with Tengo slow and did cut in and out and a bit tricky to sign into. Sites are level concrete with a patio. Lot's of trees, this could be a great park, but it needs some work, great for overnight as it's right off I-10 with little road noise. - Traveler II
Mar 2016 - $35.00
Sites have concrete pads and patios (with picnic tables). On many pads, the concrete is broken, and therefore not level. Cable is analog, and the signal is poor, very snowy. TV from an antenna provides beautiful digital image. WiFi is through Tengo Internet, and is SLOW and intermittent. - ta96silver

Don't forget to get shower codes when you come in. Was surprised to see the number of full timers that were here as well as in the attached apartment complex. From the people I met while here they were friendly. Some people would have their dogs out without leases and some didn't bother cleaning up since the dogs did their business way back on their sites. There was a lot of collecting to be noted but then it was sites that people had been there for years from the looks of it. The apartment complex was neat and tidy on the front side but cluttered on the back side. The pool which was not being used due to the time of year looked like it was in need of a good scrubbing. Maintenance work was well maintained and dealt with promptly. Mail goes to the office. It did feel safe and was far enough from the beach yet actually close to it. Would definitely go back. (from what I understand there are 2 monthly rates-metered or unmetered.) - witchey1
Sep 2015 - $36.00
Park looks real nice but the issues are endless. Breaker boxes not properly working; we had to plug in next to us due to the breaker box at our site blew the breaker and sent a surge through our motorhome!!! We reported it to maintenance, management with no response which is unacceptable. If they dont care about the guest camper what else do they not take care of?! The pool wasn't open when we first arrived. Finally in July it opened only to not be taken care of. Present state the pool is green!! No laundromat! ! New washers and dryers but not in use which probably goes back to the electrical problems. Trying to talk to the manager is like pulling teeth!! She has no personality nor will she speak to you as she goes by. No one staying there is friendly. I have never stayed anywhere that when u wave they ignore you!! A few long term residents and unfriendly. I would have to say this is the most unfriendly place I have been in a long time!! We stayed a couple months and the changes they promised never happened! ! And the trains are constant!! There are much nicer places on the coast to stay!! - Ggboo
Jul 2015 - $40.00
We stayed at Fox's over the 4th of July Weekend. Location is awesome, it's walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico beach. Nice cement slab for parking. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back. - Anne14

A very tired park in need of some TLC. Many permanent rigs here. OK for a night if you stay in the pull through sites. We did have full hookups which were operable. Ground was very wet due to the recent rains in the area. - Part timers
Apr 2017 - $30.00
Check in was fast the lady was very nice and full of information about the area she placed a phone call to check a business she told us about to see if they were open. This is a old park most of the people live here full time. The roads are paved as are the sites. The sites pavement is just wide enough for the RV and pretty level. Roads are a little tight most are one way. They have about 7 pull through for over night stay like I did . Not hard to find near interstate. - Bigdodgediesel

Dec 2016 - $29.00
Great overnight spot very close to I10. About 1/2 mile from the exit - easy to find just read the signs and look at the website - it is the second park on the right. Easy on and off. Not a resort but helpful staff, easy access to my site even with a 45 foot and tow, and easy out. You do hear some highway noise but not bad at all. I would not hesitate at staying here again. - Zoey and Reba
May 2015 - $29.00
Nice park for short stay. No shade on sites, but very clean. Men's bathroom could be challenging. - MikeandNancy
Mar 2015 - $29.00
We stayed 3 nights in early March. It was cool and rainy. We stayed here primarily because we thought it would be easily accessible from I-10. First the good. The campground owner was very accommodating. We did not arrive until after dark due to tire issues. We spoke to the owners several times during the day/evening. They told us our site number and came to the RV the next morning to register us. The rest is bad. Although the exit off I-10 is easy, you wind up going down a dark narrow dead end road with very little indication of where the park may be. After finally locating the park, my wife had to walk along with a flashlight to find our site. We had a pull-through site that was several inches off level. We were never able to get level. All sites are gravel. Apparently our site was a designated smoking area as well, because the next morning we found hundreds of cigarette butts on our site. Also the park was muddy due to the rain. There were numerous puddles of water on our site and throughout the park. There seemed to be a lot of long term residents. There was lots of clutter around the sites. If in this area again, we would look elsewhere for a place to stay. - Charlie C
