Again, because we have had no or lousy internet connections the past few nights, I will keep this brief. My review from last May gives a fuller description of the park facilities. On a Saturday, this park had only about 20 of 123 spaces occupied. I'd like to think that their reduced service (no check-in at the RV park, unclean bath facilities , etc.) is the reason for the falloff in business. The bathrooms and laundry are too small for this size park. There is nothing recreational in the RV park. The hotel pool is available but it is a bit of a walk through either the casino or the parking lot behind the hotel. We had a FHU, back-in site that was somewhat off level. There is one row of 13 pull-through sites, but most are back-in. Cable TV was OK, but the 802.11 network was iffy in spite of the lack of other customers. This used to be a much nicer and much more customer friendly park. As is typical of the area, there is no recycling. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

As the name states this is a casino RV park. No patio, picnic table, grill or place to relax outside your RV. It is a nice clean well maintained place to park your rig however. The property is manicured and pleasing to the eye. Let's face it; the owners want you to park and head to the casino We are not gamblers so the casino is of little attraction to us. But we did enjoy a few day to relaxing and shaking off some road rust. There is a very nice golf course next door and I recommend it. Interior roads are paved with nice concrete pads to park. All the utilities are in one location at the back of the parking pad. If like me, you may need extra sewer hose. And yes ..... you have to check in a the hotel. It's not a big deal. Times are tough in the casino business so the office at the RV park remains closed. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Were here for two nights. We found the showers to be clean and nice. Love the low cost for doing laundry too. It is an inconvienence to have to register near the front entrance of the hotel as the park is in the back. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Tips for other Campers:
Being close to all the casinos is why we stayed here.
This park has mediocre facilities (FHU, limited cable, OK internet), but inadequate bathrooms/showers (poorly maintained). The sites are mostly back-ins and are not very level. They are fairly tight when the park is anywhere near full. The park is mostly asphalt and cement with a little grass and a few trees. So most sites are satellite friendly. There is nothing recreational in the park and it is a long walk to the hotel's indoor pool. For me, the biggest negative is the check in at the hotel. You will be lucky to park your rig within 200 yards of the hotel entrance. As with most parks in this area, there is no recycling. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed for 3 nights. Sites are close. Within a short walking distance to the casino. It rained most of the 3 days we were there and the sod around the campsite was soggy and under water. Was very quiet during our stay. We extended our stay an extra day because of heavy rains with no problem. There was no picnic table or grill, except for random pavilions scatter throughout the park. Golf course adjoined the campground. We had a good view of it out of our back window. Look out for those golf balls on a pleasant day! We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Tips for other Campers:
Eat at the buffet in the Hollywood Casino! Very good selection, and when we were there the lunch buffet was only $6.99 Monday/Thursday, and we did not need our players card!

A very quiet park with a short walk to two casinos. Great buffet at Hollywood Casino. Golf course next door was superb, but you have to ride; no walking for some reason. Check-in was at the hotel - Check-in first then set up, not the reverse like we did. A good place for some fun! We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice casino park with flat level concrete sites and full hook ups with good water pressure, TV reception, cable TV, and really good open WiFi network. You even get use of the casino's indoor pool and hot tub. Some back in sites have a covered picnic table area close to them that is shared among several sites. Only drawback to this place is the lack of shade, which doesn't exist. The rate shown is without any discount. We will stay here again when in the area. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Quiet, large campground with nice landscaping and nice grass. Large concrete pads with a spot to park your car next to the RV. Next to a golf course and a field of grass. Fenced dog area with a concrete floor. You must check in at the hotel registration desk before you go to the campground and the people at the desk know nothing about the campground so they are no help with choosing a site. Ask for a key card if you want to use the hotel pool and hot tub. Limited number of cable TV stations. No fire rings. There are a few covered picnic tables in the park, so each site does not have a table. Very bright security lights at night so you might want to cover your windows. Use insect repellent because I got lots of insect bites after walking our dogs in the grass. Sprinklers water the lawns, so don't leave things outside that you don't want to get wet. Trash pickup at each site. There is a purple martin bird house between sites 30 and 193 which attracted a lot of birds so I would avoid camping in that area because of the bird droppings. Sites 1 - 20 are handicap sites and are at the front of the campground near the restrooms and showers. The casino has a movie theme and nice displays from movies like a Batmobile. The casino is floating on water so they have a Titanic sinking in the water display. There are photographs of old time movie stars all over the lobby. The Epic Buffet at the casino has good food. We enjoyed our stay here even though we do not gamble. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.
This park used to be much better. The restrooms are still good but showing signs of neglect. I think that Robinsonville on the whole is showing signs of going down hill. Still a convenient place to camp. I would camp here again. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.
Check in at main hotel check-in at the casino. Clean park with concrete pads at each site. Most sites are back-in, but roads are wide enough to maneuver easily. There are a few pull-through sites. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced. Wi-Fi worked well. We will stay again when in the area. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Checking in at the hotel desk is a hassle. The park facilities are adequate: FHU back in sites, limited cable, OK WIFI. Many sites appear to be sloped. Bathrooms and laundry are too small for a park with 123 sites. The RV park used to be so much better before the cutbacks of several years ago. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hollywood Casino RV Park is a great park which should be rated at a 10 but they only get an 8. The shower curtains have a basic design flaw that allows water to enter the dressing area. If they would move the curtain rod 4” toward the shower and lower it 4” most of the problem would be solved. A mat in the dressing area would decrease a slipping hazard on the tile floor. They need to add a sign at the main entrance to tell RVers to check in at the main Hotel registration desk where you can also sign up for their players club card. We watch ½ of the RV traffic come to the RV Park in the back of the casino only to find they no longer staff the RV park office. They have to turn around and go back to the main entrance. Now you have one pi**ed off RV driver whose wife is saying “I told you so”. The casino was not over populated or active. Slots were tight and the most I played with at the crap table was one half a table. We stayed here for 6 nights and had 4 nights comped with our modest gaming that usually gets all nights comped on the gulf in Louisiana. I have no need to return to this area. We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We pulled in late in the evening and checked in at the hotel registration desk. Every site was concrete. The restroom/shower areas were very clean. This was a great place to "hang our hats". We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $20.00
Decent place to stay if you want to visit the casinos. 2 minute walk to Hollywood Casino and Resorts. Cable TV is available but not very good. Big level sites, have to check in at the hotel, which is inconvenient . We camped at Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Park in a Motorhome.
