Excellent facility, very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful landscaping and spacious layout. All hookups worked perfectly. Sites are pretty level, with ample room for RV and toad.
Very good dog-walking area and nature trail. Very convenient to Kroger and Walgreens, as well as the mall and many restaurants.
Quiet day and night, a well-maintained facility. The only reason I didn't rate it a 10 was the wifi, which occasionally was off-line and veeery slow when online. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.
Sites 6, 12-13, 17-18, 41, pullthrus 43-44 and 50-51 have extra space and plantings on one side for a more spacious feeling.
Price was for FHU in a pullthru site. Credit cards are not accepted, so bring enough cash. We would return if in the area. - SW Rick
Our site (52) had very little "patio" area and that looked right at our neighbor's hookups. All sites rough gravel, fairly level. Pretty good cable, wifi was slow and only worked on our first day. - rncordy
Campground is close to shopping and restaurants but has a country feel. Terraced sites and nicely landscaped. Stayed over Easter. Visited a church and found the town very welcoming, one member even invited us to their home for their EASTER celebration. - DDZ
It's hard to rate this place objectively but I'll try. The good: It's a nice park if you like nature - place has two fishing ponds plus lots of birds & trees. We were put in a long pull-thru which was great, and hookups were fine. It's right off the Natchez Trace Parkway, so very convenient for what we wanted. The bad: Were told the laundry facility was not operational but owner was going to fix it. We couldn't find the bathrooms; figured out after we left that they were probably in the little log cabin where the laundry room was. No WiFi; Verizon HotSpot only got 3G. The owner's people skills left a lot to be desired, and his views which he overtly shared soured our experience here. - Jolly Out There
This park has a remote location. $24/night with Good Sam discount. Takes only cash or check. No cable, no Wi-Fi, some local TV. Gravel/dirt sites. Some spaces quite close. Some trees. Lots of grassy areas. Unisex bathrooms. - Rkyjimbo
This is a nice park. Located just off the Natchez Trace with easy on/off access. The sight are fairly level. A few of the sites have trees. The rate reflects a Passport America rate. Lots of birds in the area. - Tschachers
We were planning on staying in one of the parks on the Natchez Trace but ran out of time and picked this at last minute and are we glad. Price reflects a senior discount. Had a beautiful spot that backed up to a beautiful stand of trees. Everything about this park we loved with the exception of lack of cell service. Would definitely recommend. - smitty12
This park is in a beautiful area and they strive to keep the park maintained with the limited employees they have, but all of the employees are really nice. It is a narrow drive to it but it is also very convenient to Tupelo. The showers were clean. Their washer was gone but was to get a new one the 1st of July. The sites are big and fairly level. The lake is very beautiful and is very family friendly also to our furry family. - Gogox3
A ways off the beaten path, but a good stop. It is a real nature type park, not a parking lot. You are in the woods. Lots of hot water in the shower, but no dry place to stand. If over 65, you get the cheaper rate. - Matt_C
