Was not at all impressed with the park, the owner, or the maintenance people. Found them rude. Overall the park was good. But in middle of winter with park sewer and water frozen despite being wrapped you still have to pay extra to use the park restrooms. I feel that they do not maintain park systems and expect campers to do repairs for themselves, even though park equipment. Just was not impressed with the business and many many rules that just pop up. Not friendly - Harrythedog

This is a lovely RV park. I would give it a 10 if it had a fenced dog run. There are large grassy areas both in the park and adjacent to the park to walk the dogs. This park is right next to both a side road and the interstate so there is a lot of noise. The people in the office are amazing and worked very hard to accommodate our needs and desires. We were unable to check out on time and the office was very understanding. No extra charge for late check-out. THEY ONLY TAKE CASH OR CHECKS. The interior roads are easy to navigate with easy in and out. There is a fairly steep hill at the entrance. We've stayed here before and will be happy to return. - MT RVers

Very convenient to Interstate 49. Super friendly staff who were ready for us and guided us to our spot. Beautiful and maintained grounds. Good roads, gravel but maintained. Park is situated on the side of a hill but we had a nice level spot. It looks like they do a very good job situating the spots to be level. Our site did not have a sewer hook up but a very easy, convenient dump station on the way out of the park. We were in a 43 foot MH non-towing and fit just fine. We are not sure if there were spots where we wouldn't have to unhook or not so you might ask if you're towing. Great for an overnight and we would not hesitate to stay again. - rmartin

In my opinion it is not what it once was according to older advertisements of attractions. Store fronts predominately now self storage except Tuesday night Cowboy Church and small business. Close to US69. Ok for overnight while traveling but not a destination. Nice staff. Stone road (dust) & pads. Small grass strips. Hook ups good. No significant shade. Some long term sites with dogs & stuff. - tzdr8v

We have stayed with there for the last five years during the summer. Things have changed, and not for the best. The Opry has closed. We requested our usual site, and was told things have changed. Our usual overlooking of the pond, the horses, was left open and we were left with a view of the gravel, other rigs and the dust. It seems that if you aren't in the click, you are left holding the bag. Rules are left to the ownership, I found the park receptionist had her dog in the office, a strict violation of the rules. We only had 3 washers for most of the summer until my wife leveled one of them. We travel with a dog, and are courteous to others to pick up our waste. We had to ask to have the dog waste be emptied and it took nearly 3 weeks before it was. I usually don't burn bridges, but feel this park has become to expensive for what is offered. The final straw was when they came to our site and put on a water meter. Ownership complains to much as to what things are costing them, and that should not be disseminated to the residents. I feel as they are getting ready to jack up the prices again. This all started after they purchased a $300k rig and parked it so we all could see. When we started staying here it was $440 month, it is now over $500. With the addition of the new parks in Hillsdale, I feel we will not be coming back. I really liked ownership guess they didn't like me. - Butcherboy13

We called on Sunday morning to make a reservation, the answering machine told you to leave a message they would call back as soon as possible. Nobody called us back until we arrived to the campground.
There was a sign which told us to pick an empty site and come to the office on the next day.
The campground was not nice but OK. The site was gravel, pretty level with a little bit grass on the side.
The showers and the restrooms were locked with a keypad, and I have to ask another guest for the combination.
The toilets and showers were very old and completely dirty. They look like nobody cleans this room for a couple of days.
I visit the office the next day to complete the registration and my payment, and told the owner about the dirty showers and toilets. The answer was that they clean the facilities every Monday and Friday.
To clean campground showers and toilets only two times a week is disgusting!!! - Columbus

This is an old county park that they are gradually restoring. Buildings were relatively new but the picnic tables need replaced. Grassy common areas were all well kept. New playground near bath house with other playgrounds in other loops. No reservations and we had our choice of sites on a holiday weekend. Fishing access within walking distance of our site. - Betsy_02

Restrooms could use some upgrades but passable. You pick your own sites so if you stay on one that is bad it's your fault. Lady at Marina was nice and friendly. Overall great campground some permanent residents almost all in one area so no big deal to me. I would stay here again. - Bill Dudley
Oct 2015 - $15.00
We stayed here for 2 nights. Lots of different choices for sites. Our cost was for 30 amp & water site. Site 19 is very level. Only problem electric & water on wrong side so we nosed into the site for ease of hookup. We are looking mostly at woods. Attendant at marina very helpful during signup. Best to pick a site and then go to marina office to pay. Some permanents here as CG open all year and no limit on stay at most sites. Very quiet here in October. - Peter K
Sep 2017 - $25.00
This campground is inside of a property owners association development and can only be used by owners of property within the association or guests of owners. They do have some sort of agreement with Coast to coast to allow use. The campground is divided into two sections with a 50 amp section and a 30 amp section. All sites appear to be about 80 feet long and are all pull through. Every site has full hook-ups. There isn't much in the way of management. You check in at the office or guard gate after hours, go pick an open site and then go register and pay. The sites are getting older and you will need to level to some degree. The campground is about half full most of the time and is usually very quiet. Many of the campers are visiting friends that own lots here or are owners that are working on traveling or working on their lot. We have been here for several weeks visiting family and would recommend it. We plan on coming back here in the future. - BL Ford
Jun 2017 - $10.00
We stayed here in a 5th wheel. The"park" is an afterthought and sits behind a significant residential community. The roads are very dusty and the area is relatively open. The clubhouse/office is a significant distance from camping and is probably a drive for most users. There is no wifi or cable. Verizon cell service was good. Satellite TV was easy to set up. - BrianStacifulltimers
