Very welcoming staff despite the intense heat/humidity upon arrival. The laundry was immaculately clean and machines worked well. Had some issues with cable - investigation revealed part KOA issue and part my unit. Changed some fittings and all was well. One particular staff person was fantastic working in the intense heat to assist us. Kudos to him for fine job. Our site was considered premium as it had two strips of concrete to set wheels on. Railroad ties are really rotting as this is a tiered campground however they are in process of removing to install rock wall - looks good. We found better deals in town for shows vs the KOA discount sheet. It is very convenient to main strip and around 5 miles to downtown. Please use directions in KOA book vs using GPS - GPS takes you on back very hilly roads - use route 76 to Gretna Road, turn left at Titanic if coming off route 65. If in area again - would stay at this campground. We camped at Branson KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

The directions on the KOA site and GPS take you thru the main road in Branson tourist area. Traffic is heavy and it took us 25 minutes to get to KOA from Rt 65 in midday, midweek. Entrance located on a down hill, but once in park, entrance is wide, easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. They escorted us to our site. Roads in park are wide enough to maneuver a big rig. We were in a deluxe site which was gravel with concrete pads only for the wheels. Our site was just long enough to fit 40ft MH, we had to unhook the tow. The tow did fit sideways behind rig. The site was close to level, with full utilities that worked well. The sites are tiered, narrow and railroad tie walls are deteriorating as are the wood picnic tables, and a small grill. Most sites have trees, and was told I wouldn't be able to get satellite, but we did, otherwise they have cable. Disappointed that this was a deluxe site as park is showing it's age. They do maintain the grounds, however our site as well as others were littered by cigarette butts. It appears they are starting to upgrade some of the site walls with landscaper pavers. There is a store and hunt brothers pizza located in office. Garbage pick up at front of site. Bathrooms were clean but located a distance from tiered deluxe sites. However, there are multiple bathrooms located thru park. There is a pool and playground. Very little traffic noise. Dog park located in far corner as well as a large grassy area nearby to walk dogs. Park located near the main strip, plenty to do in the area for families. We think the fee was slightly over priced for the park condition. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

This campground is very clean in all areas from grounds to restrooms, to office with the staff being very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The sites are pull thru or back in with water, sewer, electric, cable, Wi-Fi, and picnic tables at each site and they are dog friendly. They serve pancakes for breakfast daily from 8am-10am. There is more to do just outside the campground from restaurants, wine tasting, pubs, and downtown boardwalk, all within a short distance of the camp site. This is in a tourist type community for children and adults but the campground is just off the beat and path for relaxation and some quiet time. We camped at Branson KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park with great staff. The manager was wonderful. Free pancakes every morning. This park is close to all activities in Branson as well as Table Rock Lake. Sites were level and all hook ups were close and worked very well. Nice pool and Hot Tub and dog park. Picked up your garbage every morning. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This KOA was in a very good location - not far from beautiful Table Rock Lake and not far from 'the strip'. We don't stay at KOA's typically because we feel they are over priced and this is no exception. However, we attended a Heartland Rally and had no choice. I have 3 complaints - 1. the sites are so close together I couldn't breath; 2. It was 92 degrees and the pool was covered (not opened?) ; 3. KOA's are over priced. Otherwise the park was clean, the staff were very nice, and the meeting room and facilities were fine. Utilities worked fine and the wifi was okay. The sites were level and not nearly long enough but, because the roads were wide, parking was okay even though your truck stuck out in the road. A side note: They had golf carts for rent to the tune of $55 per day! EGads! You can rent an economy car for that much! We camped at Branson KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Paved roads, some gravel sites, some with concrete runners. Well maintained and very clean, picked up trash at your site. Our site was deluxe with nice patio with good landscaping, round iron patio table and chairs. Nice rocking bench. Charcoal grill and fire ring. Large tree on front of lot which wasn't satellite friendly. We made do... We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

Well, it's Branson! But do make it out to the park on Table Rock Lake! Spectacular views! And do not miss taking a 30 minute scenic drive west to Flatcreek Resort Restaurant and Bar"....they have the very best catfish and cobblers you will ever eat! NO JOKE!

Other camper allowed to block driving lane with oversized unit which should have been required to take a larger, more expensive site which were available. This was unsafe, sticking out into the driving area after dark. They actually put cones across road to extend their awning. Our site was very unlevel as were others in our category. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

Conveniently located park. Staff was excellent. Some spaces were very close together, especially the back in sites. Wifi was intermittent. Experienced many disconnects even when checking emails. Seemed to work better late at night when there was less traffic. Overall, we would recommend this park. We camped at Branson KOA in a Travel Trailer.

A very nice KOA with extremely helpful staff. Free pancakes for breakfast, very helpful and knowledgeable about the Branson area. Cable TV was excellent, water pressure 40 psi, good electrical and sewer. WIFI was fairly weak, sites very small and not very level. My 6 pt levelers lifted one side of tires off the ground. Barely long enough site for my towing vehicle, and sites are very close to each other. That said, it is a great location and I'd stay here again if in the area. Tips for other Campers:

For a really nice dinner, go to College of the Ozarks, food is mostly raised by the students, dinner is exquisite with a piano player -- about $50 for two before the tip. Branson has excellent shopping, fun entertainment and lots of places to dine. Most places are fairly good, but only a few are excellent.

Very nice KOA near the heart of Branson. FHU good condition, mid site. Park cable, Wifi usable (with some dropouts). Good Verizon and T-Mobile signals. Many sites satellite friendly, mostly in premium section. Note: Sites in lower cost sections may require some leveling. Sites in premium are two cement landing strips for the wheels, with the rest of the site gravel/dirt. Interior roads asphalt. Premium satellite sites are near the convention center, they are also the furthest from office/pool. Some nice dog walk areas. Pool/hot tub. Propane onsite. Pizza delivery to site. Staff friendly and very efficient at check in. Trash pickup at site. You will probably have to unhook toad, even in premium sites. You can book some Branson shows at the campground. We would stay here again. Nice place to explore Branson. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

Sites are to tight and close to each other! Not enough trees. Pool is really nice and enjoyable. pads were uneven and to much gravel. Nice dog park. Free pancakes for breakfast was overrated every other item was overcharge. No shade due to no trees! Pad was uneven and washed out, areas filled with gravel. Staff was nice. No trails for adventure walking. I would search for area closer to town, with more trees and closer to areas that you can walk to. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

We've been going to Branson for 10 years. We checked out all the campgrounds in the Branson area and found the KOA Branson to be the best. Friendly staff, most of the pull throughs are long enough for RV Plus tow vehicle , nice paved roads. The location to the strip and the shows is perfect. The only con is the small swimming pool. It's fine for children but can get very crowded. Also, the park is quiet at night. We camped at Branson KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient location to everything in Branson as well as surrounding areas. Staff very friendly. Park was clean. We had a couple of small maintenance items and they took care of promptly. Only negatives are the sites are a tad narrow and they are not full concrete pads. Picnic tables old. Big rig friendly. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

We stayed five nights and found the park and service to be excellent.

We were in our 25' motor home and do not tow.

The park clearly states that pull thru sites in the lower cost section may require leveling. I did not notice that (my fault) and found the first night I needed 2" blocks front and back to get level.I didn't want to do this task each time we left and returned.

The next morning I asked the office to upgrade us to th newer section with concrete pads for the tires. They had the last last one available at a nominal increase in cost. We camped at Branson KOA in a Motorhome.

Thanks for camping with us, Joe! We are happy you were impressed with our grounds and service, and we're glad we were able to move you to a different section of the park so that your motor home was able to be level easier. We appreciate the kind review, and hope to see you again sometime!
