The park has recently changed their business plan since reading the last review. New owners (MasterCorp - provides cheap foreign labor) have replaced most of the RV spots with modular units containing 4 Jamaican migrant workers per unit. We booked a premium unit fairly close to the modular units. Laundry is seen hanging in all the trees, and smoke alarms were sounding all day long when the workers fried up their meals. Our dogs were going crazy with the alarms, so we had to relocate to the other side of the park. We asked for a refund as we downgraded from a premium lot, but were told it is not their policy. Management told us they have been instructed by the new owners to tell campers nothing about the migrant worker presence. Its awkward here, feels like I'm back in Jamaica (they just stare at you). Management on site are very nice, but I feel like I was defrauded. Shame, could be a good park due to its location to the entertainment. Would not come back here. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This campground recently changed hands. The new owners have placed a large number, about 20, 'cabins' on the property reducing the number of available sites to around 20 or so. The cabins are used to house the staffs of many local resorts. The new owners apparently contract to many resorts and needed a place to house their people. OK, that said, the people have been friendly and there have been no issues that we are aware of. Our site is on of the few pull through sites available. It is long enough and it is level, utilities are well placed. The pool is clean and warm. The interior roads are gravel for the most part. The store is essentially empty, but there are so many places nearby that this is really not an issue. Getting here is 'half the fun' Our GPS has it placed way off. We used the Google maps phone app to get here. DO NOT GO DOWN FALL CREEK ROAD! Off of 65, take 76 to 165 to Quebec. The turn onto Quebec is a right hand HAIRPIN. We suggest going past, turning around and coming in from the opposite direction. The CG staff has been nothing but pleasant to deal with. Hopefully the new owners will figure out a better way to house their other staff and return this CG to its former status. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The CG will hook you up with Terry's Discount tickets. Decent prices. you might do better, if you want to sit through a spiel about time shares, but Terry will deliver your tickets to the CG office or to the box office of your chosen show. If one stayed in Branson a month, you would be hard pressed to see everything. Toy Museum is worth it. Million Dollar Quartet is a must.

Impeccably clean grounds and facilities! Very friendly staff that made us feel welcome and at home! Quiet, easy to access and setup. Our favorite in Branson! Close to everything we want to do and will stay here every time we can. This was our second visit. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Pros- Park is clean and quite. Management is very helpful. No activities besides the pool. Not a lot of families or kids, which we prefer. Close to Branson and Table Rock Lake. Cons- New absent owners who are only interested in the bottom line. Have added many work camp Morgan type buildings to house Jamaicans who are brought over to fill low wage jobs in the area. They are picked up in vans as they have no transportation. we stayed a month and were put in long term which was fine. Cable was out for the first week. WiFi works but slow at all times. Neighborhood for about a mile coming into park is very undesirable area. Not best park in the area. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We have always loved this quiet, family-owned and operated park and have stayed here numerous times for quite a few years. Imagine our surprise when we pulled in this year for a month's stay and found over half the sites taken up with "park" models (which looked more like Section 8 or FEMA housing). They have installed 20 of these trailers (and we understand more are coming) and are putting 4 people in each one. I can't even imagine what 80+ permanent residents who don't have their own transportation - they are picked up and dropped off daily from their jobs cleaning the hotels and condos in Branson - will do to the park facilities. The small laundry will be completely overwhelmed, I'm sure. We were put in the area for permanent residents and all utilities worked well and wifi was great. The new managers are super people and the all-around handyman, is still there and couldn't be more helpful but I'm seriously concerned about the status of the park for the future. We may try it again this fall, but doubt if it will continue to be our favorite in the Branson area. I will report again after our fall visit. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well kept. We had great neighbors as well. Location is fantastic. Very pleased with our stay. Now the not so good part. The park was sold. The new owners have brought in 20 cabins so far. They look very nice and have taken some of the best sites. They brought in people from Jamaica to work in hotels about 9 months of tourist season. The people were no problem and vans take them to work and bring them back. Not sure how many, if any short term sites will remain in the end. Sadly, we felt the need to look at other CGs for return trips. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This park does not meet our standards to be called BIG BIG RV Friendly. We have a 42' Discovery with a low ground clearance. Our wheel base is 176" causing very wide turns. We did not make the entrance turn on the first try and had to unhook our toad and backup. The entrance road, Quebec Dr, is very twisty. We previously owned a 37' Adventurer with a 140" wheel base and high road clearance. We feel we would not have had a problem getting into the park with our previous rig. The park itself is very nice, wide spaces, quiet, clean. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Motorhome.

Internal roads are wide and gravel, sites are gravel, mostly level (needed one leveling board) and fairly easy to back into, facilities worked well, and located mid-way back, site was satellite friendly. Water pressure is very high so be sure to use a regulator. Staff were friendly, park WiFi is free and worked well most of the time, T-Mobile cell service was good (4G). The park was quiet. We have stayed here a few times before and would stay here again. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A balanced location if visiting Branson. Away from downtown, 5-10 min, but not too far. The facility is located on an "Ozark" road, several twists and turns which can be a bit of a challenge, but manageable. Campground separated into long term and short term clients - and the two do not mix. The owner was pretty clear, protecting the privacy of their long term customers. We understand the reasoning. All gravel roads and sites. Sites close together, even though there seems like a lot of undeveloped space. NOT level - front of motorhome off the ground to level up. Good shade trees, trimmed away not to scratch, can impact satellite reception, but they offer sufficient cable. Wifi functional, but marginal. Nice pool available and green space for fun. Picnic table had seen better days, and located in back of site, since the site was too narrow to locate near the RV. We would stay here again - very good value. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Motorhome.

I consider the park reasonably priced with our discount (50%) but not worth the full price. We were guided to our site and assisted in positioning. The CG is older and a bit tired looking. The playground is suitable for kids up to 4, not impressive. We camped at Ozark Country Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Our second time at this Park and our first choice to spend the month of Sept at. We enjoyed this Park very much, its close by to Show's and attractions yet out far enough so its nice and quiet at night. The owner's are right on top of any thing that might be an issue and generally without any input from guests......they run a tight and efficient campground. In our stay, we didn't have a single issue, the park was always quiet, the utilities excellent, the grounds spotless. We will stay here again when in the area. Tips for other Campers:

The Million Dollar Quartet at Welk Theater (nearby) was excellent. Visit Silver Dollar City. If visiting Silver Dollar City for more than one day, purchase a dual pass as it will be cheaper. Free parking with shuttles running regularly. Took the Branson Showboat. Food was good as was the show. Got it for half price after purchasing season ticket for Silver Dollar City. Don't take the night cruise, as you can not see anything during the breaks when you are free to wander around the ship.
