Was there July 4th week. RV park office is at Willow Tree Motel, friendly staff. Anthony from Motel Office called me when my show tickets arrived. RV park is smallish but nice. Small swimming pool, but very clean, share it with the Motel guests. Lots of discounts available to shows at brochure center at Motel breeze way. Wife and I checked out the bathrooms, showers, laundry room. All were clean and usable. You have a short walk to restaurants "Golden Corral" and "Red Lobster". Have to walk a busy highway at cross walk to get to the Imax Theater and other restaurants. We did not have a toad and used "Ride-A-WayZ" shuttle who charges 20 bucks round trip to take you to a show and pickup and gives you exact pick up time. Taxi would be cheaper, but they do not give a pick up time. Only have a few theaters within walking distance. So you need a car to drive to them, some do not have RV parking. The RV park fee includes a free breakfast, two different cereals, donuts, coffee, toasts, muffins, and attendant to assist. Not a bad deal. I would use this park again. We camped at Willow Tree in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here in July 2010 and we had an enjoyable stay. We met the new owners and made new friends. They were very accommodating. Even helped us get show tickets. The price we paid was terrific only 24.50 for a full hookup. They even gave us coffee and donuts in the morning. We were very happy with this park and will definitely go back. We camped at Willow Tree in a Motorhome.

Name has changed to Willow Tree. Clean, level sites with good utilities and is located right in the middle of town off the main street. Except for the traffic, this would rate a 9-10. It is Branson and you get the traffic but just as Pigeon Forge in Tenn., there was no planning by the city commissioners when they developed this area. We camped at Willow Tree in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This park is located behind the motel, though the location is great and the rates are cheap, it really isn't a campground I would ever return to. The grass wasn't cut, I fell into what must have been an old dump hole, all the way to the knee. That I didn't break or twist something is a miracle. No one was around at the campsites. If you needed anything you had to go to the motel front office. And the restrooms, though okay, were not clean enough for me to want to take a shower in them! Was a very, very old building and facilities. We camped at Willow Tree in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Good park at west end of 76 strip on Sheppard Hills Pkwy. Easy in and out to travel the town with all of the colored routes they have set up. Would rate higher if they had wifi. The motel/RV Park manager and her husband were great and made our stay even more enjoyable. Other RV guests we visited with also made the same comments to us. Sites are small but took our 37' 5th wheel, although we could not park in front of the coach. The manager had us park on the site beside ours instead of in the parking lot. We had planned to spend a month but ended up having to change plans and leave after a week but will return again. We camped at Willow Tree in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for a while last summer before finding a different park. The park was a dump and the owners were rude. I do not recommend this RV park. We camped at Willow Tree in a Motorhome.

"Campground" is nothing but a parking lot. No wi-fi and inconveniently located. We camped at Willow Tree in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

It's a bare bones place to stay in Branson. It's in a good location, easy to get to, and for my purposes, it worked out great. It's nothing Fancy, but clean and very reasonable in price. It's part of a motel/RV complex. It worked for us, as our daughter and her family stayed at the motel, and we stayed in the motor home. I did check the restroom/shower building, and it was nothing fancy, but very clean. The motel has a small pool that RV people can use. Concrete pads, but as the operator said, the park was built about twenty years ago, and most of the pads are for shorter RV's. They do have several for larger RV's. The only problem I really saw was, the full hookups are in the middle of the pad. Therefore you need longer hoses and such. You also need to watch the hookups in order to clear for a living room slide. As I said, it was fine for me, as we were away from the RV most of the time, and mostly only slept there. Would go again for our purposes in Branson. It's not a place to camp. Does have a picnic table on a concrete pad, but the sites are very close together. We camped at Willow Tree in a Motorhome.
