Nice clean well run park. The section we stayed in was level with large trees well spaced around. There are also spots that are in the open (for satellite). Our site included cable that worked well. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here overnight on migration north as we are snowbirds. This park is a typical KOA, with gravel, but level, pull thru sites with some grass and weeds between sites. Convenient on and off the freeway and would stay here again in the future. We did not unhook the 5er and FHU all worked as it should. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Only stayed overnight. Level gravel site with FHU. Cable was good, but wifi did not work properly. I did not use the showers or laundry. I thought it was odd that is KOA did not have a recycling center. Plenty of shopping areas within a couple of miles. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Travel Trailer.

We meet some Montana friends here. Our friends called to make a reservation and was told plenty of sites, no worry. When asked about deposits, was told not a problem. They told the staff that we wanted two sites side by side. They gave them the two site numbers that we would be in. When the Montana couple checked in, they were told again that no problem for side by side sites. Before we arrived, they had parked another camper in "our site". When the Montana coupled inquired as to what the deal was. The owner(?) manager became angry and said they did not guarantee sites with out a deposit. This lead to a headed discussion about what had been said. When we arrived, I asked for my site base on the numbers that we had been given. I assume it was the same lady that had been involved in the previous discussion as the conversation went downhill in a hurry. She said we were parked directly across from our friends so it was not a problem. Not sure what directly across form our friends means to her but being two sites further down was not directly across. While this was my first stay at the Joplin KOA it is also my last stay. Staff was very rude. JMHO. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Laundry is not air conditioned. Washers are two dollars. Dryers are also two dollars Even though the clerk knew I was a cat owner, I was placed right behind a camper who had eight or nine Pomeranians and Chihuahuas. Clerk was rude from the moment I walked in the door. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Motorhome.

Nice KOA right off I-44 in Joplin. We stopped here at the last minute. Called about 5 minutes before arrival, and they were very accommodating. The owner and his wife are very helpful and the park is very nice and well-kept. I thought it would be loud since it's quite close to the highway, but they put us on the back row in the heavily trees area and it was relatively quiet. It wasn't very crowded as it was on a Sunday evening. We'd stay here again on our way through. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for an overnight. Cable didn't work so pulled out satellite. Neighbor who pulled in said he's stayed here before and had trouble with cable in the past too. Didn't contact the office because we had no plans to move sites and satellite was easy to set up. Very nice pond/lake on site. Also has a fenced in dog play area that looked clean. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Motorhome.

Beautiful CG. Clean. Good hosts. Gravel, level sites. Our site was a premium end site with lots of space. Some sites looked to be somewhat close. Easy to get around even with our big rig and toad. Great patio with bench swing, table and chairs. BBQ grill. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Motorhome.

A good over-night KOA near the interstate with long level gravel sites. The noise level is minimal. Utilities function well and the restrooms are clean. A duck 'fishing' pond adds some nice atmosphere. Also, this park has a ample sized fenced dog run. Pizza delivery to your site is a plus. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Motorhome.

Gravel interior roads (dusty). Our site had gravel on parking area remainder is grass. No patio.

Dog park area. Could have been better if pet owners would all be responsible and pickup after their pets.

We stayed in the Tall Oaks rows, which had some shade. We stayed here in a 38ft coach with tow. The sites were very long and level, they have crushed stone patio area, so you are out of the mud if it rains.

Dog park, playground, pool. Fishing and duck pond. No activities.

The area has good shopping, mostly on Business 49/S.Ridgeline Rd. Not alot of local activities, so if just want to relax and camp, this could work for you. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Motorhome.

Went down to Camping World in Lowel, Arkansas. Not a nice store, so will stick to the Springfield, Missouri store.

Stopped for an overnight stay. Amenities seemed a bit sub par for a KOA. The site was level and had full hookups. The location, immediately adjacent to the Interstate, was very convenient and quiet despite being so close to the highway. Would definitely stay again if needed while traveling. We stayed overnight here on the way through town. The park was nice and the spaces were long, level, and well spaced. Our section had grass and nice trees. Despite the location near a truck stop and the interstate the noise was not an issue. While the park was nice, the price was a little high. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed one night on way back to Canada. Excellent pull-thru sites, long enough for 54' with toad and extremely level. Best hookup posts I have ever seen. No truck noise contrary to my expectation. Cable is very, very grainy and not HD...might be analog. Would definitely stop here again. We camped at Joplin KOA in a Motorhome.
