Very good RV park with long sites and wide roads. All sites are concrete and the roads are paved. Utilities function correctly and there is daily trash pickup. Although the park is close to I435 and Worlds of Fun this clean park is not noisy. Only one problem, the cable TV was out during our four day stay. We would stay here again. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit the World War I museum in Kansas City; it is excellent. If you like fried chicken, Straud's is great

We stopped overnight on a cross-country trip. Located next to an amusement park so it was fun watching the roller coaster go around as evening fell. Very nice, level concrete sites. Water hookup was odd as the lever didn't have a definite "detent" so you had to experiment to determine when the water was on; it also leaked at the connection. Convenient to interstate. Showers were fair--reminiscent of pool houses. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

What can we say? This is by far the best RV park we have camped in during our travels. The park staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. All campsites are spacious and paved with lush grassy area, large picnic table, grill, and a garbage container. Restrooms, showers, and laundry room are clean. The park is adjacent to an amusement and water park, but was not noisy. There are also cabins and cottages available. We had two RVs; one was a motorhome. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Jesse James Farm Museum nearby.

Nice level site with ample length. The park is on a hill but the sites are level with great service pedestals. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If going to the amusement park, purchase your tickets at the RV park registration desk for significant savings.

Excellent roads to and in park. Could use better directions to rv section of park. Easy, easy maneuvering for 40 foot rig towing. Spa and pool closed at this time of year. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

Wonderful, beautifully-manicured park with LONG cement pads (plenty of room for our 35-foot 5th wheel and truck). Good Wifi and cable. Large patio with large picnic table. Waste can at each site. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dog with no thorns, but no off-leash area. Definitely some road noise. Confusing entry (enter thru parks' main entrance), but wide roads. That being said, the park was quiet because it was closed. When the park is open, I'm sure that the screams from the nearby roller coasters will change the atmosphere dramatically. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

About 8 miles from real shopping (Super Walmart & Target). There's a Waffle House close by, and a small grocery store about a mile and a half from the park. If you like coffee, make sure to visit The Roasterie downtown.

Gorgeous park, but a bit overpriced for overnighters. Had a large pool but wasn't open yet. Laundry, general store, and game room were all nice. Concrete streets, pads, and sidewalks. Lots has nice landscaping and a grill and trash can at each spot. Still much cheaper than hotel and right next door to amusement park. Easy access from I-435. Also had cabins and cottages if you had family and friends meeting you. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very well maintained campground. Easy access on & off interstate. Nice concrete pads & pull throughs with picnic tables, grills & trash cans. We stayed here while attending a function in downtown Kansas City & was easy to go to function & back. The only reason I didn't rate this higher is because there is a lot of noise from the highway & from the amusement park right behind campground. But, even with that, we would definitely stay here again. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

So much to see & do in Kansas City! Really enjoyed our stay here. We took the trolley tour that you can catch in front of Union Station. Very informative & enjoyable. Go eat some Jack Stack barbecue-ribs are delicious!!

This is a very well maintained park with excellent landscaping and spacious pull throughs. Both WIFI and cable TV performed well as did all utilities. The only area of disappointment was the showers. They contain no hooks for your clothing and the dressing areas were far too small. Additionally, they were in need of a cleaning during our visit. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

We loved this park. Very conveniently located to all there is to do in the area. The campground was easy to get in and out of with long, pull-through cement pads. There are some back-ins as well, but we stayed in a pull-through. Since we were there in the off-season the water park was closed and the amusement park was only open on weekends. It was not a distraction for us at all; the noise was minimal. Each site had a grill (charcoal) and grass/small trees separating the sites for a bit of privacy. Satellite friendly. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but did work. Laundry was quite small, but inexpensive. A bit of noise from the freeway and train. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

Nice size sites with concrete pads and the parks is

kept very clean. Each site has a grill and nice picnic table. Management was very nice and eager to help. They have a nice convenience store with food and some rv accessories. We didn't use the cable so no help there. The swimming pool was closed but it is a large pool. The park also has excellent water pressure. We will stay there again. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

This park is in very good shape. Everything was well kept. Our site was level. Cable TV was not great, but I don't find many RV parks that do have "great" cable TV service. We had site #1 which backs up to Parvin Road. There was a lot of road noise, as there was a truck facility of some sort nearby. I would certainly try to get a spot as far away from Parvin Road as possible next time, but even so the noise wouldn't prevent me from staying here again. In a city the size of Kansas City, road noise is of course to be expected. I had not been aware of this park previously. I really liked it and will be back for sure. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Travel Trailer.

We needed a base of operations to travel to two weddings and this location is close enough to the airport and major interstates to make it feasible. We stayed here for 6 weeks. The park itself is very nicely landscaped, and very clean. Concrete pads and paved roads are what we look for for our motorcycle. Wifi, electricity, and water pressure were good. Our biggest complaint, and what will prevent us from returning except for an overnighter, was the traffic noise. Not from the interstate, but from Parvin Road. The park is right on the edge of a large industrial park consisting of heavy truck dealers and repair centers (look at it from Google Earth). There is constant diesel engine noise day and night. Since Parvin Road is a hill, most trucks use (LOUD) diesel braking on the way down. We tried to sit outside one night and couldn't have any type of conversation. As an overnight it should be fine, but I wouldn't spend any significant time there. Also, depending on which way the wind is blowing, you may be overcome be the smell of the nearby asphalt plant. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great park. The spaces are long and wide. It's located on a hill. The hill has been terraced so that the actual spaces are level. There's bushes between each site so it feels private. Each site has a nice picnic table, patio, BBQ grill and it's own trash can! You can see the roller coaster of the amusement park from the RV, but it isn't noisy. It's easy to get to from the freeway. It has a very nice and large pool. Cable TV and wifi are good. Don't let the fact that's it's part of an amusement park stop you from coming here. It's a great park! We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Motorhome.

This is one of the nicest RV parks you can find. It is clean and reasonably priced. The only thing I fault them on is their laundry room (no chair, no trash can, and almost always at least one machine needing repair). This was our second stay this year for 4 nights. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Fifth Wheel.
