Small concrete park next to I44 but traffic noise is tolerable as road is on higher level than the park. Two rows. One back ins and one pullthrus. Ample room with table. Excellent amenities and walk to restaurants and shops. Stayed 2 nights to use as base for sightseeing. Would stay again. In 38ft motorhome with tow. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.

Second time I've stopped here. Sorry to see the original owners didn't make it. I use this park when traveling east on I-44 as it is a good one day drive from OKC. Easy in and out, good hook-ups, and many restaurants within easy walk. I didn't even unhook the rig. Never saw the owner, just left the money in an envelope....kind of weird. As noted, fairly noisy because of the interstate, but tolerable. Will stay here again if heading east. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Although small, this park is very convenient to the interstate. It's next to a Holiday Inn Express. One row of sites is back-ins, and the second row is pull thrus. Utilities are excellent.
We used the small laundromat ($1.50 for washers and dryers). There are two washers and four dryers. We didn't use the small pool, but it looked clean and well kept. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
While this campground is next to I-44, traffic noise was not an issue for me. The campground is immaculate, with level concrete pads (some back-ins, some pull-throughs) and excellent hookups. There are small grass plots between adequately spaced sites, each with a nice picnic table. The laundry, bathrooms, showers and pool are all immaculate and inviting. There's not a tree on the place, so summers will be very hot, and that's my only reason for not giving a perfect score. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
The very friendly host said that the Mexican restaurant next door is excellent.

This is a fairly clean park with continuous loud traffic noise and some train noise.
Sites are long, wide, not-level, unshaded concrete, separated by thin grass strips. Voltage is good. Sewer connections are not threaded. Each site has a picnic table and grill.
Roads are wide asphalt in excellent condition.
The manager is friendly and helpful, but is seldom on site.
WiFi is strong. I measured 654.7 kB/s down, which is typical.
Verizon LTE works well.
Cable is Mediacom.
Laundry: 2 top-loaders ($1.50), 4 dryers ($1.50). We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is small but a pretty good value, the available spaces were large and level, we stayed here in a 40' 5th wheel with 5 slides. The park is convenient to the highway but a little tricky to get into. A good park for a night or two. We will stay here again. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As previous reviewers mentioned this is just a small park designed for overnight stops, although we stayed a weekend. Spaces are concrete slabs and roads are paved. There is a strip of grass between sites with a picnic table. There are no trees. It is a great setup for overnight stays and reasonably priced. The big downside is the proximity of the park to the interstate. If you do not like road noise then do not even bother with this park. The road noise is constant, but for us it becomes just white noise. I would take this over train horns! Wi-Fi is free and very fast and cable TV is provided however we used satellite with no problem. You are close to many stores and restaurants. Nice park the fills a need for travelers. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Rate is Good Sams. A small park immediately off of Hwy 44. A/C minimizes traffic noise. Good for a night if you're just passing through. Very nice people managing it. More than adequate. It's in the middle of an urban area, so it isn't camping. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great concept for an RV park right off Interstate 44 for overnight stays. Very clean and beautifully designed for easy pull-thru. Level concrete pads & patios with grill & table at each site. We very much enjoyed our until we went to leave the next morning and found that someone had taken our breakaway cable and the stem caps on our rear truck tires. Other than that, we were totally impressed. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

No one in the office: take a spot, put money in envelope and drop in box. The WiFi is spotty. It appears nothing has changed from the orginal owners, other that the Chamber of Commerce office is where the 2 room motel use to be. The office was closed, also used to have service from the owners, but who knows what is going on now. Will not stop here again. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.

The first (and last) time I was here was 5 or 6 years ago when the park was fairly new. I noted in my review at the time that I hoped that this small park would make it. Well, it did not and closed a couple years ago. It has has now been given a second life. I changed the listings above to indicate that the pool is still available (in season) and there is cable TV. We had a FHU, level pull-through with good WIFI and 50+ channel cable TV. Most sites are also satellite friendly. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry are modern and clean. The roads and sites are paved. The sites are fairly long and wide with about a 50/50 split between pull-throughs and back-ins. There is grass between the sites. The office was open both in the late afternoon when we got there and in the morning when we left. There are plenty of eating options within walking distance. The big negative which will bother most RVers is the constant interstate traffic noise. Other than that, this is a very good over night park with all you need for a one night stop. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.
Great for an overnighter. Very easy access (off and on) I-44. The road noise didn't bother us at all but we tend to tune out "normal" noise. The hookups worked as designed. We have been here a couple of times and there are at least 3 restaurants you can get to without crossing any streets. Spaces were wide and long enough for today's rigs. As has been previously posted by others, it isn't a destination, amenity-laden parks. It is an RV express. Pull in, set up, eat, sleep and bug out in the morning for a small fee. If they just had an ice machine or sold ice. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.
My rating is based on what the park is: A transit park, not a destination. (Note the name: ExpressRV). Situated almost ½ way between Tulsa and St. Louis (or Hannibal, our destination), it’s a perfect stop for those who don’t like to travel more than 300 miles a day and aren’t concerned with entertaining children. Is it LOUD, situated as it is at the intersection of two major highways carrying both interstate and local traffic surrounded by a half dozen fast food 'restaurants' ? Of course. But just turn on your HVAC fans and settle in. Walk over to El Charro restaurant for a very, very fresh Mexican supper. (Not the old, closed one facing the highway, but the one next to KFC.) Only thing that would have made this a 10 is cable and more mature trees: there is essentially no shade. The WiFi was easy to access and was a strong signal on my laptop, although my wife's iPad had the opposite. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Following up on the last reviewer, this tidy little park was re-opened this past August by new owners. It has easy access immediately off I-44 about 25 miles NE of Springfield. All interior streets are paved; all sites are cement pads. Rest rooms and shower were spotless. Manager was very friendly. The only negatives are no cable TV and the location is close to an entry ramp to the interstate. A bit noisy but not big issues for an overnight stay. I will definitely place this Park on my "must-visit location" when passing through. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.
