16 Parks near Ozark, Missouri
May 2013 - $20.00
We have stayed here a few times. There are no restrooms or laundry facilities. They now have cable TV and WI-FI. The sites are level. Only draw back is the road noise. We stayed 4 days this trip. - Boonejen
Aug 2011 - $30.00
This park is ok for overnight. The RV sites are at the back of the park in a large open area and close together with no shade. The restrooms needed some cleaning. This was the second park in Springfield we tried. - normdave
Oct 2015 - $25.00
What's to complain about? I get full hookup with 50 amps. I get a river rock gravel parking spot that is clean whether it rains or not. $25 is about as cheap as you get for full hookup unless you luck out and get a Passport America spot where you want to stop. Traffic noise was NO problem. I would have had no use for a pool. Granted, the spots are tight together but I don't plan to lounge for an overnight. - easydoesit
Apr 2014 - $25.00
Long, level, gravel sites. Easy on and off from highway. Right next to Lambert's Cafe. What more do you need? We will stop here anytime we travel past this town. - Swamp Bunnies
Sep 2013 - $25.00
This is a gravel parking lot style RV park. Sites are level, full hookup, big rig friendly pull through sites. There are no trees or grass. All sites are satellite friendly. There are no showers, restrooms, laundry, picnic tables or host. The office is usually closed, just pick a site, get an envelope from the box at the front of the office and deposit the fee into a lock box. The price has recently increased to $25. This is really too much considering the lack of amenities. - Travelin Rose
Oct 2014 - $9.00
Rate is PassPort America rate. Park is really rundown since last posted review. Some very old units in very poor shape used by long term residents. OK for a quick overnite, but wouldn't stay any longer, and locked all compartment doors. - Michelle & Ann
Aug 2012 - $8.00
Rate reflects Passport America. This no frills park is very convenient for visiting Branson, Ozark, and Springfield. There are several full-time residents. The park grounds are very well maintained. Dogs were seen off-leash on several occasions and not picked up after in some cases. Low water pressure. Our Verizon aircard worked very well when hooked to the amplifier and external antenna. Very friendly staff! We will stay here again. - StarlifterFE
Jun 2012 - $8.00
This is a no-frills park located behind an antique mall. There is no bathhouse, but the restroom inside the mall is available during business hours. Very pleasant owner-managers. This is an inexpensive bargain stop when visiting Branson, which is 15 miles away. We paid the Passport America rate. We'll gladly return when in the area again. - nasa42a
Oct 2013 - $20.00
We have stayed here twice simply because of the location which is in very close proximity to main highways. We will not return to this park again. On both stays (June & October) we were very disappointed. There are many permanent sites towards the back. The temporary sites towards front are pretty sad - lumpy, bumpy ground with weeds instead of grass & cracked cement patios. It is close to shopping. - KPsunshine
Aug 2013 - $60.00
This place was a dump! Lots of mobile homes. Permanent unsavory dwellers living in their trailers & mobile homes. The desk clerk double charged us & disappeared when we came back next morning for a refund. No bathrooms available, no showers. Couldn't wait to leave. - Sweet C
Oct 2012 - $40.00
Nice owner. Was very helpful to get us settled. Very good (free) Wi-Fi, but that is it. Next to the freeway with lots of noise. Everything is run down with bad internal roads and cracked pavement on the sites. We stayed here with PPA. We will not come back. - Traveller Excel
Jun 2016 - $31.00
As mentioned below, this is a very nice mobil home park, with large mature trees throughout. Most residents seem to be the older/retired group. We were assigned a nice pull through concrete paved site very near the office with 20/30 and 50 amp available. Water and sewer as well, no cable. Very easy in and out for large rigs from this site. Our site was about 100 ft. From a beautiful, heated pool that RV ers may use while there. Ask for site 502 or 503 to be close to the pool.
Best part of this place... It's quiet! No Interstate noise, no blaring train horns...just quiet, a refreshing change!
Overall, a great stopover location. - AlaskaJack
Apr 2016 - $40.00
This is a mature mobile home park and the RV spots are in the back as mentioned before . They are all gravel with no patio or picnic table, but fine for an overnight stop as we did. The driveways and spaces were adequate for our 43' bus, the utilities were good and the location is convenient to highway 65. The staff was very helpful in getting us a spot on a Sunday night after hours. - coloradoflyfisher
Nov 2015 - $27.00
1 night stay. RV camp sites are at the back of a Mobile Home Community.
Easy access from US 60/Bus US 65. Within walking distance to shopping & restaurants.
There are RVs scattered throughout the park along with permanent mobile homes. Nicely kept mature neighborhood.
Site was level pullthru. Good 50A elect, sewer & insulated water hookups.
We would stay again. - D Curf
Jul 2016 - $60.00
Road to the Campground is narrow but there was no traffic so no problem. We had a deluxe site so it was a spacious pull-through. The trains are close and noisy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The other sites looked narrow and close to trees. - Dennis_K
Jul 2016 - $48.00
Did an overnight stay. If your experience is anything like ours don't trust the GPS, as the campground is south of the interstate, not north. Campground is easy in and out with good access to I-44. We had a spacious pull-through with reasonable shade. The trains are pretty close and can get obnoxious. Light sleepers may have a problem, as the tracks are frequently used. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We would use this location again as an overnight but would have to consider a different location for longer stays due to the trains. - Fred 52
May 2016 - $43.00
Since we were just stopping overnight the Thursday before Memorial Day, we took a water/electric only site, 30 amp at that. However, we were charged a holiday rate, so we didn't really save anything.
We have stayed here before and like the convenience of the place, just off I-44. Plus the Hunt's pizza delivered to our coach. The campground is located near a railroad crossing, but you get used to the blaring train horns.
The sites are narrow and short. There is barely enough room to get your tow off the road if you have a motorhome of any length. The gravel pads are rutted, but leveling was not a problem. The water connection was almost at ground level. The interior gravel roads are tight and overhanging branches are a concern.
There is a large car show in Springfield that weekend, and many of the cars stay at this campground. There are some real neat cars. That is until they fire them up at 6am to go to breakfast.
The staff is friendly and helpful. - Martini
May 2013 - $20.00
Close to I44 and when we called it was a "park and drop your money in the box place" that worked well for us. It is an old park that has several monthly residents. They were in the back of the park and up front were about a dozen pull through sites. They are close, but we had no problem. I think if a neighbor wasn't in the center of their site it may be an issue. No amenities, but a park and sleep spot. It is far enough from I44 to have no road noise. A railroad is nearby (just like most main highways), but there must not be any crossings close, because we never heard a horn. We'll stay again. - Spending Their Inheritance
Jan 2013 - $25.00
Stayed here because Camping World finished repairs to our rig really late and the park has very easy access to I-44. Wide open gravel pad. TV, over the air, maybe 6 channels. Wi-Fi, but not very good even with us being in the second space from the office. The manager was a pleasant fellow but the cigarette smoke about did me in. Checkout time was "whenever you decide to leave", he said. We would stay here again. - We3Brvn
May 2012 - $20.00
Park is old and the pull through sites are very narrow. Our slides outs came right up to the electrical boxes on both sides of the site. Fortunately there was no one on either side of us otherwise we would have left. For $20 a night it is good as a one night stop over, but not for anything else. - mcharland
Sep 2015 - $30.00
Certainly not paradise! Just OK as an overnight stay, but overpriced for what it is. Many permanent residents, and the park is a bit run down. - Fwdaj
Sep 2015 - $30.00
Small park, lots of semi permanents. Decent little park. We stopped overnight going on to our next destination. Mary, owner, very courteous and helpful. Lots were pretty close to each other, and if you don't position yourself just right you will not be able to open your slides or put out your awning due to some recently, within a couple of years, planted trees. The campground is up fro sale and they are doing some improvements. utilities work well and are placed nicely. - hound4
Aug 2015 - $25.00
Showers/restrooms were clean and good. Didn't use the pool, but looked inviting. Wifi was good, but would time out occasionally; not really a problem. Stay was good and would stay again. - spdrlgs65
May 2016 - $29.00
We stayed here as part of an RV rally; price reflects rally rate. Park staff did a great job in arranging many of our activities such as welcome dinner, show tickets, bus transportation, etc. They are very good at putting packages together for rally groups. The park is hilly and some sites are more level than others. Sites and roads are gravel. Restrooms very clean. Large, clean laundry room although it could use better folding table and hamper. WiFi worked very well, although park was only about 25% full during most of our stay. - Ray Z
May 2016 - $29.00
A really nice campground. Roads and sites are newly tarred and graveled. Most sites are very level and large enough for 40' motorhome & toad. They are great at assisting in setting up a rally/group. They put on a first night dinner and show that was a lot of fun with good food. We will definitely come again. - Popeye1
Dec 2015 - $25.00
First the bad news. Not a good stay for us. Generally, the park is in need of repair, restoration, and modernization. The roads are in bad repair. The parking pads are not level, the gravel is thin, the electrical boxes are falling apart. WIFI is "free" but not worth the cost. The restrooms and showers were open but entry codes failed. Good news; great location. 4 TV stations with just antenna. Great Verizon service. Bottom line... do not make this place your first choice. We shall not return. - RaptorSVT

Jun 2016 - $50.00
We stayed for a week in a deluxe RV site. We have a 42 ft motorhome and a tow vehicle. Our site was great, with a wide hard-packed, very level gravel pad and lots of shade trees. We have four children, so we took advantage of every amenity that was offered. There was a great game room with a pool table and ping-pong tables. The swimming pool was very clean and the playground was very nice. We did not use the laundry but the showers and restrooms were very clean and in good working order. There are also lots of really nice hiking paths and they even provide you with walking sticks! You can check out movies or buy ice cream in the office. This is a very quiet peaceful campground. The sites are far enough apart to give lots of privacy and the trees add to the feeling of seclusion. Even with all the trees the sites were very easy to get into. This campground is located about five minutes from Silver Dollar City, and you can hear the train from the park blow its whistle in the distance. During our stay we drove around and looked at several other campgrounds in the area and this is definitely our favorite. We will stay here again the next time we are in the Branson area! - 6 Ole Miss Rebels
May 2016 - $39.00
We chose this campground because we didn't want to be down in all the "commotion" in Branson. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Lots of trees so we couldn't use our dish but they had cable with all the channels we watch, so that was good. We were in a pull through & had plenty of space between us & our neighbor. If you're coming from Branson, you have to take a left to get into campground & there is no way that you can see if there is any traffic coming toward you. Just hold your breath, pray & turn! We come to Branson quite a lot but this was our first time staying here. Will stay here again. - bgw5350
Jun 2015 - $35.00
This is a very nice clean, quiet RV park. We have been coming here for seven years. They need to cut down a few trees for satellite, although they have cable. Friendly staff. Close to Silver Dollar City. Contrary to other comments, there is more than ample room between trailers. - Whyork
