2 Parks near Poplar Bluff, Missouri
Sep 2014 - $30.00
RV park is next to Bullwinkle's Lodge and Bullwinkle's Pub. Park is basically a place to park your RV. Spaces are short. Only had room to park our 29' fifth wheel and park the truck crossways on our spot. It was sufficient as we only wanted to visit the town of Poplar Bluff. I would only use this as a place for a brief stay, not a vacation spot. The park has several permanent residents. But it is safe and clean. - officerobie
Mar 2011 - $30.00
This place was a hoot! We stayed here because we were meeting friends from Illinois and they needed a lodge. No frills RV park. The site was level; the water, electric and sewer all worked well. The main draw is Bullwinkes Pub, a wonderful ecclectic bar with darts, pool tables and a great staff and atmosphere. I would have given them a 10 if they'd had cable TV, but the bat wing was okay as we were in the pub most of the night. - Wildwooders
Oct 2010 - $30.00
Decent enough for an overnight stay. A lot of permanent trailers, but most are fairly well kept. Park is clean and maintained. Pull throughs available, sites are tight and close together. Close to main highway, some noise. We have a forty foot, fifth wheel and still managed to get in and out fairly easily. We would stay here again. - perfectlygoode
May 2015 - $30.00
Stayed one night. Park is very clean and neat. Staff was very helpful at check-in and at directing us to our site. Roads and pads are of well packed gravel and clay. All sites seemed to be level and there was a lot of shade around the park.
There are a lot of rules at the park with a special emphasis on pets. Neither us nor our dog had a big issue with the rules although I would prefer a little more freedom to walk the dog around.
Other than a significant hum of road noise from the nearby highway, the park is very quiet. - RatTailGray
Nov 2014 - $29.00
We stopped here for an overnight stay. We knew we were going to arrive late so we called ahead. The camp host met us at the office and directed us to our camp site, very helpful folks. Nice park with easy on/off of hwy 60. We will stay again when in the area. - kytraveler
Aug 2014 - $29.00
Although this campground is in a “hilly” area, it seems to have very level sites. We had a pull-through and pulled right up and we were level. They seem to have very strict rules, but it seems they are strict because of past bad tenants. Price includes full hookup, cable and Internet. Nice place a couple miles out of town. We would stay here again. - CapeGreen
