Spent one night passing through. About 6 miles off expressway. Nice couple owns the place. They were closing the store for the winter. Gave us a choice of several pull through sites. Our site was just long enough for the motorhome and toad without unhitching. We had a problem with power at the pedestal and owner came out right away to troubleshoot and fix. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the turn around without unhooking the car when we went to leave. We think it would be a nice place in-season. Verizon weak and couldn't pick up wifi. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Most of the sites at this campground are taken by long-term stays. It seems that there are only two that are available for overnighters. It is probably best to call ahead to make a reservation. The owner does not live on the property but has a camp host on site. We had little interaction with other campers, but did have a neighbor that decided to party a bit. It is right along Highway 63 about 15 miles outside of Rolla. There is some highway noise but it quiets down at night. There are a number of street lights, so it is rather bright in the park at night, which we found annoying. The sites are grass and gravel and most have enough slope, you may have an issue leveling. There is WiFi in the park but it was extremely slow so we gave up on it an used or Verizon Hot Spot, which worked well with 4g. There are a few trees, but we had no problem getting a DirecTV signal. We did not use the bathroom, but did use the laundry. A bit expensive at $1.75 each for wash and dry, but overall clean and functional with two washers and driers. There is a defunct swimming pool with mucky water. There are not a lot of options in this area, so we would likely stay here again. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a small park with a fair number of full time residents, but is very welcoming and friendly to even over nighters. The couple who run the park are great to work with and remembered us even though we have only stayed there for a single night on two different occasions over the last two years. Even though this RV park requires us to go about 16 miles out of our way, we will use Three Springs whenever we are headed south to Texas which we do at least annually. Not a lot of amenities, but a good place to stay with our travel trailer. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We've been staying at the Three Springs RV now for almost two months & I can't even begin to say how nice, quiet & fun it's been. The owner is great & the people we've met are very nice. It's located 15 miles south of Rolla MO on Hwy 63 & it's VERY convenient to old Rt 66 We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Stopping for the night at this older, small campground about 17 miles from Rolla, MO was a real pleasure. The new owner was more than welcoming, and in fact the group of permanent residents at this campground were more than friendly and invited us to join them in a farewell barbeque for someone leaving for a new home. The site was a gravel pull-through, and when the 30 amp connection did not work, the owner loaned me his converter so that I could hook up to the 50 amp connection. The site was relatively level and well shaded. WiFi was strong. And the price was lower than anyplace we have been recently. I would highly recommend this if you are in central Missouri and need a place to stop for a night, or more. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The Good: $22 full hookup, good water pressure, electric, and sewer connections in proper location. Pull through sites. The Bad: Highway noise, had to run A/C fan motor to create white noise in bedroom to sleep. Some overhanging tree limbs brushed the top and sides of our RV while leaving our spot. The Ugly: Old and damaged RV's are apparently allowed to stay in the park. Many large propane tanks indicating folks living in the park, which in itself is not a big deal, however, when these folks let their large dogs run free, well it's just rude. I would not stay here again. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is your basic campground good for an overnighter while traveling. Most sites have permanent residents, some in good shape some not. Wi-Fi worked good and the antenna picked up the local stations. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed at this campground while visiting relatives in Rolla. The address is Rolla, but it is actually closer to a small community called Edgar Springs. It is about 15 miles south of Rolla on Highway 63, but it is an easy quick drive into Rolla. The address of the CG is 24125 County Road 6050, Rolla but it is right along Highway 63 so there is traffic noise, but it was cold and rainy when we were there so we were closed up and traffic was not a big issue. Also the highway calms down at night. The sites are packed gravel. As noted, it was very wet when we were there so it was fairly sloppy. There are 18 sites but they have several others in the works. Since the CG was not crowded there was lots of space between RV’s but if it were full some of the sites would be pretty close together. The owners are nice and helpful and everything seemed pretty clean and in good order. The washers/dryers are only a dollar and that is nice. Also, the $20 per night is very reasonable given current commercial campground rates. This is not a resort CG but an OK place to stay if you want to visit the area. We camped at Three Springs RV Campground in a Motorhome.
