Great stop for overnight just off I-55. Not really anything special to do in the area. But for an overnight it is a good value. Internet was blazing at 25 Mpbs Down and 4 Mpbs up. We were in front of the office, and there were only a few other campers here. Good Verizon signal here as well. Sites are gravel but level and took our 36' and toad easily in the pull though. There are two sewer connections per site for more flexibility. There are some long timers here mostly in the back in sites. There are two washers and driers in the office area. They are small but cheap. All in all a good place for an overnight. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very good RV park for your basic overnight stop. The sites are FHU with 30 channel cable TV and internet that worked fine for us. Most sites are pull through and satellite TV friendly. The back in sites seem to be taken by extended stay customers. I have never had leveling issues here or seen RVs up on blocks. The staff has always been frienly and helpful. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Can't say enough about this park other than it is on our repeat stop every time we come this way. Very easy on and off I-55 and very close to business dist. Great camp host and very helpful. Took us to our site which was a pull through right next to restrooms. We had full hook ups which was nice. defiantly a Gem in Sikeston. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is easy to access from I-55 or I-57. It's a good park if you're traveling through the area. All the utilities worked well. The cable TV connection was not good so we used our roof antenna. We did not attempt to use their Wi-Fi but it was available. The restrooms were clean. Our site appeared to be level but it could have been better. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a plain and simple, utilitarian, just off the interstate RV Park. Which is just what they say they are. The park is very neat and trim. Gravel roads and sites, very easy full hook ups. We used our short water hose and only one length of sewer hose. The sites are level front to back, but ours leaned a little, not enough to get the boards out. The sites are long enough to leave your tow attached. No fire rings, but each site has a picnic table.
There is adequate space between the rv's. The permanent and long-term tenants are in the rear. Saw no derelict trailers or junk.
The small office has some rv supplies that might come in handy, but there is no camp store. The cable is very good with 30 stations, and wi-fi is excellent with four "hot spots" to choose from.
There are no amenities here. The attraction is location, location, location.
It is directly off I-55 and one half mile from I-57. We hear no road noise!
A single men's and women's bathroom are off the laundry room. They are very basic and appear to be cleaned daily. They can really only accommodate one user at a time, yet the outside door doesn't lock, so I guess you have to say, "I'm in here" when someone comes in. The walls are painted cement block and the floors concrete. I have shower shoes that I rarely use. I'm sure the bathrooms are clean but I'll use my shoes.
The day we arrived they were putting new mulch around their shade trees.
It looked nice and there were flowers blooming all about. This is a clean and orderly park.
Here is a comfortable night off the road. It is not a resort. It's a night's sleep before you start driving again. We liked it, we'll be back.

Tips for other Campers:

OK, you're in Sikeston and so is "Lambert's Cafe" "Home of the Throwed Rolls". In fact it is about one half mile East of this RV Park on the same road. So what are you waiting for? You might as well go and see what all the fuss is about.
It is pretty neat, the food is good, but the show is even better. They really do throw the rolls to you; even across the room.
This is one of those restaurants that always has a line. Go early for dinner, but go anyway.

Just traveling through so only stayed 1 night. It was just fine for a stop-over as the sites were sufficient length that I didn't need to unhook the tow vehicle. Staff was friendly and would stay again. WIFI was marginal. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

There is shuttle service to and from Lambert's, a local restaurant that is home to the "throwed rolls". A must if you are in Sikeston.

Very good park for overnighting in a Big Rig. Nice long pull throughs. Far enough off the freeeway where the loud traffic noise was not an issue. Very good service. We asked the owner to put us a couple of spaces from anybody else, so we had more room, and he did. Easy in and out without having to disconnect the tow. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Check in was relatively fast. Especially considering that the clerk was by herself and I was the third rig to show up. She had to lead everyone to their site so it took a minute or two. The sites were gravel and long enough for our 36' motorhome with a tow. Navigation through the park was easy with plenty of room to maneuver. There was grass between the sites, but they were fairly close together. There were a few trees, but they did not offer much shade. The park is clean and well maintained. There is wifi, but I did not use it as I have found most parks have very slow wifi. There was a good Verizon signal. The park offers cable with about 25 channels. If you have a problem with noise, this might not be the campground for you, as there is a lot of road noise coming off of I-55. We overnighted here while traveling through on I-55 and would overnight here again. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed in this park maybe 8 times in recent years. Most of the sites in this park are level, gravel, FHU, pull through, with 30 channel cable TV. The back in sites appear to be used mostly by extended stay customers. In general, most of the pull-through sites appear to be satellite friendly but the back-in sites are iffy. The office, bathrooms, and laundry are all in the main building. The laundry is 4 machines between the 2 bathrooms. The men's bathroom was small (2 sinks, a stall, and a shower) so you may have to wait to shower. They do sell propane but there are no other facilities or amenities in the park. We were right across from the office and had no problems with their 802.11 network. That may have been because the park was not full. This is a very good park for your basic overnight stop. The women (owner) in the office has always been pleasant and helpful. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a good overnight stop off I-55. The sites are level, pull-through, gravel, and with only small trees so satellite reception is no problem. The office attendant showed us to our site and offered to call a shuttle to the area's main attraction, Lambert's Cafe (look it up). We declined, wanting to take our toad and do some other errands, but in hindsight we should have used their shuttle -- the wait time at the restaurant was over 2 hours (no, we didn't wait). Apparently if you take their shuttle you don't wait in line. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Everything out doors appeared clean . Long level gravel Pull through site with plenty of space to maneuver and set up. Good Wifi connections which was important to us. Cable tv service was interrupted a few times. We were taken to our spot. Staff was very nice and helpful. We have stayed in a nearby rv park before but found this one much better. We were in a 40' MH with toad. We will stay here again if in the area and the price is right. We camped at Hinton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We were in town for a HS reunion is why we stayed 6 days. We were not looking for amenities outside of FHUs and wifi so cable tv was a bonus. We never use bathrooms or laundry if we have FHUs so can not comment on that.
