The price, even with discounts, was way too much. There is only one set of restrooms that are not ADA compliant, hand dryer didn't work, soap dispenser was empty, and very small for a campground this large. Overall the campground was not too bad, but we have paid less and received better. The workers had an "I don't care" attitude.

Yes, the price does include entry to the hot springs, however, the fee without the campground is only $7.50, which means the price would still be well over $70. My assessment is that Bozeman Hot Springs Campground is one of the greatest rip-offs we have ever had to endure in our fifteen years of RV camping. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Motorhome.

This is the most overpriced, under-serviced RV park we have ever stayed in. The office staff are all very young and completely indifferent to doing anything other than taking their overpriced site fees. The cable TV did not work the entire 12 days we were there and nobody would even come check it. The men's bathroom had a broken hand dryer and after telling 3 office staff, nothing was done again for 12 days. There are no weekly rates and in order to get the "discount" that is supposed to be available "stay 7 days, get 1 free" you have to insist to talk to the manager who may or may not call you back. The sites are overgrown and narrow, the picnic tables are old, covered with bird droppings and broken. We made our original reservation far in advance and then added some days about a month before we arrived. No one on the staff could figure out how to arrange the reservation so we had to move sites part way through our stay. There are not many choices in this area but you need a lot of patience and money to stay in this park. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the oddest campgrounds we've ever stayed in. Layout is classic KOA tight. The apparent draw is the adjacent 'hot springs' which looks like an old bowling alley from the outside. Inside is an updated sprawling hot tub and pool area that was overcrowded. Walked in and walked out. Would not camp here again. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

I thought a bit pricey but we got free entrance to the next door spa, which made it absolutely wonderful! Friendly staff. Ok wifi. Close to busy road but heard no noise at night. Would happily stay again! We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Motorhome.

This park is an older park with some modernization. Signage from the road is poor. Entrance from narrow 2 lane road into narrow driveway could be tricky for large rigs with tows, pay attention to your mirrors. We were able to navigate without unhooking or backing, but careful planning was required (43' MH with full size PU toad) Pull thru site not long enough to leave toad connected without crowding roadways. We disconnected and parked the PU sideways in front of MH.

Utilities were easy to hookup to. Dish and Verizon had good signals. Nightly fee includes access to hot springs next door, but good luck finding the right path to get there. Signage again is a problem. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Motorhome.

This used to be a KOA now just a very expensive campground. Staff is friendly but they just work here. The Hot Springs are ok but too many people. The sites are filthy for the overpriced value. The sites are gravel unless you pay $125.00 for concrete. Definitely try someplace else. Will not be back. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

This park seems very over priced for what they offer. Another review from a year ago, says they are under going renovations. Well, they still are! Lousy entrance road. Bad customer service. I complained about the price for a 10 hour stay. The gentleman said it wasn't his fault I arrived at 10 pm. So I paid $112.87 for a little electric and water. The park attractions close at 10 pm. Rude and uncaring! Go someplace else to enjoy yourself. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Motorhome.

When we called the day before to inquire about the campground, we were under the impression that this was a KOA campground. When we drove to the campground there was no sign signifying that a KOA existed. Not until we entered the building did we find out that it was no longer a KOA. They did, however, take our KOA card discount but we were told that after this season they will not honor the KOA discount or any other discount cards.

While we tried to check in, the clerk apparently had no idea how to use the "new" computer system because not once but 4 times she tried to enter in our information. After the 3rd time, I suggested that she write the information down and bring our receipt out to our site once she was able to figure out how to enter it.

The sites are very close together. When I went to use the laundry facilities, I found out that the washer costs $2 and the dryer costs .50 per 10 minutes. We travel all over the country and this was the most expensive laundry we've ever come across.

The WiFi is terrible! There were very few RVs at the campground so there shouldn't have been any problem with the WiFi. When I reported the problem to the clerk, I was told "oh sorry" but nothing was done to fix the problem.

The only good thing about this campground is that it is close to the hot springs. The campground gives you a "free" wristband for one day's use. Sorry, I don't think that justifies the cost of this lousy campground.

The final straw was when I reported a strong skunk smell near our site to the office clerk, I was told "Yes, there is a family living somewhere near you". This is ridiculous, why isn't the problem being remedied. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Motorhome.

We stayed four nights. As previous trips the campground was clean and all services worked without issue. The east portion of the campground was not open and looked to being renovated and upgraded. The washroom facilities are showing there age but were clean and functional. The campground office was only open a couple of hours in the morning and afternoon and was closed all day Saturday. Only negative note is that the hot springs next door is now playing music for it's outdoor pools until 11:00pm. This could be heard slightly inside our RV though we were 100+ yards away. We received an off season rate. We will come back again. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Travel Trailer.

Level, gravel, narrow and long pull through site. Once our slides were out, there was no room on the side as it touched the shrubs. Friendly person that checked us in. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

We try to avoid KOA ( too $ and too many kids) but had a service appt. in the 4 Corners area, so this was too convenient. To save money, we took a W & E site with discount, and it was still pricey at $52. Rock and grass site was very close to the camp road and the highway noise , not to mention our neighbors. Some nice amenities here for families but didn't use them, except for cable tv. VZ worked fine. Won't be back at this price. We stopped here for a overnight on our way to Idaho. We expect small tight spaces at KOA's, but this was as small as we have ever seen. Even though it was a pull through it took multiple attempts to park because of the tightness of the site. We had hoped for some assitance from the employee that took us to the site, but he simply left as we worked our way into the site. We were able to open our slides but that did not leave room for the awing if we had wanted to use it. Further, the space was so close to the next unit, they did not even have fire rings. Further, the cost was rediculous ($66 before the KOA discount). We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Travel Trailer.

We actually stayed two times. Once on our way out to Seattle, and once on the way back. The proximity to the Hot Spring Spa was absolutely awesome and the reason we stayed the second time. What a gem! You can walk to it from the campground. Beautiful mountain views from the campground as well. Laundry facilities were great, restrooms were clean and showers were clean too. One of the best KOA's we stayed at on our cross country journey. Some of the sites were really close to the others, not as much privacy, at least the ones we stayed at. Otherwise everything else was great. We camped at Bozeman Hot Springs Campground (formerly Bozeman KOA) in a Motorhome.
