I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, efficient office lady. Yes, the dirt road in isn't in the best shape, but go slow and it's certainly doable. Easy to find, good signs. Glad I made a reservation as they ended up full and even found spaces that I don't think were spaces for a couple folks. Electric worked as it should, didn't use the water and they don't have sewer hook-ups. I believe there is a dump station. If I'm ever in the area again will certainly stay here. We camped at Sleeping Wolf in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Fueling stations are everywhere! Right when you go into Browning you'll find one with vehicles stacked up waiting....if you keep going, there are at least 2 more with better access, same price and no waiting. Then when I headed up 464 towards Babb, there's another station not far out of town.

Overall Rating:

There is no sewer here and they charge you $10 to dump. Road into park is full of chuckholes and very rough. Reservation dogs are a problem. There are garbage cans located near your rig and the dogs got into them and made a mess. Park is near a casino and a big gas station so getting fuel is easy. We would only stay there as an overnight. If staying longer would look for another place. We camped at Sleeping Wolf in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We stayed here so we could visit West Glacier by truck and see the lodge that James J Hill and his son had built. It is awesome. Then we drove the next day to Waterton to see the Prince of Wales hotel and the surrounding area. Many of the roads are closed because of the big fire they had last September.

Looks like 10-12 spaces with full hookups. 30 amp electric OK, good water. We parked next to restrooms, plugged into a 30 amp on building. Your choices in or near Browning are limited, we called and secured a site in the afternoon. We camped at Sleeping Wolf in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is the only 'campground' in Browning. Take a long, dusty road to an unattended RV park with 10 spaces. The park is just west of the intersection of US 2 and MT 89 about 1/2 mile toward the Canadian border. I had to walk around horse droppings to hook-up the electric. The 50 amp service was good. This is not a destination resort. Maybe I can find someone in the morning to give my $20 to. Water and electric only. There is a dump station. If you are really tired and need to stop then it is OK. All 10 spaces were full the day I was there - during Native American days - mid-July. We camped at Sleeping Wolf in a Motorhome.
