There were quite a few good open sites. Ours was not. It was very tight, we were too close to neighbors and getting in and out was interesting. We noticed many larger rigs coming within inches of others when entering and leaving. Trees were somewhat of a problem with slides. We had to carefully park our truck at an angle to keep it out of the road. If we hadn't had a moveable dish satellite wouldn't have worked. That being said the managers were very nice, ATT wasn't bad, and the wifi was pretty good. It is a great park for exploring Glacier NP. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Travel Trailer.

Small privately owned park. Tight roads, level parking pads. Store onsite. I think there are better places to stay in the area. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Basic campground near West Entrance to Glacier Natuonal Park. We were in back-in site that had 2 vehicles very close to us. We had just enough room for 28 ft trailer and had to park tow vehicle perpendicular to trailer to make it all fit. Some of the pull throughs looked much nicer with some nice trees between sites. Bathrooms and laundry were great. Office personnel very pleasant. WiFi average nothing terrific. AT&T strong with 3 bars. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Travel Trailer.

We just spent a month here and it was a great park to use as a base to explore Glacier Park and the surrounding area. The only complaint might be there was just not enough rest room facilities. The park is set in a forested area but was very handy to all the places we travelled to explore the area. We got good over the air TV and good satillite reception. Park Wifi and Verizon cell signal were weak but did work. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a great little store next to the park. They have everything and really good prices. Also don't miss having huckleberry pie at the Huckleberry Patch down in Hungry Horse. We also enjoyed the Zip line and a raft trip.

We had a nice wide space with views of lots of trees. The park is clean and the laundry/lounge area was very clean. We didn't use the restrooms or showers. The only minus was we were on the farthest side of the park from the office and the wifi essentially did not work for us. We would definitely stay here again. Great location for easy access to Glacier and towns/activities nearby. Were here over the 4th of July weekend, so jam packed. First site D6 would not work for our 34' rig with 2 slides and fortunately they had one other option D5 that worked OK for our 2 night stay. Sites D7, 6 and 5 are awkward and tight if you have a bigger rig. The office staff did well with what they had and we appreciate it. Roads are tight, but doable. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Take the red bus tours on Going to the Sun Road, well worth the price of someone else driving and talking. If driving yourself to the Road and various Glacier sites, hiking, etc. go very early or go later, traffic congestion much better, mid/late morning is too late. Try fresh huckleberry anything, the berries are wonderful.

Campground had dirt uneven sites. No one was there due to smoke so we got to select our site. E row had nice views. Would not say it's bad but it's basic. Host was very, very nice. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Motorhome.

Plenty of stuff for children on Hwy 2. Lots of shopping, etc. 24 hour laundromat on site West Glacier Golf Course a must. Green and very nice greens. Will stay again. Tips for other Campers:

Hint, if you are going to climb Logan Pass, USE the FREE Shuttle. Very narrow road and 21 ft limit on vehicles. Road is busy and extreme climb.
Plus very limited parking at Loagn Pass visiting center. Stop at Huckleberry Patch Gift shop on Hwy 2 in Coram for Huckleberry Milkshake, TERRIFIC.

This is a no-frills, decent RV park if you want to be close to the West Glacier National Park gate. They offer level gravel pads, paved access roads, and good hookups. The staff were friendly.connections. The two main negatives about the RV park was that the "free WiFi" was useless and there was no recycling on site. There is a great recycling center in Columbia Falls, however (about 15 minutes away) that accepts virtually all types of recyclable materials. It is located near the Glacier National Park Lodges Site at 1014 1st Avenue West in Columbia Falls, MT. If you want a full service grocery store, there are several in Columbia Falls. It is worth the short drive from the RV park. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Fifth Wheel.
